As the world continues to rotate and blackfish continues to stagnate

On April 25, 2018, as a result of the April 24 Burba/Ashburn call Borgese calls
SSI to inform them that they need to have a discussion. On April 26, 2018, as a
result of April 24 call Borgese met with Meehan and Rubenstein (both of SSI)
and informed SSI that Borgese and Privitera’s company needed to hit pause for a
while on the ongoing efforts. SSI was very upset because they had just signed a
90-day exclusivity contract with their feedstock source… On May 3, 2018,
Borgese received a text from Jerry Rubenstein of SSI stating ‘It’s now been a
week since you told me you can’t be affiliated with SSI. You said it was
temporary. Your silence indicates it’s permanent. If I’m wrong let me know
otherwise good luck’[.]” Id. at ¶¶ 77-78, 81.

Well the dismissal was only related to the claims of tortuous interference.. all the other claims are still on the table and look to be going to trial. Those include all the claims related to the breach in licensing contract whereby ibat marketed and sub-licenenced NAL intellectual property for use in brines that are not oil field brines..

So the judge dismissed the least significant claims.. nice win for IBAT (NOT). this lawsuit is going to bring burba and IBAT to its knees.. IBAT will lose its licenced IP from NAL and Burba will not be employed by IBAT by the time the fat lady sings..

Looks likes I will be shorting this stock pretty soon. thanks for the update.

The company has been preparing its financial statements to meet the filing deadline but was notified on Friday, May 27, 2022, by its auditor that certain requests pertaining to the disclosure of information concerning the company would need to be satisfied prior to the completion of the audit.

The company's staff is working diligently with its auditors and the company anticipates that it will be in a position to file the annual financial filings by no later than June 3, 2022.

The company has voluntarily applied to the applicable securities regulatory authorities and received a management cease trade order related to the company's securities to be imposed against all of the persons who are currently directors or officers of the company to trade securities of the company. The management cease trade order will be in effect until the annual financial Filings are filed. All other securityholders will still be able to trade in the securities of the company in accordance with applicable securities laws.
