Affect me? All in @ .07, not sure how to play this now? Any advise from the pros?
I was happy with the results...
mm's expected better earnings, hence they backloaded all the way to .16...zzz

VC

HOKIE... I submitted a request to be added as mod>>
hope you don't mind,,, I've been watching this minute by minute
GO INBP!!!!!
Nice chart. Held the 20 day average at .07 and looks like a bull flag formed. Gonna test that upper BB of .15 shortly imo.
HOLDING 187,777 :) had no idea
Just think, you pick up 80,000 shares and you will own 1% of the float. It's amazing that someone can become a 5% holder of this company for only $75,000. Bargain here..
lots of luck most of us are holding onto their shares tightly
Hoping to get me about 50,000 shares tomorrow
Ain't getting my shares...eom
everybody hold they are going to try to take this down
then push it up, dont be left out
Looks great. This is typically a slow quarter for them and the decreased sales is:
The decrease of approximately $1.5 million in our net sales from the three months ended March 31, 2011 to the three months ended March 31, 2012 is primarily the result of decreased sales of approximately $1.4 million to the three major club stores where our products are sold. We expect this trend to continue in the near term while we expand into other mass marketing channels with our new packaging and product size.
I am fine with that.
These guys are doing $29 million in revenues through 9 months and will do about $35 million for the fiscal year, they still have 1.2 million shares of IBIO and it's trading for a $1.6 million market cap. Foolish imo. 1x sales here is a $1.67 PPS.
Their operating income for 9 months has increased 1.1% and if you take out the forbearance fee they would be close to break even.
thanks bud, I just fixed my cell ph to get these alerts and updates
It will come.
Trying to just buy 5k at the ask for 30 minutes and getting nothing. Hmmm
it's a golden goose and gaining attention, not only among ihubrs, but abroad as well. gl, and have an excellent week, HH! C4
Great post, and I think the earnings coming today or early this week will show that. They are discontinuing the lagging parts of the business, cutting expenses and have a major cash investment wildcard in IBIO.
At $1 you only have a stock with a $21 million market cap with ttm sales of $30 million. companies in this industry trade for 1.5x sales. That would put this in the $2 range.
Best upside potential around in my opinion.
It's all about the debt to CD Financial and INBP's efforts to repay this debt. CD FInancial has been patient, is a major shareholder, and strongly supports their efforts in capitolization. With yoy sales jumping, even foriegn sales in excess of 40%, it wont take long to put this back on the big boards. imo, do your own dd. C4
Just did some reading and if I am reading this correctly INBP is a non accelerated filer. According to SEC rules they must file form 10Q within 45 calendar days of the end of their fiscal period. With their FP ending on 03/31/12 that would mean the form should have been filed by 05/15/12. They are allowed an extension of 5 calendar days if they are unable to file the form on time for certain reasons. Based on that they would need to file on 05/20/12. Since that is a Sunday they are allowed to file on Monday. When I looked at the last 10Q they filed on 02/20/12 (a monday) and that was 51 days after the close of the previous FP. I am a bit concerned that I don't see a request for an extension filed but maybe it doesn't need to be public? At any rate, it looks like Monday is the day this will (should) be filed. Hope it's a good one!
GLTA
$2 stock, given..
Nice close today. Hope good news comes soon and drives it higher.
...thats what I read. gl and have a great weekend if not. It's all good.
Nie move so far, more coming. According to the late filing the other day they have 5 calendar to file it I think. I am guessing after hours today?
ubss just paid a rather substantial fine for the same types of manipulation that inbp is seeing as of recent. nite, pert and vert are all in the same boat, but change only happens when the wheels begin to squeek. I estimate 1/2 a mm shares manip'd on the backload...all at the bid or below bid. Charts don't lie, market makers do.
Amazing eh? ttm revenues $30 million, starting to turn a profit, has 1.2 million shares in IBIO valued at $2 million and this is trading at a $1 million market cap?
Nuts I must say...
I put a call in today...1 of every 9 trades is a sell but pps is down 50%?
