Just did some reading and if I am reading this correctly INBP is a non accelerated filer. According to SEC rules they must file form 10Q within 45 calendar days of the end of their fiscal period. With their FP ending on 03/31/12 that would mean the form should have been filed by 05/15/12. They are allowed an extension of 5 calendar days if they are unable to file the form on time for certain reasons. Based on that they would need to file on 05/20/12. Since that is a Sunday they are allowed to file on Monday. When I looked at the last 10Q they filed on 02/20/12 (a monday) and that was 51 days after the close of the previous FP. I am a bit concerned that I don't see a request for an extension filed but maybe it doesn't need to be public? At any rate, it looks like Monday is the day this will (should) be filed. Hope it's a good one!
