If you read ALL of my posts about Karma Automotives you would remember I used the word "speculation". If you look up the word "speculation" you will find the following definition: 1.the forming of a theory or conjecture without firm evidence.
Now that is out of the way, how is it I am the "only source on the car"? Have you ever looked up Karma? No? Its all over the internet.
I'm just wondering what that karma car thing was all about....I mean it seems mayo is the only source of info on this car.....another joke within a joke....
I can't deny, this company is a joke. There is a gigantic disconnect from what's actually going on in the company to its shareholders. Anything the company says IS going on never comes to fruition. Thinkin its about time to just sell out and be on my way.
Oh my! Check out that volume too!!
Thin
Yes, it looks like this is near the end of the road. Maybe in the monthly newsletter they can tell us how good things really are.
Oh, nevermind, we haven't seen one since February.
What's that smell? $0.085 has been achieved!
And most all significant "lightweighting" applications do not require conductivity. Corvette has been building lightweight, metal replacement auto components for over 60 years. The need for speed was a lightweight driver long before gas mileage became an issue.
Thin
Problem is there's many other (legit) companies that can provide electrically conductive plastic...
Looking at today's trades, big blocks of ITKG being sold belies your assertion!
Rather than start fresh with an entirely new car or a wholesale change to the powertrain, Karma chose to expedite the process with existing suppliers and inventories of parts to quickly get back on its feet. The brand is simultaneously building an entirely new platform and powertrain system that will underpin a wider family of Karma vehicles.
http://www.autonews.com/article/20160908/OEM04/160909845/karma-adds-dc-fast-charging-solar-roof-panel-revised-interior-to
This paragraph makes me think ITKG has a hand in this even MORE.
There are so many opportunities for Electriplast in this design. So many electric components and NEED for lightweight. It could be with the engine, it could be with the internal components, it could have a place in the super-fast charging system.
Regarding the Revero reveal....I'm not holding my breath....an association with Integral is as likely as a Trump landslide victory in Mexico....
A PR by the end of the month? For Electriplast to be part of this "official" unveil, they would have had to have contracted months ago. Wouldn`t that have had to qualify as an 8K material event?
Having worked in one of the largest assembly line environments in the world, I have to laugh people that think because a 747 may be on a 12 day cycle, that it only takes 12 days to build one. Like every time one is finished, everyone runs back and begins building the next one. Ha, ha. It takes months!! There may be 15-20 IN the assembly line at any one time. Changes to that line after it has begun create huge disruptions. Automobiles, because of their fewer components and corresponding speed of assembly require less lead time.....but it is still measured in months.
Thin
1 Day and 14 hours to go until official Revero unveil. Curious if we will see any PR by end of month. Could be totally wrong, in which case ill be selling out next month.
Actually things are different....different suckers....but the rest is the same....great story about a great product that never sells.....perfect pumping grounds for phony analysts....
Would those "poor suckers" be the same kool-ade drinkers that have been telling us for 4 years that things were going to be different this times? Ha, ha.
Thin
Yes he goes weeeeeeeee all over the poor suckers who believed his lies.
We need Joe to tell us over and over again that there is no dilution.
Hmmmm, 12 cents! What do you think buyers will be willing to pay for authorized shares when the market is sitting on 12 cents? 8 cents? 6 cents? so how many authorized shares will have to be sold at 6 cents to cover the $300,000 per month they are spending? Do the math.....it`s a nice round number. Ha, ha. 5 MILLION!!! Ouch, ouch, ouch. Reality bites!!!
Thin
Im with you on this, I WILL sell end of Oct if nothing comes. Good luck
I can understand the argument there. But I also know this is not an easy market to penetrate if you are a small company like ITKG. This is a disruptive tech. Takes time. Takes dealing with setbacks and delays. I'm still ok with the pace. I'm patient. Getting to the edge a bit, but looking for year end to keep me onboard. Next month begins my final waiting period.
I know zdog. And I'm sorry. Can't imagine waiting that long. I also know I'm only a few years into this, so I'm a little bias. All I know is Doug and his mgmt team. I have the luxury of not factoring in the prior years of disappointment and mismanagement. So looking at this purely from a Doug & Team standpoint, I'm optimistic.
Not even the minor league has a place for these guys...well, the cheap seats maybe.....years and years....nuthin but Yada Yada Yada...and the beat goes on.....
Nick sorry to say, but these guys are right. I've been a huge supporter of Doug and Integral for years. The proof is now on them and they would be sent back to the minor leagues by now.
Ha, ha. My calendar says tomorrow will be 4 weeks. Coincidentally, it will also be the last day of this month. And what do we get? Another kool-ade call.
Lets see.....the end of September will be the end of the 6th month since we got the last financials. At $300,000 a month expenses, they will have gone through possibly another 18 million authorized shares. That`s at $0.10 cents a share.....if they were lucky enough to even find a buyer at that price. Did I mention that that same last financial report identified less than $100,000 TOTAL hard assets. Not much collateral for a company depending on financial help from others just to pay the lights and rent.
Thin
Nick,
I have been in wait and see mode with this one since I think 1999. So far it has been all wait and no see.
Spoke with IR today. Yes, news was slightly delayed, as usual.
However we can expect some from ITKG this week (maybe) or next week (more likely). Then look for a steady stream the rest of the year as momentum builds and things start to fall into place.
Expect news next month from Ultimate Battery detailing their plans. The timeline on their PR is up to them.
Like I said, delays don't surprise me and I'm in wait and see mode. But I believe we will finally see progress the rest of this year.
I`m betting the next time we hear from ITKG management will be an announcement that they wish to increase the authorized share count. 50M? 100M? More? With little to no revenue to support their average $300,000 per month expenses and the share price remaining in the teens, the bottom of the authorized share barrel has to be getting very close. Do the math. With only about 30M shares reported left on Mar 31 of this year.....the train wreck can`t be very far away.
Thin
Has it been a week or SO yet?
The only connection I can see between karma and integral is both companies are total failures brought back to life by a Chinese parts company in karmas case and by foolish investors in integrals case....you may argue that integral had a business relationship with Fisker but it was a total failure for both....but that was then and this is now....there is no indication right now that a relationship exists other than hunches.....until we see otherwise we still have nothing but Bad Karma and Bad Integrity....
My favorite part.....
"The company has been building the Revero since April and has not said when it will deliver the cars."
Hmmm. April 1st ITKG was selling for around $0.25 per share. Since then it has slid to the $0.14 where it stands today. And the CEO can only make vague, unsupported, claims about some tier 1 activity. That`s the kind of CEO I want to invest in.....Ha, ha, ha.

Karma Automotive's Rapid Growth Prompts Move to a New Home
http://fortune.com/2016/08/26/karma-automotive-new-headquarters/
By Kristen Korosec
AUGUST 26, 2016, 4:58 PM EDT
The electric car startup has come a long way in just two years.
Karma Automotive, a rebooted version of the failed luxury electric car startup Fisker Automotive, is taking over more than 262,000 square feet of space once used by Kawasaki motorcycles and turning it into its own global headquarters.
The move to the massive facility in Irvine, Calif., which won’t begin until the fourth quarter of 2016, illustrates the company’s rapid growth since it was purchased in 2014 by Wanxiang Group.
Just three years ago, Fisker Automotive looked poised for the scrap heap. The company, which was founded by designer and entrepreneur Henrik Fisker in 2007, was out of money despite receiving $1.2 billion from public and private funds.
But Wanxiang Group, a Chinese conglomerate that makes automotive components, snapped up Fisker’s assets for $149.2 million in a bankruptcy auction in 2014. (Wanxiang is the same company that bought failed battery supplier A123 Systems.) Wanxiang moved the automaker’s production equipment from Finland to California and then rebooted the brand with a new name, car, and tech.
Karma Automotive is now preparing to sell the Revero, an electric hybrid that will be built in a 555,670-square-foot factory in Moreno Valley, Calif. Earlier this month, the company revealed a teaser photo and a few details of the Revero, a sporty sedan with a solar roof and an updated drivetrain, electrical controls, and infotainment system. The official launch of the vehicle, and when the public can begin reserving it, is Sept. 8. The company has been building the Revero since April and has not said when it will deliver the cars. The electric hybrid vehicles are currently undergoing testing.
Just 14 months ago, the company had about 240 people working at its headquarters in Costa Mesa, less than 60 miles from its factory. At the time, a spokeswoman said the company expected to create 150 full-time manufacturing jobs at the factory.
Today, Karma Automotive has more than 625 employees who work at its factory and offices. About 125 people work at the Moreno Valley factory. The remaining 500 employees work in engineering, supplier quality, sales, and marketing at its offices in California and Michigan. Its Detroit office employs about 20 people with plans to reach close to 100 people.
“We’re busting at the seams here,” Karma’s chief marketing officer Jim Taylor told Fortune. “People were literally sitting in the halls before we rented a second facility about a block away.” Now that space is filling up.
The company wants to move to this larger facility in Irvine to accommodate existing staff and future growth, said Taylor. Karma Automotive will have more than 700 employees by the end of 2016 and is on target to approach 800 in 2017.
Parent company Wanxiang appears to have even bigger plans for Karma—beyond the 3,000 or so luxury Reveros it plans to make. Wanxiang filed an application for an environmental review for a $375 million factory in Hangzhou, China that could make as many as 50,000 electric cars per year, according to a Bloomberg report in August. The application indicates that most of those cars could be a cheaper electric vehicle called the Atlantic.
You may me right. We'll see in about two weeks.
Hilarious......Electriplast components to support a production assembly line for a $50,000 to $100,000 vehicle that, according to the manufacturer, is supposed to begin in two weeks. And Integral doesn`t even have an 8K contract announcement yet. Pure kool-ade.
Thin
Nick....did you actually try to read this crap ??.... It reads like something out of the mouth of a squirrel in late stage Alzheimer's.....or......maybe out of the mouth of the CEO of a company promoting a 15 yr old scam....
"Approved to supply for a specific electric vehicle platform". I still strongly believe this vehicle will be the Karma Revero (Karma Automotives new and first electric car to begin the full production cycle starting next month), everything adds up in my mind. If anything Nick, the two posts you just quoted reaffirm my belief. Good luck :)
From the May CC...
And then the next thing I want, I do want to talk about again it’s in the, it’s our research, as the electric can be whole market really continues to be a place of rapid growth I think I’d mentioned last time you have test log, you have tests were coming on board fair day future there are others are really rather rapidly coming to market and we’re just through the this point...
***...we’ve been approved as a supplier for one of the domestic Tier 1s and we were approved to that supplier for the purpose of supplying a very specific electric vehicle platform.***
This all have happen within the last roughly six weeks, may be eight weeks on the little ‘m not sure on the timeline exactly we had to go through the whole process.
The coding process, the purposes of supplier generic IMS, IMDS number for the material been used and it’s looking of though we haven’t been give the exact production day yet but the initial timeline given back to us is production of the vehicles supposed to take place in the latter half of 2016 which when you back that up a little bit that means the production of the electrical parts that were going to be supply material for; will probably happen sometime over the next, sometime in the next quarter for the current quarter were in actually or could be early that next one given basically on everything I know on that, other than specific name of the company.
But were very driven that more prepared ready to go with that right now but again it’s the – for us for number one begin shows in the supplier and then been approved as the supplier for that particular platform and the big for us is once you approved in one persons platform that really just opened up the field to multiple suppliers, multiple platform and kind of back to what we’re saying about South Korea.
Once were one electric vehicle you can open up for multiple other things especially been incur production with it and anything that we’ve not talked about and this really has to do with the next item in the 10-Q in the business discussion and last year we were in I guess negotiations with another small conducted plastic compounder then it’s important to point us the reason we did that as because we were, continued to stand behind then Tsunami comment, conduct plastic.
This is an interesting connection...

Interested industries include consumer electronics, aerospace, military, automotive, lighting and heavy industry. ElectriPlast™ provides the solution for designers and engineers looking for ways to make their products lighter, more portable or more fuel efficient.
Interesting observation MayoMobile. I don't think this is the automotive company ITKG referred to since it's not a tier one. Good luck on your investment.
I never said anyone should buy or that ITKG would generate any significant revenue from this automotive company (whichever one it ends up they were talking about). I will say the revenue piece isn't what is significant about this event anyways, the significance is ITKG intellectual property would finally be used in a notable application.
Disclaimer: I do hold about 5k$ worth. I have NOT bought in probably close to a year. This is not a promotion, simply an observation.
This karma thing doesn't mean much...first of all if Itkg is involved it won't amount to enough revenue to cover a Big Mac meal .... Anyway to consider a "hunch" from mayo mobile a reason to buy is the definition of insanity...
Is that Sept. 8th of this year?? Sept 8th of this year is only 2 weeks away. HELLO!!! If Integral is supporting that launch with Electriplast, wouldn`t it qualify as a material event? Where`s the 8K? Just came back from the Edgar search page.....nothing!!

Karma Revero was officially announced recently. The upgrades over its predecessor are amazing...
"The Karma Revero is the first production car in the United States to be a solar-powered hybrid. The dark, sleek roof is made up of solar panels. These panels collect sunlight and feed the electrical energy into the high-voltage batteries that power the car. It’s a feature no other electric car has, even the highly-acclaimed Tesla."
And...
"The Karma Revero boasts a simple, intuitive infotainment system. It will also have “super-charging capabilities,” according to the company."
The car is meant to begin its official launch on September 8. I have a hunch we will hear news from ITKG about this company in the near future (Next 30 days). I could never be sure THIS is the automotive company ITKG was referencing way back, but I think this is a prime candidate.
Good luck to all...

The two weeks have now gone to beyond a month.....and still no 8K. For all the innuendo they pump into the press releases, their newsletter blurbs, and their conference calls.....NOTHING constituting a material event has been identified. 14 years into the commercialization efforts by 3 different management teams and Electriplast can`t get past the start line. Pennies away from it`s yearly low and running out of authorized shares. Not a pretty picture.

Unlike you and others here, I chose to believe mgmt. They've explained the delays. So it's a matter of trust. That's it. They are either lying or telling the truth. I think we'll know this summer/fall.
Nick....if you're not worried by now you must be comatose....electric car company ???....really.??...Ultimate.....really....??....my guess is that they're waiting for some new Seeking Alpha bonehead writer to pump this thing up since Joe moved on to other things.......
I don't deny previous experiences with IR haven't been helpful. I'm just reporting what I was told. We'll see if it holds true this time. Scott did tell me the news will be any day now. But this week he said any week now. So it's looking like the same old poorly worded timeline statements already, but I can deal with a few weeks delay. If no news by end of August then I'll be concerned. But I'll keep in contact with Scott this month if I start getting worried.
