How can this be? lol
BTW...don't remember if I ever told you this...
Years ago I owned some ITKG shares...I called their HQ to chat with them.
I made the mistake of giving them my personal info over the phone.
Within a day or two one of the pumpers on this board posted my personal info and smeared me.
The only people that had my info were the people at ITKG HQ.
It was either the company or one of their promoters that did this.
Is this the way a legit company operates? I don't think so.
What a shocker. :)
Hope all is well with you Sputnik.
I don't get here as often as I use to, but I want to look for my latest stock pick here.
I'm up about 30% in 3 months. :)
Good to see they are getting much closer to getting all caught up, thanks for pointing that out in more detail Sputnik. Takes some time to get them done I was told by IR at Integral. So with that I did my own research asking elsewhere. I found that this is true, it takes a long time for just regular filings to be prepared. So with backlog they had I can see its going to take some time to become fully caught up. After what I learned the pace they are moving is actually pretty good.
Just checked OTC Markets still has ITKG under a STOP sign! Delinquent SEC filings! Two filings, a 10K and a 10 Q are delinquent. Another 10Q is due to be filed. If not filed by Feb. 15 it also becomes delinquent.
Always looking around for new things about this company as it looks like its finally starting to get some significant traction with the product.
I have found some good posts on that web site in the past for this and other stocks. I do not know the person that wrote that blog, just was very interesting to me also.
At one point in the past BASF was very active with Integral. I never have heard much more on that.

Very interesting and promising article. Is that an anonymous blog or do you know who wrote that article and/or what company he used to work for when he was trying to acquire ITKG?
This blog post mentions PolyOne and Integral along with a few more. Very interesting break down on the plastics industry.
https://seekingalpha.com/instablog/49945763-plastics-prophet-and-magical-micro-caps/5265042-opportunities-plastics-stocks
you are right but maybe only when there are significant sales?
ABC is mentioned in his stockholder letter as well in december..
if not advanced battery concepts then maybe their "asian partner" from 2017:
https://ir.electriplast.com/press-releases/detail/727/electriplast-provides-bi-polar-battery-update
BTW from their website the lead acid market is 58 billion by 2020, thats what i mean when i say huge market....
there are a lot of irons in the fire and when one of them hits, 4 cents will be history IMO.
I didn’t see anything saying they are using Elictriplast. Was there an announcement that the assessment program lead to its inclusion in their batteries? I would think that would be huge.
for example replacing automotive batteries everywhere. see..
https://ir.electriplast.com/press-releases/detail/711/bi-polar-lead-acid-battery-maker-advanced-battery-concepts
and yesterday:
https://www.prnewswire.com/news-releases/crown-acquires-licensing-rights-to-advanced-battery-concepts-bipolar-lead-battery-technology-300783190.html
I am thinking this is integrals material being used in advanced battery concepts battery being licensed by crown
sound good enoough??to me it does but cant but thorugh fidelity right now(grrr). note it cold be somebody elses material not sure yet....
\also from presentation last year:
In April 2016, ITKG entered into a Joint Technology Assessment
Program (JTAP) with Advanced Battery Concepts.
? The JTAP will involve the use of the ElectriPlast bi-polar plate in the
existing architecture of the ABC GreenSeal® 12V battery, for the purpose
of assessing the performance, efficacy and cost efficiency of Integral's
ElectriPlast® bi-polar plate.
? The JTAP will evaluate the production readiness of bi-polar batteries
manufactured with ElectriPlast bi-plate materials and processes, as well
as measure key performance metrics including capacity, capacity at rate,
high temperature stand loss and cycle life.
lol, the markets they are aiming for are huge, so any news on developments should mean huge incoming revenues which hopefully shifts the PPS. They appear to be getting their filings in line which was why I highlighted the 10Q getting filed. My guess is they would be only focus on this if they feel they are making progress on the sales front.
Those are some ugly financials!
The only positive is they had over $1 million in revenue for the nine months ended 3/31/18 mostly the one time Polyone payment. Even with that revenue, they lost $2.6 million. Liabilities increased $1.2 million and get this they issued over 100 million shares of stock in nine months.
Can someone explain how this company has any hope of being worth more than 4 cents a share.
I saw 10q posted today for period ending March 31 2018. Anyone know where I need to keep an eye to know whether I can trade in my Fidelity account ? I know currently I can't ( I get a pink sheet warning) even though I am itching to average down here .
PolyOne confused, NO.
Even if its an issue of confusion as to rebranding with the person you contacted, over all its still based on Electriplast. Electriplast is still the formula, thus Integral will receive proceeds from the sales.
Seems like PolyOne is a little confused!
Here is a post on the internet from Polyone disputing your take on Surround being rebranded Electriplast!
A blast from the past

Good history lesson OTC. Yes the directors are the same. A gentleman by the name of Bill Robinson started up In House Video, does that name ring a bell? I think its stock performance (ITKG) is pretty typical, there are lots of people holding long and strong in the hopes of solid long term contracts. It may happen soon, we shall see. What in my opinion makes this a better deal? For all it's worth, if I sell at US$10.00 plus, I will consider it a better deal!! The timeframe is also important, when are things going to start happening? I dont know. You are certainly right about the advantage of closely held shares. this puts us in an enviable position when things start to happen. Best regards to all,BJIN...

Sleeping gold was the name of the company. Before that In House Video. As far as who started the company? I think it's the same guys who are still there.
Heard about ITKG from a friend in the Vancouver. I wasn't lucky enough to be in at .20 If I recall correctly I got in at around .70 in Nov and out at $3-5 in Feb. To bad they weren't able to keep the price stable for a longer time. Price came off almost as quickly as it went up and volume all but dried up. I hope AHE will go about things differently. Was ITKG as tightly held as AHE? BJ do you think the run up (fingers crossed) will be sustainable with AHE? What in your opinion makes this a better deal?
So how are those contracts from "Delphi, East Penn and other huge companies" working out for ya.
I tried to warn you Bro.
Yes. Why doesn’t Doug do the right thing and immediately file the latest 10K?
Thank you for the update and info. Hopefully all filings will come in soon and this stock price can increase.
SEC guidance on “catching up” delinquent filers
The Full Story!
Every so often a public company finds itself unable to file periodic reports for a protracted time. For example, a company may upgrade auditors and the new firm may advise of the need to re-audit prior years, which can take significant time. Until there is a reliable starting point for financial statements, new filings are in limbo. As time marches on, the older missed filings have less and less signficance to investors but would still entail the same amount of effort and expense to complete as any periodic report.
Over the years the SEC Corp Fin staff has developed ways of simplifying how a delinquent company may “catch up” in its filings. With a few calls to Corp Fin and the Office of the Chief Accountant, the staff would generally permit companies just to file the most recent Form 10-K and any subsequent Forms 10-Q. This approach facilitates getting to investors the most relevant, recent information. There remains some theoretical liability, as discussed below, but sometimes that is bearable for a company.
This week, the SEC staff has amended its Financial Reporting Manual to embody this approach. The manual now states that Corp Fin generally will not issue comments asking a delinquent registrant to file separately all of its delinquent filings if the registrant files a comprehensive annual report on Form 10-K that includes all material information that would have been included in those filings.
The manual also reminds delinquent companies that negative consequences, including legal liability, could arise from not filing all missed reports. The company may still have liability under the Exchange Act for failing to file all required reports, and Corp Fin’s general position does not foreclose the Enforcement staff from seeking enforcement action for the registrant’s filing delinquencies. In addition, until all missed reports have been filed, the company would not be “current” for purposes of Regulation S, Rule 144, or Form S-8 registration statements, and the registrant would not be eligible to use Form S-3 until it establishes a sufficient history of making timely filings.
Thanks for the info very informative and helpful.

Where did you get that bit of erroneous info?
Hey Ray, the two filings can’t be on time because the filings go out in order.
ITKG’s delinquent SEC filings are being noticed on other internet locations!
Just checked the SEC website! The latest 10K and 10Q are now delinquent!!!! The filings continue to fall behind! CAVEAT EMPTOR
$0.30 for a square (share) of ITKG is pretty expensive for toilet paper!
Actually, Two Buck Chuck is as high as I am willing to go these days. Think about it. How many shares of ITKG are you leaving on the table every time you buy liquor and not stock.
That’s rich, so Electriplast is the “Two Buck Chuck” of Conductive Plastics! That really takes the cake.
Yes it means that PolyOne has trademarked their own name for Electriplast, and Integral agreed to it. Most any moderately intelligent person would recognize that. You do realize this is very common. That cheap store brand wine your drinking is rebranded also.
Electriplast is patented and trademarked. It was not mentioned or identified in the Polyone application! Know what that means?
This shows PolyOne is serious.

That can not be something that they can do overnight on the kitchen table (IMO). I am sure it all needs to be cleared with legal on each one they complete. If you ever had any kind of legal work done those lawyers are good at slowing things down to a crawl so they can have a lunch break for 3 hours everyday.
They actually have been progressing at a good pace to get caught up on the filings. Cheer it on that its not meeting your schedule for now if you like. What are you going to go when they get caught up?
After all of the “hot air” rhetoric about quickly getting current with SEC filings, OTC Markets still has ITKG under a STOP sign due to delinquent SEC filings. Major Caveat Emptor!!!!
An 8k was filed today, Good to see they are cleaning up the operation, doing what they said they would do in the last conference call.
https://ir.electriplast.com/conductive
This could be said of any R&D company with a product wayyy ahead of the market.
The fact these products have been tested in a vacuum is what triggered my interest the most in ITKG.
Vacuum tests = Space tests
This is the Automotive Solutions brochure that shows the product in the PolyOne automotive products portfolio. Look for "Surround EMI/RFI Shielding Formulations" Its a mention and some, it would be fair to come to the conclusion they are likely selling the product at this point.
www.polyone.com/files/resources/Automotive%20Industry%20Overview%20Brochure_0.pdf
Good to see them mention Electriplast.
Sir Sputnik, consider a simple lens. When an image is projected through a lens, it is upside-down and backwards. This is how it is with ITKG and your "Emperor's New Clothes" analogy. In the original, the emperor has no clothes, and everyone except a boy of no consequence says he does. With Integral, everyone - the market - is saying that the "Emperor Has No Clothes." The minority, those who hold ITKG are saying that the Emperor does indeed have magnificent clothes. Investing in Integral is an upside-down/backwards kind of thing right now -- but the Emperor does have clothes, and the market will come to this realization soon enough.
Leading Edge Automotive Technology Relies on Advanced Materials from PolyOne
http://www.polyone.com/news/leading-edge-automotive-technology-relies-advanced-materials-polyone
This major stuff going on here. Polyone has invested a large amount of money and work into this. Integral is moving in a good direction now. They are getting the books back in order and we should start to see some good cash flow from the Polyone deal.
I suggest you read ”The Emperor’s New Clothes”. That material is much like Electriplast!!
Letter To Stockholders
They are moving along to get this company profitable very soon.

"We are now working to finalize the sale of our bipolar battery technology." Hmmm be no battery deal? Looks like your incorrect.
There will beno battery deal because there is no battery deal Integral Technologies is working with the US Military. My experience, insight and the company’s long history lead to that conclusion when this version of Occam’s Razor is applied!
You still did not explain your take it to the bank statement that there will be no battery deal.
More facts! Takeitothebank!
No speculation. Just facts!

ElectriPlast’s extensive patent library has earned them recognition as “One of the 50 Best & Brightest Companies” by MBD Capital and is one of the most extensive intellectual property libraries in the conductive plastics space.
ElectriPlast has been constantly innovating since filing its first patent application in December of 2002 for engineering a highly conductive plastic for antenna applications.
Holdings include patents covering ElectriplastTM, a line of non-corrosive, electrically-conductive resin-based materials, as well as patents specific to applications and components manufactured from electrically conductive resins.
Here is a link to the list of their current patents:
