ITKG’s delinquent SEC filings are being noticed on other internet locations!


Dec. 3, 2018: "Our goal is to be current in January and back to our normal filing calendar in February."

31 days have passed since that goal was promised to shareholders. 28 days are left and the same 3 filings remain delinquent. The most current financial data this CEO has provided to his shareholders ended on Dec. 31, 2017.

And the stock price remains at 3 cent levels.
