Can we anticipate this becoming an annual event?
"The Special meeting of Integral Technologies, Inc., a Nevada corporation (the “Company”), will be held on Saturday, November 12, 2016, at 10:00 a.m., Central Time, at the offices of Integral Technologies, Inc., 2605 Eastside Park Road, Suite 1, Evansville, Indiana 47715 for the following purposes:
1.
To amend our Articles of Incorporation, as amended, to increase the number of shares of common stock authorized for issuance from 150,000,000 to 250,000,000"
That should guarantee the $240,000 salary for Bathauer, the $240,000 salary for Egan, and all the other high placed officers and advisors that have done such a great job of getting this stock to where it is today......at 4 1/2 cents per share.

Any word on when the delinquent 10K and 10Q will be filed with the SEC? Very worrisome in light of the current A/S count!
Reverse Split on the horizon? Integral Technologies is almost out of shares to sell under the current status of 250,000,000 A/S!
I am hoping that the decades have already happened.
Did seekingyermoney.com say how many more decades before ITKG gets a real offer for their product?
A few good points were made about ITKG in this blog post yesterday.

on behalf of (LP Funding...DBA) LPF Communications......
What a bizarre trail of UNDER the counter, play for pay, (advisors).
"Consulting services include putting in place market visibility and trading liquidity strategies as well as introductions to proprietary network of emerging growth public markets professionals (auditors, securities counsel, equity research and investment banking groups)."
Oh yea, market visibility and trading liquidity strategies. If the marketplace has you on IGNORE.....these guys will create a false narrative for uninformed investors who buy first, and do their DD later.

Ironic how a paid (by Integral Technologies) commercial research note makes its way into academia!
Well it appears One Equity Research was established (by Integral Technologies ?) for the sole purpose of creating a research note (paid for by Integral Technologies) that would be published in the International Journal of Electric and Hybrid Vehicles (academia ?) link provided by Integral Technologies Conductive Newsletter November 7, 2017!
Interesting find on your part regarding One Equity Research website is now inactive.
Sputnik, so who exactly is One Equity Research, and what does it have to do with the links I posted? Not sure what point you are trying to make.
The link you posted leads to an extinct page, by the way.
About One Equity Research

This research note has been prepared by One Equity Research LLC on behalf of LPF Communications (“LPF”) as part of research coverage services of Integral Technologies (the “Company”). One Equity Research has received forty nine thousand nine hundred forty dollars from LPF, a shareholder and adviser to the Company, as of the date of this note and expects to receive fifty thousand restricted common shares of the Company as well as additional compensation in the future. This research note is not an offer or solicitation to buy or sell the securities of Integral Technologies. The note is for information purposes only, and is not intended to (and is provided explicitly on the condition that it not) be used as the sole basis to make any investment decision. Investors should make their own determinations whether an investment in any particular security is consistent with their investment objectives, risk tolerance, and financial situation
Their website does have some nice pastels though. ;)
Just think...if ITKG was real, the market would be a friendly place right now.
Sorry, forgot the link:

Technical White Paper on Lead Acid Batteries for Utility Energy Storage, published in Journal of Energy Storage. A very good review of the case for lead acid batteries including bipolar, as factors such as energy density and specific energy are less critical for static , non mobile applications. Lead acid offers many advantages in recyclability, performance, cost, etc. The work at Integral on conductive polymer Electriplast plates is briefly mentioned in Section 2.3.5, but indicates published data is needed. Advanced Battery Concepts is also discussed, who has worked with Electriplast.
I'm not claiming that the paper is a huge endorsement for Electriplast before the negative naybobs start in, but the white paper is a good overview and a compelling case for lead acid in utility storage for renewable energies such as solar and wind. There is also NO WAY Integral paid for a mention in an academic paper like this, sorry, it doesn't work that way in academia.
And if you take it a step further......the claims are all based on a media and marketing RESEARCH company named Technavio. Research forecasts for $3,000-$4,000 a copy.....with NO GUARANTEE`s.
Batteries have been around for well over 100 years.
Electriplast has been around over 15 years.
And we are being advised to look at RESEARCH FORECASTS that may, or may not, have anything to do with Electriplast.
What`s happening NOW?? Where is the revenue to support any current market acceptance? Where is that delinquent 10-K?? Where is the now also delinquent Sept. 30, 10-Q?? The last reported revenue is now almost 8 months old.....and was 30 times LESS than the operating expenses for the same period!!!
How about starting with a few facts....before we jump in to La La Land.

Great link. Ha, ha. Love the "Submit A Press Release" button.

Pretty funny!! Here is what business wire does for a living! Distributes company provided PRs for a fee! Independent research report? Hardly!

Brand new INDEPENDENT Battery Research Report
Development of moldable batteries:
The high cost of lithium-ion is leading the manufacturers to struggle to meet the cost hurdles, and the demand for advanced lead-acid technology is growing continuously. The lead-acid battery has its advantages over the lithium-ion battery. Lead-acid battery chemistry produces the least amount of heat when compared with other battery chemistries, and these batteries are fully rechargeable.
“The problem comes with fitting the battery into the packaging space. To solve this issue, Electriplast Corporation, a leader in conductive hybrid plastics, is redefining lead-acid batteries. A prototype of 12V lead-acid bipolar battery with Electriplast plates has been demonstrated by the company,” according to Ganesh.

A new independent report, NOT paid for by Integral.
Hmmmm, $4,000 for a 2 year old research....FORECAST????
Not a chance.
Thin
That's right Ray, market research companies recover the money for doing the research by charging for the report. Do you think they should work for free? Welcome to capitalism.
And for only $4,000 you can get the year old numbers that these two reports only allude to. Looks like a bunch of name dropping to try to sell some old research.
Research that cannot be verified by Integral because they have refused to meet (for the 2nd year in a row) their SEC 10-K filing requirements.
Thin
Two market research reports NOT funded by Integral, at least as far as I can tell (please feel free to prove me wrong if that is the not the case).

Global Conducting Polymers Market 2017- Electriplast Corporation, Cabot Corporation, Sabic
dailycommercenewsdotcom/2017/11/21/global-conducting-polymers-market-2017-electriplast-corporation-cabot-corporation-sabic/
Sir Wonshot, this is Monday morning, you realize. Your post is post suggests a bit of enthusiasm -- at the same time as a bunch of investors are selling. I am not sure that you are allowed to be enthusiastic on Monday morning when the trend is down. Unless you are the ultimate contrarian, of course. However, I do believe that the upside of this company is really good, so I will join in a bit with your enthusiasm even though it is Thanksgiving Week. I am expecting a general quieting of the whole market until next week. Edgar
Analogy this, analogy that.....pshaw, who cares???
The simple fact is that this is a 15 year old replacement technology that is currently selling for 4 1/2 cents a share. The value of this stock is being dictated by what the company management actually does, not what they say they are doing.....or in the case of the REQUIRED things they are supposed to be doing....but are not.
Doug`s 4+ year old promise of measurable results is a joke when he continues to withhold results from a fiscal year that ended over 4 months ago and the quarter that followed and is now delinquent also.
And all the shareholder gets is.....SILENCE!!!
Thin
Actually, after considering your book analogy for a bit, I saw the obvious -- your analogy does't work, if you think about it. In the case of Integral, the Emperor has clothes, the crowd is telling Doug that he does't, but the lowly loyal-longs are telling him he does.
As for sharks eating the big fish, well my holdings have dwindles in value, but it has been more like a slow leak in my tire, but I keep watching for a gas station as I putt along with at about 4.5 cents. I sure you have filled up a tire before. Doesn't take long once you hook up to the compressor.
However, I have pumped up a tire with a hand pump -- that took some doing. So lets hope we find a Chevron and not a cyclist having lunch by the side of the road.
Sir Sputnik -- great reply! I hope you are wrong. And if you were to read The Old Man and the Sea again, you would notice that the great fish gets eaten by sharks, so both books may precisely represent Electriplast: however, my money is on ITKG, regardless of the literary analogies.
The literary piece most appropriate to precisely represent Electriplast is “The Emperor’s New Clothes”. Published
April 7, 1837
Prometheus Hall of Fame Award
The answer to your question about the difference between revenue and industry acceptance is that the consumption of plastic on a particular application may not result in a large order of electriplast if the part is small or if the run is small. However, the fact of an application, or rather many applications would be what I would consider industry acceptance, even if the resulting revenue was less than spectacular.
Anyway, back to sleep!
You claim: "I am not even looking for revenue, but for evidence of industry acceptance."
What better evidence than revenue? HELLO!!! Is numeric worth not the universal measurement of value?
A blah, blah, blah, company press release filled with promise but ZERO details? Or a conductive newsletter entry detailing possible industry direction....but also containing ZERO verifiable Electriplast content?
All of which brings us back to the the delinquent public legal document for a quarter and a fiscal year that ended 4 1/2 MONTHS ago?
What`s the problem???
Thin
Sorry, I fell asleep reading it.
Thin
Hey -- no response? If Integral is nothing else, it is material for a soap opera.
Let's go back to my literary analogy, to the creation of literature. The greatness of a piece of writing is not found in its grammatical correctness. How many text books did you have to read in your education that had to be read over and over to get the point? Often times this sort of thing is not caused by the complexity of the material but by the poor delivery. Actually, to give an example, that last article about Integral that someone put up here a few weeks ago was, in my opinion, poorly written -- embarrassingly so. What makes a piece of writing good is the author's ability use words to transmit clear ideas to the mind of the reader, without the reader having to work it over, guess, or subconsciously add bits to make the meaning clear. This is not done through correct grammar, but through rhetorical techniques. These are not the same things.
That being said, you are perfectly accurate to say that Integral should be reporting - and, indeed, reporting the kind of things that indicate that the company is doing well -- this would be good grammar and good content.
However, what I am saying is that the content is far more important than the correctness of the grammar. So with Integral, the content will be revenue at some point, but even more fundamentally, the content of the ITKG rough draft is the inherent potential of electriplast and the very real possibility this plastic being adopted by industry.
So, I am speaking to everyone out there -- if you are buying Integral as a short-term play, that is hopeful a good thing -- but don't cry in your beer later when you realize what it is that you once had in your portfolio. If you are not buying Integral because they can't seem to get their paperwork done, I would say that with this kind of an investment, you have the accent on the wrong syllable. And to investors like me who are here because of we think that the management will pull this off, though they appear to be bumbling around -- that they will pull it off because of the inherent qualities of electriplast, I would say, "stay the course, steady as she goes, you have already lost your shirts so why bail now," -- "that greatness is in the making" Do you know that Ernest Hemingway reworked The Old Man and the Sea 87 time. The story first appeared in seed form in the April 1936 edition of Esquire but did not get finished until the early 50's. When it came into print, its success was immediate. It was and is a great piece. It was specifically cited when the Nobel Prize for Literature was a awarded to Hemingway in 1954. It was "the greatest prize of his career" says Charles Scribner Jr. I have my own hardback copy in my hands right now. It is my all time favourite work of this genre. I think electripalst will get publish -- sort of speak -- and when it does, its consumption rate will be parabolic.
This is my take on things, Thin. This is an honest and friendly response. I am not worried about the crossing of "t"s and dotting of "i." I am not even looking for revenue, but for evidence of industry acceptance. I am not absolutely sure of things -- if I were I would be buying every share I could -- I am not. I am, however, reasonably satisfied enough with the content of the last phone conference to hold and to offer this counter opinion to contributors who, I think, are looking too close -- you know the old adage -- you can't see the forest for the trees. However, to be fair, you could say, "What trees?"
Edgar
P.S. Don't disregard what I am saying if you find a grammatical error. I am a lousy proofreader. And, I do not think that the management team is bumbling -- I think they are focusing all resources on the quality of the content of this story, not on the editing -- that will come.
But during the same period they had time to research and post (11) entries to the Conductive Newsletter. Do you think maybe they have their priorities out of whack?
Last years 10K was over 4 months late. The following 10Q was almost 3 months late. The 10Q that followed that was late by a couple of days. And the 10Q that followed that a week late. And here we are again.
If they were working on revenue producing contracts all that time, it hasn`t shown up in their revenue column. I fully expect that when we finally do get to see this years 10K and the 10Q due next week, that they also will not support the excuse you are trying to make for them.
Thin
I am hoping that they are really busy getting revenue producing contracts -- too busy and under manned to get everything done.
It`s been over 4 months since the fiscal year ended.....and you are offering a "rough draft"? We are talking professionals here. Doug pays himself a quarter mil a year.....but can`t get the job done. And then shareholders (like you) make excuses for him. Thousands of companies large and small meet the SEC schedules quarter after quarter, year after year.
What`s the problem???
Thin
Thin, Which would you rather read? -- the rough draft of a great book or the final copy of a crapy book.
And we are now just one week away from the filing date for the Sept. 30, quarter. That`s the one I really want to see. Revenue figures, remaining authorized share numbers, current toxic debt levels. You know......all the stuff that successful companies are measured by. All the stuff Doug promised 4+ years ago.....
"I understand that the delivery of results is ultimately the measuring stick of any company, and 2013 is the year we will deliver results."
Thin
No 10K yet!! Doug’s “the dog ate my homework” excuse doesn’t cut it!!
Hey, It's all the in black and white...and red for the share holders. lol
You mean a reverse face plant right. ;)
Thanks Wonshot. What's up with the anemic volume? 500 shares and near the closing bell? Strange
herbie47 - Good plan to buy if it gets to .03 I'm trying to add to my position at .045 The 10-K could be completed anytime now.
Waiting on .03. Won't nibble till then.
I'll buy more shares if the price dips. Future looking awesome.
Plastics Industry Taking Notice of Little ITKG

"Sitting in front of the computer, minding my own business, when 'surprise, surprise', I get a Google Alert. I set up these alerts to receive any pertinent news from the Plastics Industry. Well, I got a chuckle out of it, I hope you do to. And, for the naysayers, we had nothing to with it! The industry IS reading our website.
