"The Special meeting of Integral Technologies, Inc., a Nevada corporation (the “Company”), will be held on Saturday, November 12, 2016, at 10:00 a.m., Central Time, at the offices of Integral Technologies, Inc., 2605 Eastside Park Road, Suite 1, Evansville, Indiana 47715 for the following purposes:

1.
To amend our Articles of Incorporation, as amended, to increase the number of shares of common stock authorized for issuance from 150,000,000 to 250,000,000"


That should guarantee the $240,000 salary for Bathauer, the $240,000 salary for Egan, and all the other high placed officers and advisors that have done such a great job of getting this stock to where it is today......at 4 1/2 cents per share.
