Even knowing everything I know now about Instadose, having followed from the beginning and this whole debacle, depending on the share structure and price, I'd still probably buy CO2 Evolve if it goes public......I could certainly understand why others would not touch it with a 10ft pole....lol.....but for me personally, I'd likely take a chance on it......what the hell YOLO....lol.

Looks like the new company is focused on South Africa, Malawi and Columbia....no DRC...just seems to me that growing industrial hemp at Bukanga Lonzo makes more sense as they obviously have not been able to export weed...... and its a lot of land going to waste, as the growing conditions there are no good(too acidic) for anything but corn and cannabis.

Oh, I don't know, I'm just speculating as the OTC is completely dead right now and there is nothing better to do then follow this and what looks like could be the next chapter in the Instadose saga...lol.

I don't think they could get away with anything as obvious as a RM or spinning off a subsidiary of Instadose into a separate public company. So I doubt there is any way the shareholders of Instadose benefit, without it looking like a way to circumvent the suspension.

However, I don't see why a company that operates separate of Instadose and had different control people(the Curry's??) could not go public.

of course its fishy. it seems to have grants fingerprints all over it. they have intake forms to make it look official, but the reality is this.

Verra and gold standard, two of the largest organizations that issue VCU's are backlogged by two to three years for new projects.

I looked on verras website, and i dont see evolve or either of the currys as approved project developers. opera singer, to instascam to now being in the carbon space. quite the transition. its a joke.

no credible institutuion will buy these credits as they do a lookthough to the organization and the devlopers to make sure that the credits being issued are above board, and that the people involved are not bad actors.

colombian projects have been put on hold for over a year due to bad actors being involved in a few projects.

I cant imagine how the congo would ever get approved. The orginal bukanga lonzo projects has lawsuits, human rights issues, and now issues of fraudulent shipments etc. nice try granty.

Wow...very interesting, hopefully its not a subsidiary of Instadose or some way to work around the current issues with INSD, they need to stay quite separate from Instadose, especially if they take it public.

I guess they could potentially acquire the congo licenses or something like that, that might be OK, they just can't have Instadose as their direct partner if they are going public, that likely would not look good to the regulators IMO.

Perhaps Melabis could be their j/v partner, that deal they had with Instadose in Uzbekistan disappeared from the Instadose website....and Melabis is growing a ton of hemp.

Whatever the case I'll definitely be watching, I know Jody Walker is connected to a new shell company that just started trading last week.....could be perfect for this....hmm.

the 5 k was disapointing as well as the failed
shipment that didnt meet EU specifications

I would have guessed private earlier in the year, and pay some dividends to long suffering shareholders.

Then I saw that first quarter filing. That whopping $5K in the bank isn't going to go too far on dividend payments.

If there is anything real to their business, anything at all, they must get it going and make some money at it. Getting a fat bank account to sit on will help them immensely.

eventually go deliquent by the next filing again and then go silent and vanish , until the SEC does a sweep of delinquent tickers and issues a notification that it has been revoked.
but they filed a 10-Q late so it seems they want to stay in the pinks at least for the short while.

or wait til all their legal issues are dealt with and then
try getting a 211 filed?

Honestly, I don't anticipate a 211 being filed either, I think Instadose is WAY too much of a liability risk for a market maker to even take a chance on.

Something like PTZH does not pose the risk that INSD does IMO, it has a 1M float with only 155K shares held at DTC, this is not your typical penny stock p&d type of share structure, therefore is not a huge risk to investors or a MM. Nor do they have all the other problems INSD has ,class action lawsuits, Grants legal issues, etc, etc.

I'd love to see Instadose prove me wrong and succeed, A) for the shareholders who have truly been through fresh hell here to say the least and B) because those I did talk to at the company, were just genuinely cool people......I don't know how many times I've contacted OTC companies and the IR folks or the company officers were total pricks....Instadose was always very nice and professional with me. I think there are some good, hard working people at Instadose that deserved better then what has happened. JMHO.
