Hey, a job's a job you know.
"He continues to do so, and unlike me (I'm ashamed to say) never descends to the ad hominem jibes to which most self-described IPIX longs so readily resort.
Your tag line of "loser" is apt - I'm just surprised you wear it so willingly (QED my point above about my own journey to infantile name calling, but I didn't start like that)."
And you "moderate" Ipix discussion. This is funny.
It's not your job to tell anyone anything. Oh wait, maybe it is you job.
What brought you to this board for the last few weeks of IPIX's existence?
$0.0015 and you buy this POS?, if in fact you ever owned it.
Obviously you're here on Leo's behalf to pump, pump, pump!
Reveal the truth?
You repeat the same old crap for over 10 years.
#loser
"trashing a trash stock?"
I've been revealing the truth about this Company's flaws for quite some time and there are still a few who refuse to listen.
There is no such thing as a trash stock but there are plenty of trash companies. There's nothing wrong with trashing a trash company, is there? Isn't the truth in everybody's interest?
"Make it make sense".
Don't' hold your breath waiting for a valid, truthful response.
Stocks trade. This stock doesn’t bag holder. He who holds the bag is the ultimate loser. That’s u!
But they would be caught here every day trashing a trash stock? Make it make sense.
#loser
I don't need or care to know who you are. You said that you're a true investor and this was my response to that:
A true investor wouldn't be caught dead holding this crap.
Rhetorical question big Z. We all know why the likes of Pennywise and your hostile self are here. No big mystery.
You do know what rhetorical means, I hope.
Carry on.
Mr. Loan, you have no idea who i am, how I invest and how much I have already made here....you are just a fool that posts negative remarks on every forum you post to......get a real life Mr. Loan!!!!!! Perhaps an employee of Adam Feuerstein.......
"however I am a true investor"
A true investor wouldn't be caught dead holding this crap.
Yes, i did say it....however I am a true investor unlike you and many others who are not......And yes, the daily posts by you and all the detractors are entertainment and comical.....
"I'm good either way...I'm not here 24/7 and not at all obsessed. This is just entertainment for me....if I make money, great, If I lose, its a tax write off......."
He didn't make it up. YOU SAID IT.
I’m here for the cannolis ya pumping clown.
You are wrong Big Z....I'm here because I have an investment unlike the other tool!!!
What difference does it make to you whether the Hound is posting or not? Do you think if the Hound stops posting, this pile of garbage will suddenly rise from the ashes? Look at 007 - that poster is here because "This is just entertainment for me." The reasons for posting are irrelevant at this point. Ask why Ehrlich turned out to be such a failure and why he did what he did to decimate this company.
The 4 person ship of fools is most likely down to one by now - just the big idiot Ehrlich...and even if he is around, he's about as productive as a dead horse waiting to enter the glue factory.
You are here posting multiple times a day, every day on a "dead" company for years now.
Why exactly?
Uh, 4 staff, even worse. Could not find what each made, whatever it is, it is too much.
Holders of the bag forever.
Doesn't sound like you're Sitting Tight.
This idiot CEO and his one-man operation have been sleeping for years. The question is whether both are still breathing.
IPIX is insolvent. Millions in debt. Dead. Forever.
I’ll give you a few guesses:
1) Poolside
2) The IPIX offices
3) Israel (still poolside)
4) 6 feet under
“Exactly where the F is he?”
Exactly where the F is he? Absolutely no excuses for going totally silent on his shareholders! Shameful and quite sus!
Trading of Ipix action sleeps until the Company catches up on its public information requirements, another one of which came due last week (a 10-Q for the quarter ended 3/31).
I'm sure you understand how the Expert Market works.
IPIX trading isn't dormant for the usual reason....no productive operations....it's dormant due to a failure to provide required information.
Both reasons can be attributed to Leo Ehrlich. Where is he?
I strongly disagree because in your view you absolve Leo from his most basic duties!
Applying for new grants and funds cost nothing.
Negotiating with interested BPs cost nothing!
The science offers already many potential avenues for many years, yet Leo has done nothing in that regard.
I agree that Beamed is the best avenue to finally see some monetization. But then what?
Let's suppose Beamed sees revenue and Ipix actually sees some of that revenue. Then what? Finance new research? To what end? Unless you go it all alone with Phase 3 and market penetration yourself, you need a partner. Then you are in exactly the same position as now and the last couple of years.
We don't need new research, we have plenty of that. We need a new CEO, and that's the truth regardless of Beamed's success.
Leo owes $ millions. Company is broke. IPIX is dead. Insolvent.
Apparently Leo’s no longer associated with Brilacidin. Much like Kevetrin.
New in vitro test against Chikungunya Virus show Brilacidin's potential one more time.
Study title: "New highly selective antivirals for Chikungunya Virus identified from the screening of a drug-like compound library"

I'm good either way...I'm not here 24/7 and not at all obsessed. This is just entertainment for me....if I make money, great, If I lose, its a tax write off.......
you should probably try the same thing
OK, didn't know you were so obsessed.....glad you are doing better......good luck to you...
i stopped hanging out here 24/7 obsessively
How did selling this stock give you your life back???
Sold my position about 5 months ago but figured i’d check in here.
I took my loss but got my life back.
I see your ongoing concern here makes total sense Pennywise. Awesome use of time.
Carry on.
Haha. One thing is for sure, it’s not to bring the price of the stock down. Jackass.
Probably just waiting for instructions like a good little doggie.
And what brings your ongoing board contribution to a "dead company"?
Empathy for the board investors?
Vast concern for others?
Need to be a do-gooder?
Good Luck!
TechTechTech HHHHMMM gotta digest that statement for a while..
You're thoughtful pauses from one post to the next really shows about you what I already know.
TechTechTech "Well you ain't never caught a rabbit. so you ain't no friend of mine." Good One!! Thank You-Thank You Very Much..
Why did you decide to bring your investing expertise to this stock a couple of weeks ago?
Attracted by the deep value?
Don't have money for stocks costing less than 1/2 a penny?
Or just like to catch a falling knife?
Good Luck!

Innovation Pharmaceuticals Inc. (IPIX)
$IPIX NEWS - http://ipharminc.com/press-release
SEC Filings https://www.sec.gov/cgi-bin/browse-edgar?company=Innovation+Pharmaceutical&owner=exclude&action=getcompany
From the most recent 10-K:
There are doubts about our ability to continue as a going concern.
We have generated revenue of $0 and $18,000 for the fiscal years ended June 30, 2023 and 2022, respectively and have an accumulated deficit of $125.3 million through June 30, 2023. These factors raise substantial doubt about our ability to continue as a going concern.
We need to raise substantial additional capital in the future to fund our operations and we may be unable to raise such funds when needed and on acceptable terms, which could prevent us from fully implementing our business, operating and development plans.
We currently have an approximate $1.0 million cash balance as of the date of this filing, but that is insufficient to complete the development and commercialization of any of our proposed products. We expect to incur costs of approximately $1.8 million in the upcoming fiscal year ending June 30, 2024 to operate our business in accordance with our business plans and budgets.
We have limited experience in drug and formulation development, the conduct of clinical trials, and may not be able to successfully develop any drugs.
Development of pharmaceutical products is a risky and time-consuming process subject to a number of factors, many of which are outside of our control. We are subject to regulatory authority permissions and approvals, most importantly the FDA. Our drug candidate(s)/indications are at early and mid-stages of development. Consequently, we can provide no assurance of the successful and timely development of new drugs, and the failure to do so could cause us to cease operations.
We may elect to deregister our common stock under the Exchange Act and suspend our reporting obligations. Such deregistration and suspension would result in less disclosure about us and may negatively affect the liquidity and trading prices of our common stock.

IPIX CEO - "The Company historically devoted most of its efforts and resources on business development, regulatory matters, and clinical trials. Presently, the Company does not have sufficient financial resources to advance our drug candidates meaningfully." "In general, we expect to concentrate on product development and engage in a limited way in product discovery, avoiding the significant investment of time and financial resources that is generally required for a promising compound to be identified and brought into clinical trials."
