Trading of Ipix action sleeps until the Company catches up on its public information requirements, another one of which came due last week (a 10-Q for the quarter ended 3/31).
I'm sure you understand how the Expert Market works.
IPIX trading isn't dormant for the usual reason....no productive operations....it's dormant due to a failure to provide required information.

Both reasons can be attributed to Leo Ehrlich. Where is he?

No matter what it is or who commenced it, I'm against it!
