Good news for sure. Let's see what this group can come up with. I will mention, a few weeks ago, I sent an email from the new Innovaro Inc website requesting some generic information. Just to see if I could get us some information. It stated I would get a response soon. However, I haven't received anything yet. It's possible they can't give out any information until all filings are legal and binding. I will update if I ever get a response.

I hadn’t noticed the share increase. Good catch. I agree, not very dilutive to get things re-started. Very small price to pay for a little motivation. Now let’s hope for some action! I actually had expected a little more on the volume side last week. Maybe calm before the storm brewing ???

OS count increased 5M now 22.6M. Presumably these are restricted shares issued as part of the process. Reasonable if so. Not overly dilutive or destructive. Now hand this puppy off to an exciting company and watch the sparks fly!

Hoping for the best. Hopefully the new custodian here can get things current and bring in a new owner with a real business.I haven't been here that long and I unfortunately sold most of my shares but I still have enough to be well worth it if this goes to dollars. Gltu

I also noticed that after I saw some steady volume the past few months. So I also think a RM is coming. With the low O/S this could definitely get interesting in a hurry. Not much reason to do a reverse split, don't think it would serve much of a purpose for the new entity. I haven't written off any of my shares, and I've been here for almost a decade. Let's hope for the best, we definitely deserve it!

Lime time… I was wondering the same thing. I did some digging. It appears there is something going on behind the scenes. I see a new CEO David Duarte on otcmkts. I also see TA now verified. I won’t be surprised to see this get current. Wish I could buy some more but IDK how to buy EM stocks. Do you?

I do agree something is up here finally! Way overdue for a merger or at the very least a company re-alignment. Even a share consolidation would be very minimal with only 17 mil outstanding. Been a shareholder for along time. Definitely watching more closely. I got that feeling!!!
