I have emailed the CEO a couple of times to figure out what was going on. I only did so after I received a private placement package from the company's lawyer. I called the lawyer to ask what was going on and I was told the business plan and information was sent to shareholders by mistake. Anyone else get one of these packs? It probably came last year over the summer. From the looks of things even though the share count is 800,000,000,000,000,000...well you get the point, there are only a few people who control it. It's broken down so that the 2 people own about 65%, 3 or 4 insiders own about another 25% and the other 10% is owned by the stock pit I guess. These are copies of emails I sent to William Boll and his responses. I urge all other holders to email him as well:

I noticed the news on the 16th with Mobile Air. Is there a reason the stock symbol for Ingenex was left out of the PR? At this time it also appears there is no way to purchase the stock on the pinksheets as there are no marketmakers. Is this something the company is aware of and if so will it be working towards a more liquid market in the near future? Thanks for your response,

I am still looking for approval on when your shares will trade publicly. Do you have any further information you can share with me? Thanks,

As you all can see he is a man of many words. BTW his email is wboll@ingenex.us
That's all I have on this one, other than the few hundred thousand shares that is.
