I still chuckle to this day when I read the following;

After weeks of correspondence with FINRA, it was decided that the Company will no longer pursue the name change and reverse split at this point. Henceforth the Company cancels the corporate action until further notice.

They had no choice in the matter. The previous BOD pushed it too far for the regulators not to act.

The regulators denied their request for a third R/S after shareholder concerns were shared to them.

Look to the past to see the future.

There are diamonds in the rough out there and that’s why we remain and play.

You’re welcome. What you posted is frustratingly true for all traders that have been misled.

Sadly it’s the way of the world.

Money can and has been made in Pinkyland but the losers far outnumber the winners.

Just like the casinos.

Even casinos are much more regulated though.

Hopefully Cooley will step up and show some respect for his damaged shareholders and address the recent events.

Just be sure to take all said with great doubt as drinking the Cooley aid has poisoned many here and elsewhere already.

Thank you for your response. If the SEC decides to do nothing, then these types of situations will continue and the SEC is not backing its mission statement. This is the second merger that I have this year that has failed in the OTC. I have one on Nasdaq that failed. They need to clean this up and clean up illegal naked shorting. Not much confidence in the SEC to do their job.

It’s not an easy or quick effort. They are not required filers and are safe harbour protected. Most likely the regulators will do absolutely nothing and go after bigger fish. Pinkyland CEO’s know that fact well and scam accordingly.

What happened here is quite egregious and may trigger a look if enough investors clearly report their views and related damage. The wheels of justice move slowly but they can move with the right information.

Most investors don’t follow up though. I was successful in part because I had saved all personal correspondence I had with the CEO’s and a couple of board members. Their own words and volume of similar input eventually got them sanctioned.

In actuality the fines are meaningless to them as the rewards of the scamming is much greater. It’s just an expense to them but it does raise investor awareness if one looks deep enough and decides from there.

Since you have been right on this trade, what will the SEC, FINRA, or the OTC Markets do if a pattern of bad behavior is so obvious. What about the attorney letter that supported the merger.? The mission of the SEC is to protect investors; maintain fair, orderly, and efficient markets; and facilitate capital formation.

$IFXY Waited a day. Was great to get my avg down to .0015 so not down a bunch, Hopefully others did. My biggest grief is the leaked insider info that was given the week prior. I reported it to SEC for sure. Not all the blame is Carey Cooley's. I blame Jose Pineda he lead us on and caused the shit show. Carey Cooley can make it up with a fantastic new merger. But i am cautions. Everyone should report the leaked info. My wonder is that Mr. Pineda paid Krisa $120,000 and will there be a lawsuit for not meeting deadlines. But i have shares and will wait till i can get out with some of my investment. Diogenes of Sinope is smart and warned us but oh no he couldn't be right. But he was right. .Thanks for all the warnings tho.

These attorney letters that stated $IFXY is no longer a shell company. What did they get a chance to see that we didn't? Revenue producing company in house via Mi Pulpe, then deal rescinded hours later? The rug burn here is unreal.

Management here has to elaborate on the material financial issues here which we voluntarily dodged via rescinded deal.

Great news! We've regained current status. Shareholder update will be prepped over weekend and released at some point next week. A reminder, our Q1 2023 report due 11/14 will be first time Mi Pulpe results are included under $IFXY.

The insiders knew what was going on and that’s why over a quarter billion shares were dumped last week.

They pushed the bad news realities and release as far as they could to facilitate share dumping.

The payout for me if they would have just executed would've been phenomenal for my account. I never expected this. This was detrimental.
