Well this is definitely, 1,000% the last merger play I even think about. It’s a known risk but damn this sucks.

I’m down so much that I’m stuck with this “clean shell” waiting for another company to promise me the world and a Turkey sandwich. Luckily I had a small position but I feel for the people who had bigger positions
