Real Deal? LoL 15 years of having products on the market and having multiple revenue streams LoL.
Such an amazing product demand would be thru the roof. It's that simple.
Hey, where are all those million dollar feed lots? LoL
No One is Fooled
I am not saying you didn't give MW hell. All i m saying is, having the same biz model while repeating the same awareness campaign mumbo jumbo was and still is madness and a recipe for failure.
All one has to do is read all the news from 2013 and compare what was said then up until 2021-2024.
MW literally put up updates and news about contacting the WHO and the Melinda Gates Foundation on SGP LoL
“ I own zero shares of IFUS. I will not buy, sell or receive any shares of IFUS now or anytime in the future.”
This will turn out to be a very smart decision.
Let’s start with a few comments by you on IFUS board.
You stated
"For two years you mentioned a new CEO was needed here?" Read my posts on this board many years back. I kicked the hell out of MW and everyone involved at IFUS. I was intrigued over the court battle to own the science behind the trade secret back then. Were they fighting in court for ownership of that science to pump and dump shares? I do not think so. There is something behind the science that old Joe discovered. After all that drama, I was surprised when Schaeffer put the money in. I know nothing about him but I assumed he knew what he was doing. But the kind of money he put in and IFUS showed no revenue and countless expenses? Let me tell you something. If I were Schaeffer back then, I would have put out a private newswire article about how my investment with people addicted to midget porn went bad when they relapsed. I am really surprised IFUS did not search for funding to drag my ass to court for slander.
Always nice checking in on things @ IFUS. But I can assure you all of one thing. None of you want me here. Period.
It was just an idea on IFUS raising cattle themselves. I was joking about IFUS giving the ranchers the middle finger and I know they are not going to shift business models. Applying SGP+(AG)™ as a mulch, fertilizer. Just assuming it will increase the profit margins of growing flowers down in Colombia and Ecuador? They have the perfect climate and really fertile soil. It will cost too much to ship it to them. But there are raw sugar factories down there. Colombia and Ecuador grow and export over 4 billion dollars worth of flowers per year and mostly to the USA. If the SGP+ as a mulch/fertilizer adds to a considerable increase in their profits with faster growth? We are talking about a lot of generations of families that have farmed that land growing those flowers. I am sure they have tried every fertilizer/mulch they could find.
Dr. Devaiah Kambiranda doing studies? Assuming those studies turn out good and help to potentially market the product? OK.
I have an offer for you. I will have SGP+ in the hands of the largest flower growers in Columbia and Ecuador to test out next week. If they like it, IFUS has got to ship it to them or manufacturer the SGP+ down there. Rubber hits the highway right here. I own zero shares of IFUS. I will not buy, sell or receive any shares of IFUS now or anytime in the future. And please do not take that as an insult.
Bagley securing funding for research? I can put SGP+ it the hands of companies growing billions of dollars per year in flowers, plants, trees, coffee beans. And the list just goes on. Screw those researchers and screw those scientist you are talking about. I do not think that I am the kind of partner/distributor that IFUS wants. No offense to you or anyone else..........................
HaHaHa is that the "Ford Patent" MW talks about in the stock podcasts?

If you enjoy reading about the IFUS CEO,
Marc Walther was found liable in a securities fraud lawsuit...
Complaint:

Judgement: $397,744.50

And Marc Wallther has been the sole person putting together the disclosure statements. No accountant, no auditor.
Worthless...
That lawsuit was also never publicly disclosed. There is a HUGE gap in the disclosure statements between 2011 and 2018. With statements between 2019 and 2021 extremely lacking.
Marc Walther doesn't pay his bills or judgments either.

Another one for fraud... Vito V. Florio vs Marc Walther. This one quite detailed and a doozie...

The Company is still pursuing damages in Miami-Dade County Florida Circuit Court Against fired CEO Walther for Breach of Fiduciary Duty and intends to seek damages and other relief based on the claim that he fraudulently and improperly issued a massive number of Preferred Shares to himself and a personal friend, Rhonda Windsor, after he was terminated by a majority of the shareholders for cause. The Company deems the preferred shares that were issued by Walther in an attempt to gain control of the Company to be void for the failure of Walter to comply with applicable law. Shows Marc Walthers character. A liar, a thief, a con, and a fraud. And, it shows he's been doing it for a while.
In my opinion, IFUS is extremely undervalued at the current pps of .036. Your statement below
If you enjoy discussing business models I suggest you start with the scientists at IFUS or the team at Southern University in Baton Rouge listed below in the Letter to IFUS Shareholders dated Aug 7 2024.
https://www.otcmarkets.com/otcapi/company/dns/news/document/76354/content
Dr. Devaiah Kambiranda, Research Associate Professor focuses on Biotechnology, Molecular Biology and Agricultural Plant Science. He is presently applying SGP+(AG)™ as a mulch, fertilizer, and natural insecticide to hemp plantings as well as studies on application to viticulture.
Dr. Janana Snowden, Director of Medicinal Plant Institute, Associate Professor focuses on Agricultural Biotechnology, specifically application of SGP+(AG)™ to hemp plantings in cooperation with Dr. Kambiranda.
Dr. Marlin Ford, is an Urban Agricultural Specialist at SUAREC. He has an extensive background in research and outreach programs related to urban agricultural practices. Dr. Ford holds several degrees and is a former L.S.U. football player. Dr. Ford is assisting Dr. Bagley in securing funding for all research efforts.
Your knowledge in Plants ,trees, fruits, roses, and increasing the longevity and quality could provide a better business model than raising cattle.IF you visited the scientists in Napoleonville and saw the difference (that was shared with pictures),in the height of trees, the size and health of fruits, and the lack of insects with no use of pesticides you would see the real truth.
Just sayin
The data should be published by the university team but possibly only in a form that consumers could understand.Someone with your knowledge could partner with IFUS and be a distributor of SPG+ AG and develop a business model to add IFUS mulch/fertilizer to the ground and replace every tree lost in California fires.
Just sayin
Everyone knows agriculture needs to replenish the soil with healthy minerals that have disappeared over the years.
Everyone knows the forest industry needs a better product to produce better trees quicker.
Getting a late start this morning but I enjoy discussing IFUS with educated shareholders and non-shareholders. A few comments your spot on, others about IFUS exactly correct.
But wait! There are still people that want to hear about Marc’s patent for…. Polishing Steel!
It’s been rumored that Elon Musk has contacted him to use his patent to polish the stainless steel on the cyber truck!
No One is Fooled
Bold plan but that would take $$ and since Schaeffer's $$ was used up and I myself just found out he passed away a while back, it's a tough sell.
For two years I mentioned a new CEO is needed. Heck go on shark tank or contact Marcus Lemonis rather than spend $$ to stock podcast interviews LoL.
Thanks. I really do not care if the stock goes up or down. I like discussing business models. It was recently said the production cost of SGP is more than what IFUS sells it for. There could be some truth in that. IFUS does not have the revenue or profit it needs. If my understanding is correct IFUS has the expense of preparing SGP for transport. An exponential cost increase in transporting the product to customers. PLUS THE EXPENSE OF DEVELOPING THE SCIENCE, MARKETING, and SELLING IT. There is the old cassette tape from the late 80's of Sam Kinison. Feed Africa part. Sam says he knows how to solve world hunger and I personally think he made a good point. He said you fly out to Africa where we ship a lot of food to help feed people. And he says stick both hands in the sand and scream "Do you know what this is people? It's sand. Do you know what it will be 1,000 years from now? SAND. You can not grow anything in this to produce food. I have a better idea. Instead of us shipping all this food across the ocean to you. Let's load of all of you up on the boats and take you to the food in the USA." It was a very cold joke like most of the ones he did. But he was correct. The transportation cost was too high. You can play the scenario out over and over. It cost too much to ship it over there and they will never have enough to eat. IFUS should shift and raise cattle themselves. Middle finger in the air to all other ranchers across the globe.
Blame me for the IFUS share dump? That is actually funny because I have not IFUS shares in a very long time. Secondly, I made it very clear that if I owned IFUS right here and right now. I would put out a PR and tell the ranchers that SGP is no longer for sale to them. I would go on to elaborate in the PR that the ranchers seem to have an IQ lower than what IFUS wishes to consider as a viable customer base. Secondly, IFUS will be taking on the partnership with one rancher that is committed to expanding.
I do appreciate you saying that I was critical IFUS shareholder. I look at it a little differently. I was a psychopath that pissed off IFUS because they just were not doing back then what they are doing now. If MW had put out a shareholder letter every month back then, I would NOT have pissed him off so badly. This is not about money to me. I like to see people fighting for a business. I would rather lose 100 bucks on a CEO fighting verses making 200 bucks on a CEO being coward. I was wrong about MW. He is not a coward. Right or wrong about his plan for IFUS does not matter to me. He is trying and that was what I wanted to see.
I appreciate the welcome back to IFUS. I don't own any shares of IFUS or notes to give me any shares. Totally not involved. But I keep having to apologize to the LGBTQ community guys for posting pics of the gals at IFUS 12 years ago. I do miss the bar fights on stocks like IFUS. I understand what you are saying about revenue coming in and I hope everyone holding IFUS the best. I can understand why it would have been a crazy gamble for IFUS to raise cattle themselves. It's a full time job making products like SGP and trying to market it. Jumping into competition against generations of people raising cattle? A better feed helps a lot but IFUS could not risk murdering all future revenue potential from ranchers. I totally get it. This is what makes me unique. IFUS can work. F the ranchers. IFUS needs to offer 1 rancher the opportunity to get on board. 50/50 partnership and IFUS will front the SGP+ feed. Screw marketing it the ignorant ranchers that are too GD stupid to understand. IFUS needs to be in the cattle business.
That is ridiculous! You ignore “Mon” because his commentary is short, accurate, factual and irrefutable by the IFUS cult & den of thieves, cons & crazies
It looks like some of those “locked up shares” broke out.
Did someone else die and their inheritors knew better than holding this scam?
Lots of gifted shares to be dumped soon.
Absolutely No One is Fooled
reward? revenue? that's wishful thinking and hypothetical statements. Remember your millions in revenue will come after the first feedlot??? That was 1.2 years ago!!!!
No One is Fooled
Looks like I m not the only one who thinks a new CEO is warranted and needed.
Bravo for your post and the other constructive criticism you stated earlier.
More selling by those cheap shares issued at .01 for "CASH"
