Steve has supported this public company out of his own private budget for a long time. I also believe that there is no way to tell if punch tv is doing well or not.. However, with the relationships that Steve has... There is a great chance he can make that deal much much bigger. Especially with a move to direct tv as well as dish. They got revs pouring in now, how about dish network look at bolded! Just like ic places hollywood whick is now fastlane hollywood, changed due to requests, one of the request was from a cable company!

Remember punch just started in 2011! Like steve said,it takes 90 days for revs to come in! Started pouring in at end of april from the jan. 20th 2012 start on brighthouse network!

Thank you. I do. Already got my innitial investment back out. All pennies from heaven now. That post is just an indication of how bad our economy is right now. Working all the time AND self-employed AND wife works and the boat is still sinking. ICPA could pay off our debt right now if we sold, but IMO, could make us millionaires if we hold...........We are all gamblers, and this is the best bet out there! My family has some truly brass ones!

This company really does not need pumping. I only post once in awhile, and I was extremely critical of it before I did my dd. It has been the best choice that I ever made so far. I am all in in this. When I say that, I mean it. I really put every extra dollar I have in this, and I don't have much. My wife and children watch L2 with me every day. We are in it for the long term. Thank God my wife and kids have a sense of humor, because if ICPA does go to the trips, we will loose our home on three acres and live in a trailer. No exageration. The best part is, none of us are worried at all. If it comes to that, it will be due to circumstances in the market that will render us all derelicts.

Insane speculation? Watch and learn my friend. Did you even read the DD. the deal with clear channel that is already inked for four years, confirmed in many ways many times. Yes it is just a letter of intent, but Steve is Steve.... He intends on getting this thing done, trust me. Not only that but there will be more to come IMO. I understand there will always be people like you on these boards, which is why I rarely pay attention anymore. But hey makes it that much better for the longs when the real value here is realized. 25 cents by the end of June, .5 by the end of July IMO. Mark it.

Absolutely! Rev's are the key, and this company has so many revenue streams forming that it is difficult for any of us to remember all of them! The clear channel deal alone is $50m. Then add the rev's from the ads on the website that keep seeming to just appear out of nowhere, the rev's from the self help website, the rev's from pitbull energy drink, the rev's from the various shows that are being / have BEEN produced, the rev's from EZVIP, the rev's from the sports deal that was PR'd, not to mention the fact that we own the rights to sell our shows abroad, which Steve says are MORE profitable than in the US!, WHEW! ......the list goes on and on and on! Help me guys and gals, what am I forgetting? How can this get any better....... OH YEAH, OUR CEO regularly interviews movie stars and we just bought a television network......NO BIG DEAL! LOL.

Thanks Perchy! I alredy retrieved my innitial $5k investment, and am free and clear. As far as I'm concerned, these are all pennies from heaven from here! I really appreciate all of your PR. Although I did a lot of my own.

I am sure that I seemed to be a basher when I started on this board, because I was being extremely critical of this company. $5k is a lot of money for my family, and we did not take it lightly! I researched for about 2 months before I bought a few million shares. I just could not find any negative about it! I dredged the internet the way a detective would to find the dirt on this CEO and company as deep as I could, and aside from bashers on IHUB, and Steve being disbarred in FL, I could find NOTHING! As it turned out, even his disbarment was positive, as he was awarded a counter-suit against his accusor and it was not in his best financial interests to be reinstated! LOL

To this day I cannot find any reaon to doubt our CEO. He has delivered on every promise he has made. Can any other pink sheet CEO claim that?! In fact, when he says he will do something it usually ends up mening that he does it better than anyone else could, and then he surprises everyone with an ace in the hole!

How anyone could doubt where this is going now is beyond me.

ICPA- You and Todoky both just about said it all, plus add the facts that the longs here new and old are sitting on shares, that is a big plus, not saying you can't sell, sure you can sell a few to get investment dollars back and put in bank! As we have shown since may, the team icpa will power is there!

We all know they tried hard to shake em! Plus the fact that the float is pretty much tight, the guys that been here for awhile are great, one as I know of hasn't even sold a share yet these last two months!

My 15% tax on profit begins at end of july! Not to sure when I will put the money back in bank, every time I took out for profit, ended up buying more shares! When is it that I start putting money back in my bank account!

My original aim was .35 to .50 a share! But since last nov. it kept going higher, then even higher in jan. about the dollar, now it is nasdaq! LoL!

Steve said two dollars in 3rd quarter, might happen, cause he said it, about everything he said came to fruitzation! That is a proven fact!

Now, he also said nasdaq next year, didn't know he could do it, but know I know how,punch is the ticket, hope icpa owns it!!!

Ya can always sell some to be safe ... hehe ... had stocks In past that I was up like $500,000+ for example ( being conservative and only thinking about 1 example... ) ... lolzzz... after a very long run up... was still smacking the asks at the tops and was never taking profits off the table... lolzzz ... one morning it plunged 80% and started before the bell and there was no way to sell... I tried... nothing would fill on the way down... lolzzz... bounced a bit for a few days then died... ended up at .0001 no bid... lolzzz... ya never know ... anyways ... EXACTLY what I have been touting this whole time! WHY would the CEO AND other insiders be PERSONALLY holding over 60% of the O/S and NOT selling? HMMMMM? I wonder?

People sell shares for all kinds of reasons, but there is only ONE reason they buy and only ONE reason they hold!

We are truly standing on the shoulders of giants here. Just this one fact that you brought up proves more than anything that anyone can ever say about dillution, intentions, company future, justification of what little dillution is happening, chart interpretation, rumor, bashing, dogs and cats living together, or armageddon! It is the single unarguable difference between this gem ICPA and every other ticker symbol that anyone could draw from a hat. IT IS BLACK AND WHITE, CUT AND DRY. END OF ARGUMENT.

NO ONE intentionally looses money, ever.

I have to admit, it is going to be hard to hold seeing my account jump to SEVERAL hundred thousand. It was hard enough at 90K! It will be worth it in the long run. I know it. You know it. We have already held through some pretty rough landslides. I am proud of myself and all the longs here. We will be greatly rewarded for our patience.

I have stated several times on this board that we are all sitting inside an invisible box right now, and one day we will suddenly be thrust forward in the face of the world..... That day is growing VERY near. I don't want to get into the definition of "soon" argument again here as it is counter-productive at best, but we truly are near the point at which the "rest of the normal world" will see this company. I am very glad to be here and looking forward to meeting those of you with the intestinal fortitude to stay in Las Vegas.

I am only 3 hours from Vegas, and love any excuse to go there. I would find it hard to believe that any of us are not gamblers, being in pink sheet stocks, but ICPA is the best bet I have ever been in on! It is not a bet. He sold out, but price never got down to penny or sub penny like he and others wanted, we had less then 10 mills traded daily for what 2 weeks now, even before thurs and fri news! what happened to 40 and 50 mills traded daily!
