Yes it is just a letter of intent, but Steve is Steve.... He intends on getting this thing done, trust me. Not only that but there will be more to come IMO. I understand there will always be people like you on these boards, which is why I rarely pay attention anymore. But hey makes it that much better for the longs when the real value here is realized. 25 cents by the end of June, .5 by the end of July IMO. Mark it.
