When does Jim Hutchens fire Kilmer Lucas then step down as $1100 Dollars per day, everyday, 365 days a year, salaried CEO? Does he plan on regurgitating that same PowerPoint presentation word for word (Zzzz)? Oh it's not a question, but, stop naming/selling the dude who sold a start-up for $100M. It has jack sh*t to do with the dead money I've got tied up in this pathetic lil penny! Surely I've got other questions, but there's only so much time in a day, and I'm busy hosting a party.

Boy you get disturbed easily.
Seriously MSU, look around. I mean on just about any board. The type of posts you put up are doomsday unibomber Jim Jones type posts. I mean they don't offer anything but gloom and doom. If that's how you choose to spend your time have at it. Just Look at your posts. Where is the value in any of it? No real Due Dilligence. Just highly emotional rants about selling. Even if you and the remaining 3 Stooges want to say "I told you so". Ok...how many times and days of the week month year are you going to parrot the same thing? As I've stated before, I'm here not because I need to be. Meaning Pennyland. I have blue chips and the Oracle on my team. Pennyland is entertainment. However, I do plan to make a bundle while I'm here. In total you wouldn't believe how much I'm up. So you need to Huff n puff at someone who cares what you think. You're simply not on my level as witnessed by your neverending jibberish and crying when the other Stooges don't chime in on command. Yeah... you're the ringleader. Give it some thought if possible.

P.S. There's only 2 stocks in my history of posts I've while heatedly gave the board hell. That's Terra Tech and Next ID. Mad a killing shorting that crap after getting burned. Shorted it from $3 to .30 - facts! The other one. The terror done is simply a straight up insider scam. Got out before the 15 to 1 split without a loss. Longs there are down 90% or more! Here, I do not sense a scam. Simply incompetence. Now see how I can go deep? You lack that. That's why you and the rest are so boring. Zzzzz

P.S. The only person making real money on this play is Jim Hutchens @ $1100 per day, everyday, 365 days a year + perks that come with being the President/CEO/Director (a one man marching band).
About this 15 minutes thing again. I just viewed Jim Hutchinson's Noblecon presentation for the third time. His presentation is full of "we believe we will..." and "we think we can..." statements. It just seems that we have been at this development process a long time to still be legally qualifying our claims this way. I am wondering how much of this proposal type of Language will become concrete statements of "we can.." with the release of Dr. Messing's report (which many of us were expecting to see by now). I am still bothered that our CEO never mentions the considerable advantage of reducing parts of the procedure turn around from an hour to 15 minutes, which was previously proven in tests. As well of the added safety of our dye process for patients who need frequent follow-up imaging. And Jim's review of the sale of Novadaq for over $700 million still makes me uneasy. After paying that kind of money would not Stryker be committed to making that technology the market leader? The way Jim makes it sound to me is that the big buyout in the segment might have already been completed (Novadaq) and our I Blue system is potentially a useful, but minor, adjustment. My question is: if that is the case are we still worth .88 to $1.20 USD per share ( my target range) in the buyout market? I wonder if we are worth that to Stryker to complete their platform. My uncle has now lost his fight against bladder cancer and my focus is now on desiring a workable system that can make a difference for patients NOW, even if that means being a add-on to someone else's system. I remember the many months of delays in development as management waited for parts to be available. That does not engender my confidence that we can efficiently produce and distribute a market disrupting product against a well prepared and financed competitor. So, for me, the bravado of challenging a big player that they should buy us or will will gear up and compete with them, seems....weak.
+1, but let sleeping dogs lie man. Out of sight - Out of mind. I feel your passion regarding the tech. However, Jim Hutchens can only "talk" up the tech for so long, and it's been a long time since day 1. He's now basically regurgitating the corporate presentation to USA folks, thus far to no effect. Like where was Imagin Medical all along? Jim & company are in friggin Massachusetts. You would think an awareness/pump campaign would have already begun in their own backyard. Meanwhile, Jim is getting paid $1100 a day, everyday, 365 days a year from shareholders. Kilmer Lucas is sucking @ the nipple for $7500 a month and I have seen absolutely zero reason they are getting paid. That appears to be a family friend plan. At this point Jim is claiming commercialization in 12 months. Where are the news releases to move this stock out the gutter? With all the "experience" on the team, they are failing shareholders. We don't have forever to keep money sitting in limbo. Also, as time tics away, the tech becomes less cutting edge. There will be others out there gunning for the same market share as tech advances forward >>> I've my window of time left to pull out without significant results. I'd suggest everyone start planning an exit strategy. Come 2020 and Jim is still pitching the same jibberish, Imagin Medical is toast. We're tired of revised timeline, web page, corporate presentations. Either put up or shut up Jim Hutchens.
Just 1 opinion,
GL2ALL

Neverending,
Stop regurgitating the same BS post after post. Medical Imagin never was a former mining company. It purchased it's way to public markets instead of jumping through hoops. Saving time and money. Thing is, you know that but you continue to post this lie. Running out of ammo?
What's in this for you? You a shorter? Who's paying you to write gibberish?
I've been in this for a while now, since .05. Never sold or added. Just waiting, up to past 0.35 and now drop. Believe this will be huge one day. As long as co doesn't senselessly dilute.

Deadly serious. I am in the process of loosing a relative to bladder cancer (another relative is successfully being treated ...for now) an uncle this time. He got competent care, they just missed it- flat cancers are hard to see. And they were treating everything but the unseen bladder cancer and wondering why he was not getting better, then one day its to late to do anything. A crises that plays out for some family every single day. Which is unfortunately the reason why an imaging breakthrough is so important. So I really hope that all the principals of this venture are personally invested in this for the right reasons, and I still trust they are because there is so much at stake for so many. I am looking forward to the much anticipated release of Dr. Messing's report. Measuring the market's response to that event may give us clues to what to expect from the stock in the near-term. In my opinion, the CEO's recent pitch was just not compelling enough with out the goods, ie. the doctor's report, to move the stock.
The stock price speaks for itself <<< Please remember those words.
We can only hope that shuts up the 3 stooges once and for all.

Penny.stocks R generally CONS AND SCAMS. Total BS.This 1.is.as well my friends. Sell UR shares and move on to the Crypto Mining and Pot scam stocks that are more legit. In my opinion.
This.is.penny.stock garbage folks. The insiders.have.made their $$$ and are well in the black leaving you holding an empty bag. They are yanking UR chains playing U for fools looking to hose you big time. It is very said to watch how people can be so foolish about these near worthless penny stocks making ridiculous claims to greatness. It fools a lot if the ignorant "mom n' pop" "investors" out there who end up getting their money cleaned out time and time again. Why do they do it? It works these insiders make a bundle. Sell my friends this thing stinks.
No FDA trial even started. Their application has not even been approved. No product marketing claims can be made to physicians until they are proven in an FDA study. The study process and acceptance will take YEARS. The outcome may not be positive. WAY before then they will run out of money and need to issue many more shares to keep hobbling along. That means share price dilution. I see them at a billion shares outstanding in the next 2 years and the price will be like 2-3c. Maybe its a speculative buy then if the FDA trials work out.
Bottom line is this is a sell at the current high price of 8c a share. More money will need to be raised and they will have a hard time even getting 8c a share. My guess is potential future private placements at 2c a share. Sell now maybe keep an eye on it every 6 mos or so and if it is still around in 2 years and they have FDA approval and a product then just maybe its a buy. In my opinion!
You're ranting about half the companies on the CSE. Further proof you have no clue about doing business. Jim Hutchens was about to address that very question in the Q & A portion of the presentation, but there wasn't enough time within the allotted 15 minute timeframe. Go back and check the video presentation for your own Due Dilligence. Basically he was saying if you don't understand why Imagin Medical (a Boston, Massachusetts based company) is listed/registered on the CSE, he'd explain it in the one on one's. It's not rocket science. It's simply a fast track to acquiring assess to the markets (CEE/OTC) by purchasing a hole in the ground stock symbol. Start with googling Amalgamated.
Something tells me...
This.sad.former.Canadian.mining.company now.a MEDICAL COMPANY=RED FLAG A company suddenly changes businesses from mining to medical supplies? Hello this is a big time red flag when it comes to questionable penny stocks! Get out whilst u can my friends. These hosers are try'N to hose U! In my opinion.
I hear inbreeding comes with a warning label. It Trump's all of what you're spouting about. FDA this FDA that. Still no real facts to support a worn out crystal ball theory. FDA approval will take yeeeeeaaaaars! Literally no mention of the 21st Century Cures Act (fast tracked devices in demand), or the fact management has experience with getting devices fast tracked by FDA for approval. Did you see the real world link I posted about Imagin Medical's CFO making a quick US$ 100M flip? Real world facts. The likes none of the 3 Stooges can ever post. You were dormant like door mat for a good while. Too bad you still got the signals all crossed up Amigo.
Now back to my 97 Point rated Cabernet Sauvignon...

These.hosers.R play'N U.dumb canucks for fools! You folks need to stick with the mining, crypto and pot scam stocks they have a much better chance of "succeeding" than this junk. They have no FDA approval to market any benefit for using their product. Not even an FDA approved trial. No results means no approval to market a benefit of the product to physicians. This equals almost no sales except "off-label" which will not generate much money. How can you all be so stupid! This info is well known in the industry or with anybody with a keen mind and a search engine. In my opinion.
I find it hilarious when someone demonstrably can't formulate basic math wants to pick @ others DD without providing their own set of facts in black and white. Give us some links. Give us some industry coomparisons. Give us something other than latching onto others posts with rants when the stock goes up and non stop nonsense when the stock goes down.
A Vicious Cycle

P.S. The 3 Amigos/3 Stooges will eat crow soon enough.
To my knowledge Jim has never stated what the dwell time turned out to be in the 10 patient study. That poses a serious hesitation for me. And you may recall they stated 15min would be the slowest and if met would shoot for 10min then 7min. Not a word about meeting the dwell time goals.
The size of the endoscope mkt is irrelevant to what Imagin can expect.
Can't tie the two together tightly.
There are 173M shs out not 140M. They will need more cash and issue more very low priced shs and screw the holders again.
They are so behind in their schedule. 12mos will not be met for prod.
Messing was supposed to publish a complete report on the 10patient study. He has never done that. WHY????????
Good post on hammering @ the current industry standard of care. We appear to be @ the beginning of the USA rollout. It seems to me, Jim Hutchens took the reins while Kilmer Lucas tries to get it's act together. Let's see how IMEXF is doing in the coming weeks. The Polar Vortex got a lot of folks brain stuck on freeze mode.

No more 15 minutes.if.they.are not.mentioning it! That is what you always have to watch out for with these penny "riches" stocks and their wild claims that make them seem especially valuable. They simply will stop talking about one of them from time to time and that means the claim is no longer valid. Its a read between the lines kind of thing. Essentially there is a minimal benefit to their tech over well established companies with market share and distribution channels/direct representation like Storz or Olympus! In my opinion! The stock is junk.
15 minutes. Please correct me if I missed this. I did not hear the CEO say, in this weeks presentation, that the IMEXF excelerated dye process reduces pre scope prep from an hour to 15 minutes. Is this still on the table as a primary benefit of the system? If a urologist can cut his procedure turn-around they might be able to increase the number of procedures they do. In my area you have to wait a while to see a urologist, so this could speed up accurate diagnosis for many anxious people while improving the Uroligist's profitability. 1) Jim hit the IMEXF advantage of not having to switch between scope images pretty hard. 2) I heard him elude to the promise that bladder cancer is just a starting point with multiple flat cancers as potential target markets. 3) He basically also said IMEXF is for sale. All three of those are good, but there has not been an immediate rush to buy the stock since he delivered his pitch. US volume has been low lately. Also note that IMEXF has not had a conference call Q and A for shareholders as was proposed for January by Kilmer Lucas. I understand that a lot of resources went into prepping for this weeks conference and this could have bumped the conference call. I am hopeful that conference call is still on the table. My last point: when estimates are made for the size of a market, isn't that for annual sales? So, let's say a $40 billion (in USD) annual world market could easily grow into over a half a trillion dollar decade market. Potential buyout prospects are going to value what the technology's potential share of the market is over a decade or more, not just its first year's sale potential.
Stick.with the.pot.mining.and crypto cons my Canadian.friends. You will see much more of a return there than this pie in the sky junk!
Don't be $o $illy.
Who are we to believe...you or the experts?
Jim Hutchens, CEO @ Imagin Medical Inc.
They cannot.market.until.FDA.study is done=2years at best. Maybe they can do some sales in 1 year but they cannot promote the product until the FDA study is done. At this point we do not even know if their application for the study is accepted by the FDA. Then they have to recruit patients and complete the study then, if the results are favorable, send them to the FDA to see if they are strong enough that the FDA will allow them to make claims about the product in marketing to physicians. All that takes YEARS. Sure maybe some off label sales in 1 yr but no real volume. They will be out of money and you will see HUGE share dilution by then. I bet before the product can even be marketed or sold you have 1 BILLION shares outstanding! In my opinion!

Jim Hutchens explained the 400M-800M was only 2 surgical areas of the overall market Imagin is targeting first. Click Here To See Growth Strategy on Pg 13 of PowerPoint Presentation. Imagin Medical's equipment adapts to endoscopic equipment across the board. Meaning the entire market is in our sight/scope - pun intended. Furthermore, your math is woefully inadequate. The current Outstanding shares is 140 million shares. If Imagin sold for $40M to $80M as you suggest, that breaks down to .285 cent - .57 cent per share. No 7Card. Nobody is here for a return of 58 friggin cents! My math is correct. Stop thinking small...think big in pennyland...or you will be stuck in Pennyland forever my friend.
CRASH COURSE:
The market they are pursuing is only $400 to $800M. You can't expect someone to pay more than the size of the entire market they are after can you?
I would expect more like a buyout of $40M to $80M is more realistic.

Questioner: Mr Hutchens what about the competition?
Mr. Hutchens: To our knowledge the answer is No. Now you never know exactly as you well know, what's going on in the marketplaces, but we're at the trade shows. We're talking to the top doctors and you know that scientific advisory board other people would come to them with information. So I'm gonna say No, but you never know. I think we're in really good standing. And, the idea of being able to use bladder cancer as a beachhead to advance from is a very interesting strategy.

"Now I want to emphasize, we don't sell endoscopes. Like the company you've all heard of Olympus is a big German company that sells endoscopes, that's not what we do. We sell our equipment and we adapt to all of the different endoscopes that are on the market."
@ 8:33
"I'm not going to say simple, but the heavy lifting is done. We can adapt the product to adapt to other flourecent type imaging agents. In the simplest of language, the neurology, bladder cancer market is worth potential of about 400M. The minute we move into the abdominal cavity we've elevated ourselves another 400M and we're competing in a 800M market.
Worth mentioning, we know, we've already published a paper on this on cheap bile ducts that we can do this.
Our intellectual property, we have a very strong foundation. It's really important to own your IP. We're really tied on this. We've spent a lot a time on this. We have three issued foundation patents. We're well protected and with the devices that I'm showing you now and the alterations we've made since we started this company, we continue to put in continuation of parts and new patents. So we think we're very very well protected in this area."
@9:52
"We're not going to try to do anything too fancy. We want to get the product on to the market. We're predicting somewheres in the neighborhood of...12 Months and we'll get ourselves on to the market."
