On June 28, 2023, the Company filed a voluntary petition for its subsidiary, TopPop, under Chapter 11, Subchapter V of the bankruptcy code in the Eastern District of New York, Case No. 23-72310. (note: you can stay up to date with all the latest court filings, etc. from the court above).

TopPop intends to continue its operations as a debtor in possession while it reorganizes its debts. The bankruptcy filing constitutes an event of default under all of the Company’s outstanding debt obligations. There were no other contract violations and the other wholly owned subsidiaries will continue operations as usual.

*** Note: simply Google "chapter 11 subchapter v benefits." IMO, this appears to be what ICNB is seeking to do (present a plan forward). Essentially a faster, cost effective way to reorganize debts and move forward for a small business.

All investors have lost their money! It's OVER! Only liquidating orders will be allowed for anyone holding shares, and buying shares is next to impossible on the expert market..

First, you would have to find a broker that would let you place an order, and then you would have to meet the qualifications to actually place the order. IMO - only broker dealers will be able to trade the grays, but a wealthy individual could possibly get to trade. I wouldn't throw any more money at this, unless they file financials and get their OTC PINK status back. Remember, you can't trust what an anonymous poster posts on a message board. At least I would wait for the company to actually officially acknowledge they plan to try to regain their trading status. Good luck.
