2b - must also be competent in cleaning up the costly & unacceptable production line issues.

ICNB stated in their 10-Q (1st quarter) that they have about 90 days of cash.

We could also see the sale/disposition of TopPop?

Highly unlikely, but sale of Bellissima?

Merger/buyout with a bigger fish, if no funding?

I'm expecting just about anything.
A big part of this is that management/insiders hold A LOT of the outstanding shares.
Their self-preservation is to our benefit.

unsure of Sec rule about quarterly reports . Subsidiary is in bankruptcy but the parent company is not. Subsidiary must file monthly operating reports in court. Toppop only for court filings. I remember that. People were trying to make r/s a positive. It did spike soon after for short time but as they all do in otc down it went. To bad since then Rich has lead company to even worse losses. The acquisition was bad since bought company losing money. All it did was make losses worse. They have no money to change that.
