Yea after a wild friday it will be interesting to see how things play out this week. Had the company not done that countdown and had the buyout/merger hype not gotten so over blown the stock prob would have been at 1.50-2$ after contract news and then ran to 3-5$ on the same Shake Pr. Release that pr out of the blue one morning and it would have been received much differently. The stock could drop tomorrow...but also a 1$-2$ increase would not shock me before it pulls back a bit. Long term that Shake platform has potential.

I wanted to invest in the company but turned away when i saw this glaring red flag... so I came here to warn others that may not have the time to read SEC filings as part of their due diligence while people like you cheerlead a stock doomed for a drop/failure.

If you have a counter-point to substantively discredit my point, i welcome it because as i said i was otherwise interested in investing, and remain open to be convinced that i have it wrong.

However, if you respond with anything less than a coherent substantive retort, you're clearly a part of the problem and other readers should not follow your direction.

The price action this week is screaming pump and dump... they needed to get their share price above $1 (and stay there for 10 days) to stay in compliance with NASDAQ....

a tad suspicious that their stock price doubled to get into compliance the same day that soft deadline started, no?

and who are these two fortune 500 clients? are there any names published? sounds like a bunch of fluff to me.
