Shame on you for misleading others.

I wanted to invest in the company but turned away when i saw this glaring red flag... so I came here to warn others that may not have the time to read SEC filings as part of their due diligence while people like you cheerlead a stock doomed for a drop/failure.

If you have a counter-point to substantively discredit my point, i welcome it because as i said i was otherwise interested in investing, and remain open to be convinced that i have it wrong.

However, if you respond with anything less than a coherent substantive retort, you're clearly a part of the problem and other readers should not follow your direction.
