Also, the MMs probably kept this in check.

People that bought shares at $2 or less, are probably willing to sell if they feel that this is all they get.

It also takes time for people to change their thinking about a company. If they thought a company was fraudulent, it takes time for people to see that the SEC says differently.

I bought some yesterday and added some more today.

This isn't a one day OMG 5,000% mover.

It takes time for real companies to see their value increase.

You know, where the charts look fantastic because they want you to get in and sometimes never get out!

Promoters can do wondrous things for a company .... and sometimes they make garbage companies look good to us.

Unfortunately, real value takes time to manifest itself in share prices.

That's what happens when a company doesn't want to pay $1 Million to a promoter ....

That's $7.78 book value per share

Cash on Hand was $16.5 Million

That's $0.89 per share just in cash.

Anyways, if the SEC says it looks alright that has got to mean something, right?

Of course, it takes time for confidence to return.

And there have been problems before with Chinese stocks.

A good one that I follow trades about 75% to book, so that's where I am looking as a top.

IOW, $2 is a good buy.

I think those selling are the ones that bought in the January spike from $1.80 up to $3.xx and the volume spike from March of 2012 Once they are out then we'll start to trend higher.

I was in this one from the Muddy Waters report on the day they actually bashed it down from around the $8 range.

It's a very good company and they are making money and the market will start to valuate it accordingly. For today, it looks like profit taking and some daring shorts. I don't think it lasts long, though. I'm back in after almost 4 years here at $1.80 If it dips below I'll buy more. This is a bargain for those who can wait a few days.

Adding: The SEC's closing of the investigation lends a huge amount of credibility to this company. I've always believed in it but I didn't want to tie my money up in a bad trade. Now, it turned out to be legitimate so I feel that this is the basement from now on. Good luck to all.
