With 18.5 Million Shares ...

That's $7.78 book value per share

Cash on Hand was $16.5 Million

That's $0.89 per share just in cash.

Anyways, if the SEC says it looks alright that has got to mean something, right?

Of course, it takes time for confidence to return.

And there have been problems before with Chinese stocks.

A good one that I follow trades about 75% to book, so that's where I am looking as a top.

IOW, $2 is a good buy.
