Here we go ROUND 2 nice entry @ .003's
IQMC exploding. this thing is running hard !!
IQMC getting rocked today get the word out
Great day for IQMC today. Where is everyone? This stock moves on air...one of the thinnest floats I've seen in pinkie land.
Yes, very interesting action. Definitely a tight float here and a lot of potential for a great run with some good volume.
A lot of action today. Anyone interested? eom
i think you will come out better moving on to much better things man... REALLY!!! i think its all over here.
HEY GUYS LETS ATTEMPT TO CONTACT THE CEO who wants in?
up 50% on low volume!! nice move today!
seems to be a bit under valued here?
absolutely agree doc, does have huge potential to move up, with inside ownership and technology potential, done a ton of DD here and occasionally gotten in contact with people at company and will continue to do so as I can. If other people want to contact company and do more DD more than welcome, the more info. the better. Compared to other pink sheet plays, many have moved on much less than what this one has. I think some people have gotten tired from waiting for developments from company, hence the selling. I would expect new hands will come in on the potential soon enough once the chart starts to look more appealing. we'll see..
very suprise at this one low float insiders own most the float just no filing or development. We need to contact the company and start pushing them this could be a 1000 percent gainer if their was any development. Let start by getting a phone number and calling. You cant tell me that with all these penny stocks that have 500million floats and can move 200 percent and that this stock doesnt deserve to move up
Interest has been waning here without any developments. Would like to see some news or developments here. Definite potential and will consider picking more up if it decides to continue dropping, but chart looks tough in the near-term.
hey spite, sorry didn't get back to you sooner here. I think this can break that .0031 barrier, just needs a little more to happen. And if it does break that barrier it has a long way up. I have been keeping my eyes peeled for items relevant to IQMC, but nothing lately. Nice to see you talked with Johnny Christiansen, at least we know where they stand.
I recieved an email from Johnny Christiansen yesterday said basically that IQMC has been so quiet because of the poor economy but that there are some oppertunities for the company when they get some finacial muscle .. in short, i feel if we ever get some volume on this thing it could really take off .. anytime we ve had any sort of volume this stock has jumped up i really see .0031 as that key barrier before it could run but thats obviously jmo.. we need one of those 20 - 30 mil volume days but this thing flys so low under the radar its hardle noticed! whats your guys feedback ? curious whats your opinions are. room has been awful quiet latly
Needs volume pure and simple
It looked so good this morning. 24x25 than out of nowhere it went 16-25 18-25, with no sell. WTF? lol.
!?!?!?!?! www.americanbulls.com/StockPage.asp?CompanyTicker=IQMC&MarketTicker=OTC&TYP=S
American bulls bought IQMC !? a couple days ago thats crazy. they dont ussually mess with pennies unless they know something. anyways read into it what you will, but it made me a little excited this morning.
Finally the spread is starting to tighten up. I don't know why the mm s had such a large spread unless hey were trying to discourage buying cause they have no shares and we all hve our limit orders set real high

give us 30 days to prove this stock great!
I think all the longs have sold out by now??? Titanic!!! Reminds me of the guy selling tickets to the next movie on the Titanic, any min now they will have small leak fixed, tickets a half price, grab a bargain.
More 0.0011 Great, its getting better by the min.Reminds me of something called:GET ME OUT OF HERE. Not even worth wasting a post on but anyway this is getting more DODO by the day.
just a matter of waiting for a PR this is a back burner stock, get some shares and forget about them but keep an eye on it because when pr does come out watch out ! between the heavy inside ownership and with this technology plus share structure ! i agree this could be a monster mover !!!
looks like a bit of activity today. As for annual report filing, it looks like there was a change on Colorado SOS site on 5/1, still trying to see if they plan on changing this. I still believe this company could very well come back, especially with significant inside ownership and the technology they have, but a long-term play.
If in fact if it's been submitted, will not usually show up right away. From my experience, can take a few weeks for the SOS to get it up there.
IQ MICRO report due today at sec of state site, but their site was last updated 4/26 they must update weekly
I can't remember how much DD I put out on Erik Johannessen. Please forgive me if I repeat myself. But at least as far as Lifecare is concerned he is a main player and one of the main guys behind the technology:
http://no.linkedin.com/pub/erik-johannessen/13/309/1B4
This is a presentation he gave in 2008 on the Sencell technology. Granted without him speaking makes it hard to follow, but nice to look through either way.
http://docs.google.com/viewer?a=v&q=cache:KgNcfeHpnPEJ:www.rfid-rnet.com/Presentasjoner_24_october_2008/Workshop%2520Oslo%252024%2520Octoberl%25202008%2520RFID%2520E.%2520Johannessen%2520Lifecare.pdf+erik+johannesen+lifecare&hl=en&gl=us&pid=bl&srcid=ADGEESi0H7hl6fNbZGhoIQtqck8lh0ErAiRRypU-KNc1CxPDZHQ3vCfAkrk0_pXADAuMLuSKE0YXFMXtXB-moGVBKkA-ZPc0l7LbWvbkwDSXsGIorQnnMELh32MB2nfpni1F2ujk1CER&sig=AHIEtbQciu3dZhKqIRhcdWFGGrLEIE3sIw
The most interesting thing I found so far in my DD on him is that I saw he was the lead on these research articles which appeared in Biomedical Engineering. Might give us a better sense of other things Lifecare is working on. To piggyback off of their Sencell diabetes sensor, perhaps a GI sensor as well?
http://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pubmed/17073339
http://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pubmed/15000383
definetly keeping an eye on that Spite, should give us some indication.
According to the CO SOS website iqmc list of officers is do in a couple weeks should be interesting to see if that gets filed right no time.. Thus far the company has remained Ind good standing and I camt imagine them spending the time and money if they didn't have something in the pipeline
I don't know if anyone can speak French, but while Google translate can help with articles, I'm no good on podcasts, they discuss the Sencell on this program. If you happen to speak French and take a listen would be interested in what they say about it. The section starts around 16:00.

bollies just starting to pinch in again which is nice...this play is all about patience.
Someone got lucky to scoop them up.
they trapped someone with that 2,500 share trade down to .0012, then someone sold 700,000. ahhh weak hands.
Bengt Akselsen, the PR guy for Osmolife at this conference? He mentioned something about a conference, this looks like it might be it. Apparently he was one of the speakers.
Found these two mentions of him and the conference on twitter. Have no clue what they really mean, translation looks a little off, but something nonetheless.

Nice cheapies............thanks to whoever
well, there was that bit of selling I was looking for. should allow the bollies to pinch in nicely.
Me too, I'm sitting right there in that mix of .0016

IQ Micro Inc. (OTCBB: IQMC), exclusive licensor of patented electro-osmotic membranes and micro-pumps for the rapidly emerging microfluidic technologysector, announced today that its parent company, Osmotex AS, has merged with Lifecare AS, a private Norwegian company developing advanced micro and nanotechnology for the diabetes monitoring market. The expanded parent company, renamed Osmolife AS, will continue to function as a holding company for two research and development subsidiaries and for IQ Micro, its exclusive, worldwide sales and marketing company.

The prototypes of the SENCELL are in October 2009 going through laboratory in vitro testing to verify performance data.

Injectable Continuous Ostomotic Glucose Sensor – LifeCare AS out of Bergen, Norway, is working on a CGM that’s so tiny it can be implanted without surgery. The product is called SENCELL, and will be injected under the skin on your wrist. The technology is based on osmotic pressure, but please don’t ask me to explain the science behind it; something about a “reversible competitive affinity assay” that recognizes changes in glucose levels, and then wirelessly transmits them to an external receiver. All I know now is that the company claims it’s the “new frontier in CGM!” SENCELL is currently undergoing laboratory in vitro testing to determine reactions from the immune system. Hmmm.

IQ Micro Inc., exclusive licensor of patented electro-osmotic membranes and micro-pumps for the microfluidic technology sector, has entered an agreement in principle with its parent company, Osmolife AS, to acquire all of the issued and outstanding shares of Lifecare AS. A private Norwegian company, Lifecare is developing advanced micro and nanotechnology for the diabetes monitoring market. The proposed transaction is scheduled to close on July 15, 2007.IQ Micro President and CEO, Johnny Christiansen, said, "With this acquisition, IQ Micro will strengthen its position in the $11 billion worldwide diabetes market by gaining immediate access to the parent company's proprietary technologies. As we continue to commercialize our licensed microfluidics technologies, Lifecare's patented technology will create another important building block in the future of diabetes treatment for the company."Lifecare has been developing an implantable osmotic sensor for automated, continuous glucose monitoring. The company's proprietary sensor, SENCELL, promises precision and accuracy beyond existing solutions. SENCELL integrates micro and nanofabrication technologies into a tiny device that provides a platform for development of a long-term, in vivo glucose sensor solution to replace conventional, less efficient glucose monitoring and measurement techniques.
