Effortless IVF plans on national expansion: "Dr. Oberg’s sole focus will be establishing Effortless IVF as a national brand."
OK Shortpup since how you messed your magic 8 ball up my question is is there a cap on a OTC stock like IVOB if so what would be the cap on it or can it run to whatever the market takes it to? Now putting you on the spot at what price would you be a seller at?
sorry Hollywood, my magic 8 ball is on the fritz, couldn't say.
Seriously though, there isn't enough (any) information until we get the financials/update. Sure we can guess but what is the point?
Suffice it to say, I'm in this for the long haul... just like those that have claimed their stakes. ie Jason Broome, Dr Doody and of course the folks @ INVO.
Shorthound,in time how high do you think ivob will get.How high can a stock like this get to.
I got approval from Rob. Here is the message:
Hi Thomas,
Thank you very much for reaching out, it has been a few months. Yes, we realize investors want an update but to be honest we are a bit confused. We feel with the new website and letting everyone know when a new practice comes on board is the most important piece of information investors could receive at this point. The more doctors, the more acceptance and the more potential for revenue. We felt we have been providing more information on a regular basis now than in the past 5 years. With over 40 clinics now offering the INVO Procedure we feel we are little a head of the game but still only time will tell.
We decide not to do an update because we will just get bashed for not having the financials done. It will be taken as a negative not a positive, so why detract from the things we have and want to get done. We will do the financials 1st then see if an update is needed. We continue doing exactly what we outlined to everyone a year ago, work with doctors to offer INVO, get the financials caught up with the SEC and then go out and raise the proper funding to really grow the Company. Still doing what we said just taking a bit longer, as most things in life.
As we stated in the house keeping 8-K we filed last month, we will be submitting the 5 year 10-K through 12/31/15 to the SEC soon. It in now in the attorney's hands and we have had a couple of re-iterations with them making sure we have captured everything.
Once done at the lawyers we will continue to follow the normal filing process as any company does. It will be sent to the Board for their review and signature and to be Edgarized. Once signed off, we will have it XBRL'd, a final review and then filed. So we are very close, I would say within a couple of weeks, depends on the Board review.
As most calendar year end companies are now, I have already started working with the audit firm on the 2016 audit, shooting to get that filed on time which is 3/31/17.
We will continue with on with what we told everyone, next on the plate will be to update the business plan with the most current data and go raise funds.
Thank you again for your continued support.
Take care,
Rob

I got an email response from Rob Bowdring today. Will post if he approves. Everything is looking good and progressing.
Anyone know of any news with IVOB? stock down now 10% and I was going to add more but don't want to catch a falling knife if something is up here - GLTA

Just more and more investors getting fed up with management's inability to do as they are supposed to.
Patiently holding and waiting for them to change their tune.
The bid/ask has dropped in the last week to .27/.29 yesterday to .30/.32 today but we seem to be in another downtrend. Anyone care to say why? I know IVOB doesn't put out much information but don't we think it's about time they started to update us all? GLTA

Now that makes cents Sixth. I like the science and the product but do they think that they don't have to issue PR's and SEC reports? Nope at least for now.
After all, who is supporting IVOB, us and I am in the camp that we are allowed to receive information but they seem to think othewise, gulp & UGH

They are under this deluded impression that they don't need to be reporting until they're reporting.
IVOB sure doesn't put out much news about progress or any 1/4ly reports. Anyone know why? - GLTA

It appears all the forum activity is at Yahoo.
Very few posts, actually just one post since I took a position here with IVOB. Why so quiet here with this great technology that can save so much pain and angst in fertilization?
It appears that the company owns a bunch of the 80 mil shares so with any PR's with substance released should get us out of this range from .30 to .38, no?
Anyone care to comment is welcome -

Audit should be coming soon. I got an email from Rob Bowdring recently, and he said he is working on the 10K and audit diligently, but he has other time commitments too. He said "Hopefully it will be in the near future."
BlackBandit, took a position here yesterday, the only one and lowered my avg cost this morning with some more. I like the science here but the company is to quiet with any progress lately - GLTU

1 good PR away from $1 here IMO, glta longs. buy low remember, don't wait till its running and then buy. get in before the crowd.
A New IVF Method Brings Fertility to the People
SPONSORED Think in-vitro fertilization is out of your budget? A new system promises a more natural process for a fraction of the cost.
According to the CDC, infertility affects around one in 10 American couples. However, nearly half of these couples aren’t seeking treatment or are unable to access it. Why? The main barrier to traditional in-vitro fertilization (IVF) methods is the cost in both money and time.
IVF can cost anywhere from $11-13,000 per cycle, with many couples undergoing multiple cycles. The means the average cost per baby born ends up being around $41,000, a staggering amount of money that represents a large chunk of the average American family’s take-home income. So, why is IVF so expensive?
A big production
IVF is normally a complex process involving numerous factors that drive up the cost. Because of the expense of infrastructure, specialized labor and materials needed, many IVF centers have a large overhead.
Traditional IVF uses incubators which need CO2, oxygen, and electricity to run, and must be monitored 24/7 to prevent accidents. Because many particles in the air can be toxic to embryos, IVF labs must create meticulously controlled environments to prevent contamination.
In practice, traditional IVF physicians use a high-stimulation protocol, where women are given large doses of hormone medication to pump up their egg production. Not only are these medications expensive, especially when used so liberally, but actually put patients at risk of developing ovarian hyperstimulation syndrome, in which the ovaries become swollen and painful.
Most couples will be required to make five or more visits to the doctor, which further drives up the cost. Additionally, many patients are losing time that they could be working and sometimes travelling long distances to reach the nearest IVF center.
“In our minds, INVOcell felt more comfortable and allowed us to feel more in control of having a baby.”
A simpler alternative
Thankfully, a new system called INVOcell by INVO Bioscience promises to eliminate a lot of the time, labor, and expense associated with traditional treatments by using a simpler and more natural method.
When eggs are retrieved, they are not manipulated in any way before being placed, along with sperm, in a small polystyrene capsule similar to a cryopreservation tube. Instead of being placed in a CO2 incubator, the capsule is inserted intra-vaginally (in-vivo) where fertilization and embryo development occur.
Because the woman’s body acts as a natural incubator, the costs of maintaining machines and staff necessary to monitor embryo development are reduced. The female body also creates a more stable environment that fluctuates with the mother’s body rhythms, just as in natural conception.
The INVO method also uses low ovary stimulation, meaning fewer expensive drugs and may lead to a healthier and potentially less painful process for the women who go through it.
Fertility to the people
The INVOcell system not only cuts costs in half (sometimes more) but it also makes treatment possible anywhere, decreases doctors visits and allows couples to feel more involved in the process. “In our minds, INVOcell felt more comfortable and allowed us to feel more in control of having a baby,” says INVO patient April Crow.
Instead of being taken away to a lab, the embryo is immediately returned to the woman in the INVOcell device, which mitigates the fears of an embryo mix-up. Additionally, conception within the mother’s body may better align with the religious beliefs of parents.
In a clinical trial of 450 cycles, pregnancy rates were statistically the same as traditional IVF and the process has gotten the endorsement of the American Society for Reproductive Medicine. “The success rate of INVO versus traditional IVF is equivalent,” says Dr. Kevin Doody of Effortless IFV, who uses the system at his facility, “There’s really no difference.”
INVO Bioscience’s mission with this new system is to get proper care to those who need it. Fertility is a part of reproductive health, and that should be a right for all people. By letting nature do the work, INVO is democratizing IVF and making it possible for more people to experience the miracle of childbirth.

Effortless IVF Canada, Western Securities and Remington Corp., Establish Strategic Partnership to Accelerate Adoption of Low Cost Fertility Services in Canada
CALGARY, Nov. 22, 2016 /CNW/ - Effortless IVF, a North American group of companies focused on broadening the delivery of fertility medicine, today announced a partnership with Western Securities and Remington Corp to accelerate adoption of Effortless IVF.
"We anticipate significant demand," noted President, Effortless IVF Canada, Dr. Lyle Oberg. "By utilizing the patients own body and INVOcellTM as an incubating system coupled to an extremely focused operational structure we bring significant efficiencies to almost every aspect of fertility care and we pass those savings onto our patients."
"Canada has one of the lowest utilization rates of IVF in the world, because fertility medicine is restricted to a few urban based hospital-like facilities which deliver broad and expensive single source care. We will address cost, geographic and monopolistic limitations that currently exist with the launch of our Effortless IVF Centres across Canada" commented Jason Broome CEO, Effortless IVF Canada.
The partnership agreement brings the first Effortless IVF centre in Canada to Calgary which will be located on the second floor of Meredith Block a seven story building mixed use development including retail and offices located in the community of Bridgeland.
Ryan O'Connor principal at Western Securities noted, "We believe strongly in the operating team, the approach and the unique value propositions Effortless IVF offers patients. A more natural less costly approach to IVF is coming to Canada and we are excited to accelerate that adoption by providing significant capital and development expertise for the first centre in Calgary and an anticipated 9 more across the country."

Why is this showing zero volume today?
Wow! Do you have a link?
Thanks
Yes the clinic in Texas reported 8 out of 10 women are now pregnant! Result are far better than IVF!
yes they mention the possibility of a strategic alliance. I think after some good results from the ones that are already deployed will bring that kind of interest. This type of rollout when specialized training is required is not uncommon. But it should make for steadily climbing revenue. A wonderful long term hold here IMO.
Any mention of partnering or at least using a surrogate service to sell these devices? Rolling this out one hospital at a time is probably the reason this stock is not moving higher.
Nope, I have a doctorate of education (administrator at a college)
Mitch, are you an obgyn?
Picked up mine on tdameritrade
Never had any issues with Etrade. Heard fidelity has started allowing it as well.
Where can I go to trade for ivob stock? What financial company?
I'm willing to bet it was day traders taking a loss because they thought they could make a quick buck on IVOBs momentum.
I think IVOB can double or triple instantly when the right news comes out. Investors just want to see that people are using the invocell and that the company is going to make money. Every indication is that this is true, but the company needs to put out some numbers to show it. We'll get that soon IMO. All IMHO, GLTU
