With 1.5B ~ 1.6B shares Huge OS and 10B shares Giant AS why IDOI has been traded at such Tiny volumes?

From the historic chart IDOI had about total 1B shares dumped at 0.0001!

IDOI has Giant Deep Negative Equity Value -$30,194,728 and $20.82M Giant Debts!

He said IDOI was buried many years ago but he keeps finding people trying to dig it back up for their own sick pleasure the worshipping of their bank account.

Did anyone here ever check with the TA for the current SS? It seems the AS is 10B shares from huge volumes at 0.0001! Anyway it seems the OS of IDOI is at least 1.5B shares based on the historic Maximal Trading Volumes comparison between IDOI and its Non-Reporting OTC peer (it has the transparent SS from the TA on 03/12/2018: 592,223,688 shares FIXED OS). Both have the same Real bottom 0.0001 and are registered with the same state (Nevada).

What I don't understand is this type of stock should be stuck at 0 x 0.0001 forever but IDOI is trading at ridiculous high 0.0002 x 0.0004 comparing to the similar OS peers! How many Hundreds of Millions of shares dumped at 0.0001 so far? I guess about 1B shares.

Wow, the company had voted 67% of shares to approve the Giant AS increasing from 400M shares to 10B or 10,000M shares! So the current OS should be 1.5B shares at least based on the maximal trading volume in history (see the chart below).

The increase in the number of authorized shares of Common Stock from four hundred million (400,000,000) shares of Common Stock to ten billion (10,000,000,000) shares of Common Stock (the “Authorized Share Increase”).

So the current market value (at 0.0003) is over $450K! At the 52-week high 0.0011 IDOI has over $1.65M market value!

The latest 10-Q shows the company has Giant Deep Negative Equity Value -$30,194,728 which alone put the company in the Bankruptcy status!

The company has $20.82M Giant Debts which should force IDOI to file the CH7 Liquidation Bankruptcy!

Way I look at it all of these should be shut down until someone buys the shell with a business that has revenues then and only then be allowed to trade based on value not SCAMMERS marketing of LIES!

P&D no. 63 looks very much like numbers 18-41 and 43-62. Just not
much here that the touters can try to make a case with. Move on
guys. There has to be at least a whisper of believability. IDOI, since it's onset has not had one ounce of believability.
The only decision was to decide if this is a joke or just an outright scam. (hint...take the second choice) The founder and
board members may have been felony stupid, but they were smart
enough to know they had a scam.

If you are tempted to invest, do your research and get the name
of the CEO (there isn't one) the name of one board member (there
are none) the phone number of the company (they don't even have a
phone), the address (also none), product (none), sales (none for
many years). This company was a scam from day one and is now a
totally defunct scam, so why would one even consider "investing" in IDOI???

Now, if you have no problem with getting dupes to lose their money
because the are gullible enough to believe the hucksters that are
lingering at the doorstep of this defunct piece of garbage, you might keep your eye on this, but 62 P&Ds have come and gone and
only two had mild success (very mild).

Buy a lotto ticket. It is a far better investment than IDOI.

I've wondered that exact same thing many times about not only this one but many are out there in same condition.

What value is one trading?

By allowing these types to trade why isn't the SEC be held accountable?

By doing so the SEC is helping to allow criminal activity to take place.

Now some may argue but wait ................ an empty shell has value.

I agree with that they do.

But that value should not be allowed to be traded on.

It is beyond obvious to anyone with common sense these types of stocks are nothing but front running player stocks and it's all about getting on these boards lying to others because some worship $$$$ over looking at themselves in the mirror.
