None of this makes sense. Usually when a company cancels an offering the stock goes UP. Certainly doesn't drop 80%+.

They rejected the $9.08 public offering and doing a better deal for shareholders.
New offer will be in the double digit region. I guess it gonna be between $15 and $20.
Normally a no brainer with a 3 bagger and more chance imo.
