@Sunbits
Sorry I can´t find it anymore!
PTX,
Whomever claims that I would knowingly participate to remove assets from ICPR in favor of any other entity is simply lying. Between our entire family trusts and personal holdings, 95% of the original shares issued to me on the reverse merger are still in our name. I have hundreds of thousands of currently non-exercisable options as well.
So if anyone thinks that I actively participated in the reduction of value of ICPR shares, they need to think again. Once I left the position of CEO, I no longer had the power to exert the changes which I had been promised would happen. We were within days of delivering the Energizer program to retailers when the "plug was pulled".
It is very easy for some people to make assumptions and promote positions on these boards which have some sort of financial gain in mind for themselves. They do so with anonymous cover and don't dare expose who they really are.
Whether you approve of my actions or not, I will not run and hide behind cover of anonymous names. Anyone who wishes to contact me may do so through my blog at www.sassperess.com
Like so many other shareholders, I hope that the value of ICP with its thousands of shareholders and tax loss will be good for someone in the future to consider buying.
Sass
Sass at ICPsolar.com
is posting like cracy!
For what purpose? With his high income ! (See Bloomberg)
Always finding a way out = NON-plausible "explanations"
for not giving information,or not filing forms with SEC: e.g. 10K for SLMU,now 8 K =? And ridiculous propaganda !
e.g. "Mike...a genius...creating wealth together for all ...."
See www.sassperess.com /14.1.2011 "Team Confidence".
So,why ??? They are hoping to sell ICP for its
accumulated tax deductible losses!
Now, after 1 year of silence, this becomes more and
more possible!
And it is possible as Mike showed last Dec.2010 with the
sale (merger) of "his" Epod Solar Nev. (EPDS.OB)
to Nanotech Inc. The Share price went up 20-times.
Yeah -- I finally realized that. I sold it all ...as Peress sold all his share last year...and took a big honkin' loss...my having trusted that this would do really well with the energizer deal announced a couple of years ago. It amazing me how many of the penny stocks have folks 'in charge' who just shut the doors and walk away from the folks who trusted in them (it's been my experience, anyway)
no stake
took whatever assets it had and put them into Sunlogics.
Go to the Sunlogics website and you will see the energizer deal.
Whats funny, is he now post on the SLMU board acting like a "honest" director.
So, do we have any stake in this sunlogics?...or did Peress just leave us holding worthless icpr shares? Anyone know any details?
Peress blogs a lot in the last time, but no words to ICP!
Filings etc.? Nil report!
ICP for sale?
On Dec.30,2010 a SPA (Stock Purchase Agreement)
was singned between the Salomon Group (SLMU)
and Sunlogics Power Fund Management.
Contact given:M.Matvieshen as usual!
This opens now further possibilities to integrate
ICP officially into the whole setup with Sunlogics. The licenses of ICP will shurely
be needed.
There has to be a rebound after the usual New-
Years holiday low share prices.
The cheap shares for 2 or 3 cents are gone.

BUT TODAY: Energizersolar.com is gone!
Who knows more?
Any other news?????
Any other news?????
What is going on here?
it works!
That´s the only thing you find if you look for the ICP homepage!
??????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????
Why would some ...
Possible reasons:
1.) Short selling
2.)Reducing the price of the company,if sold/merged.
3.)Maybe managm. strategies to weaken oponents:
One problem are the:Senoir Secured Debenture
holders (see #600),not willing to compromise.
As long as they believe they can get 100% back,
they seem to block changes.
Why would some people want to bring the price of shares down?
I C P : will be sold or merged ?
ICP still has value: besides some assets,it now accumulated -
that means:it owns - a tax loss of more than $ 28,Mill.
This has value to any investor who is making enough money to
deduct these 28,Mill. from his other revenues.
This buyer can and will be found. ( www.finance.yahoo.com
SEC Filings: Dec.21,2009,Form 10-Q -Full Filing at EDGAR ...
PART I , Income Statement:$ 27,457,309
=Accumulated Deficit).
There are divergent parties controlling ICP:
Some are interested in bringing the price of the shares down;
some try to recover their "Senior Secured Conv.-Grid Notes/
-Debentures"($ 732,539); some others .... ?
There are also more than 2.000 (new) share holders, who are of
value and will not be given up.
Maybe a deal with the new "Sunlogics" is possible.
Hi Quick, some answers yes, but further informations? Did you watch this? - tp://www.otcmarkets.com/no-information-warning
ICP definitely needs a better pr and excellent news for a tunraround.
Your comment!?
Thanks zak! ..looks like we finally got some answers here

ICP SOLAR, EPOD SOLAR AND ROOF TOP ENERGY AGREE TO CONSOLIDATE OPERATIONS CREATING NEW COMPANY: SUNLOGICS
* Increases capability to exceed the company’s global reach beyond operating projects in Canada, United States, Germany, Ireland and Spain.
* Attracts significant investment commitments for the company’s projects managed in the new SunLogics Power Fund, allowing the company the unique ability to finance, build, own and operate its projects.
* Brings together significant intellectual property in project design, installation and solar panel manufacturing patents.
* Expects the SunLogics operations to be substantially accretive in 3Q 2010.
MODESTO, CA and KELOWNA, BRITISH COLUMBIA, August 26, 2010
ICP Solar, EPOD Solar and Roof Top Energy announced today an agreement to create SunLogics, resulting in a global solar leader. The new SunLogics will offer solar strategies for industry, utility, government, and residential applications. SunLogics expects to operate in a leadership position in solar solutions for rooftop and land applications along with consumer products marketed under the exclusive Energizer brand.
Michael Matvieshen, ICP Solar and EPOD Solar President and CEO, and Jack DeLiddo, President of Roof Top Energy, are Directors for SunLogics. Michael Matvieshen states, “The new company maximizes Jack’s 25 years of expertise in pioneering the engineering of rooftop solar installations that do not compromise roofing performance. Jack has completed some of the world’s largest rooftop solar photovoltaic installations.”
Management of both companies is integrating well into the new company structure. “We recently conducted strategic planning for the GM Volt Green Zone project at our Modesto offices. The combined management and engineering expertise provides the world class team to carry out global solar initiatives for GM and others,” said DeLiddo.
ICP Solar: Sass Peress: "A new Dawn".
S.Peress resigned as director from ICP, to join"Sunlogics Inc."
as a leader of (again) "the consumer goods division",(= sales).
He is very exuberant about this new chance.
He is,(and again) blogging at:www.icpsolar.com
and also, new, as "Sunbits",at: www.sassperess.com
Sunlogics Inc. is a new comp. building solar photovoltaic canopies
for rooftops. gasstations, etc. to provide "free" energy from the sun,
to charge and power cars.
Now:M.Matvieshen (Kelowna) is Presid.CEO,etc.,he is
also Presid.CEO,etc. of ICP- and EPOD-Solar Can.
and other comp., as we all know!
ICP Solar was instrumental in this new creation and will
benefit from this whole new arrangement.
It looks like Sass resigned to join sunlogic which is building solar canopies for General Motors(See links below)
The big question is: how does Icp solar fit into the puzzle with sunlogic if at all?
Sunlogic's contact is mike Matviesen (see link below). Matvieshen is CEO of Epod. ICP Solar semi merged with Epod earlier this year. Question is does: Sunlogigic fall under the ICP Solar/ Epod merger or is it a separate entity? If Sunlogic succeeds will ICP Solar benefit?

You sure did/have!!
I've seen Quick 18 holes over at IGSM.
Howdy zak, ..didn't go anywhere, the Hub boots ya as Mod if ya don't post within a certain time frame. I still hold many, MANY shares!
I know nothing more than you and am just (like I've said many times) adding (all the time actually! lol) and holding, in hopes that the future is bright here?!
BY the way - where are Quick18Holes & Gamood? No comments, no news?? Hided???? Being muzzled?

It is time for the turnaround. It is time for good news. It is time that Matvieshen goes public!

Key developments for ICP SOLAR TECHNOLOGIES INC (ICPR)
ICP Solar Technologies Inc. expected to report Q2 2011 results on September 17, 2010. This event was calculated by Capital IQ (Created on July 5, 2010).

I do not think they will report. Any comments?
I've seen Quick 18 holes over at IGSM. I haven't seen Gamood.
Thanks for your reply
BY the way - where are Quick18Holes & Gamood? No comments, no news?? Hided???? Being muzzled?
or in other words: IT IS NOT CORRECT! It Stinks!? OR MORE?!
To be honest, I'm not getting a warm bubbly feeling here. He didn't even say when he would provide an update. He doesn't appear to be stockholder friendly.
That´s almost the same I posted Mike -no reply!
What the ... is going on here? No transparency - no investor
relations.
I asked just a couple of questions.
Dear Chris,
Since Mike Matvieshen has reigned from Epod, does he still retain the CEO position at ICP Solar.
I would also like to ask how things are going over there? Is the financial situation improving? Are the Energizer solar products going to be released soon?
Thanks in advance for your response.
Sincerely,
Stan
He didn't really answer any questions.
The question is what did you ask him? I know an investor who talked a few times with Matvieshen´s office and they
tried to find out what he knows. They did not really answer his questions. And Matvieshen was always out of office.I mailed several times to Matvieshen & Sidpal - no reply! And Sass doesn´t blog anymore, where is he?
Any ideas?
Here is the response I recieved from IR. He didn't really answer any questions except to clarify that he is still there.

Chris ,
The Epod that I resigned from was the OTC.BB inactive CO that was named Epod it had never conducted business as Epod and it did a RTO . I am still the CEO of ICP and we are working very diligently to solve the various issue that ICP has .

It doesn't look like they update the website very often, does it?
I sent an Email to ICP IR with a few questions, one of the questions being clarification on the CEO issue. When I get a reply, I will post it.
just found at yahoo:
NO dilution of shares(by + 450,M) and NO reverse split: 20:1
The 120 days deadline from Jan.28.10 passed and NO extension
was agreed upon,as I was told by phone to B.C./ CAN.
This is a blessing to all shareholders. This also means NO
"formal merger". ICP remains "separate" with S.Peress as
director in Montreal. BUT practically EPOD-Can. took controll
of ICP through M.Matvieshen (& his staff) who is presid.& CEO
of both companies,since Jan.
This is also good news for a poss. cooperation/merger/... of
ICP with a potent new investor.
It was/is not officially advertised,to keep all options open.
any comments?
I can't find that info either. The EPOD website says nothing. The link to EPOD is towards the bottom of the page.

I Believe the the executive shift change is at EPOD the the Public Entity(EPDS).
I believe Mike Matvieshen still heads the helm at EPOD(private enitity) and ICP Solar.
I can't find anything that says he is still Ceo of ICPR. The ICP website still says Peress is the Ceo. Peress' blog hasn't had an entry since June. I haven't seen anything else.
I agree with EPOD, but he still is CEO of ICP! Nevertheless what is going on with Peress & his former company? Any news?
It seems Mike isn't the Ceo anymore.
