Why would some ...
Possible reasons:
1.) Short selling
2.)Reducing the price of the company,if sold/merged.
3.)Maybe managm. strategies to weaken oponents:
One problem are the:Senoir Secured Debenture
holders (see #600),not willing to compromise.
As long as they believe they can get 100% back,
they seem to block changes.
