ICC Labs has been quietly executing a business plan that involves global, low cost cannabis cultivation, CBD oil production, and CBD consumer products.

Many LP's have big expansion plans, but ICC has 840 licensed acres under cultivation right now; they just finished harvesting from 430 of them. The high-CBD sativa strains are outdoor cultivars, so they won't have the high potency achievable by delicate indoor strains, but should still run around 7-10% CBD. The yield per square foot won't be comparable to high-cost indoor grows, but they do have powerful tropical sunlight and modern agriculture techniques honed by in-house agronomists.
