If we are talking otc pinksheets companies, they can't just delist or suspense a company without fraud involved. Based on the rule 152c-11, no, a shell company has 18 months to find a private company for reverse merger. So, $ICBT is good to go until they find a company to RM.

Because its in their rule book 152c-11... of the SEC, $ICBT is a shell company. It meets all the requirements of a shell company in SEC rule book. The company is an alternate reporting company. It does not file with the SEC. So, its not a contradiction.

IF they shut down ICBT, than the rule 152c-11 is null and void. What is the purpose of these rules are for "Shell companies exclusion"?

They can do anything they want and as they please. They want all small business to follow their rule and regulation otherwise you small mom and pop business get shutdown. Yeah, how to explain that ICBT has 2.1B shares float but is trading at 40%-Higher price 0.0007 now v.s. its peer (KGRI) has much much lower float (1.5B shares) but it is trading at 28.6%-Lower price 0.0005 currently?

So ICBT should hit most recent lows area 0.0005 ~ 0.0004 again based on Same market value match for the Entire float between ICBT and KGRI!

ICBT has 2.1B shares float which is 2,100 Times of your 1M shares position! Note, its peer (KGRI) only has 1.5B shares float but it was trading at 37.5%-Lower price 0.0005 today meanwhile ICBT was trading at 60%-Higher price 0.0008!

Therefore ICBT should hit 0.0006 ~ 0.0005 or even 0.0004 again based on Same Market Value match for the Entire float between ICBT and KGRI...

Therefore we might see 0.0006 ~ 0.0005 or even 0.0004 again based on the MV match for the Entire float between ICBT and KGRI...

Do you think I give a shittt if ICBT (I hope not) go to .0001? I don't care, I made over 2 millions this year in trading so I can offset this pos if it became a loss with my other gains. I got a shitload of taxes to pay for next year. Biden is not helping the cause with his tax plan.

The best case scenario is ICBT taken custodianship by someone else or the ceo is waking up from the dead.
