I’ve never seen an OTC trade after hours, only a T trade which is either a buy or sell during the day that come in a minute or so after close. It isn’t even showing up on E*Trade. The last trade was @ 3:45. No OTC trades after hours.

They just need to convince shareholders that the company is stable and will continue to develop after the resignation of the CEO, beginning with who takes his place and what is the path forward.

Unlike many tickers, HMLA does not have a ridiculous share structure of 6-7 billion shares.
