Cannot trust those 10K lots showing on L2. Most often times there are more shares behind the scenes. I saw the 30K dump hit .038 when 10K were showing and it did not move until another order dumped more.

HWNI needs to maintain a minimum SP of $0.01 to maintain listing on OTCQB exchange. They can drop below $0.01 for a period of time before they would need to reverse split to maintain the QB status.

Everyone selling below .03 would be at a loss. That makes no sense. Also don't use the end of the year tax excuse. It most likely will stabilize and start moving up. Ed Vasko did state in the interview that he believed they can 10x their business over the next 2 years. That would make them a company that is profitable at $100 million in revenues. That could make them a $2.00 stock in 2 years. They would be smart to do a 5 to 1 reverse split so they could be a $10 stock with 48 million shares outstanding, get listed on an exchange and institutional investors buying.

CDEL is a famous diluter and short seller. It may be a security move for them as I am sure that part of the 150% jump was a short squeeze. Again, you have to consider who makes money selling at those prices. There are not many shareholders unless you have flippers. Anyone knows with the volume this has that 800k shares will not be bought up in one day.

I am guessing the unrestricted shares came from the departure of Susanna Song. There was another departure after the Technology division was sold as well. I believe those restricted shares were from the insiders. The issued shares I also believe had to do with converting their class a shares. It just seems to happen too close to her departure to be something else

I've said this in other cyber boards... this stock doesn't look like there's a solid future. Considerable debt, restructuring, selling. I've gotten out of it and taken the loss.

Im watching a few other tickers and looks like $SDCH SideChannel could be a decent one. No debt, growth, no dilutions and an analyst that has a .18-.24 price target. Seems to be at a bottom with close to 1x revenue the marketcap.

I do not believe there was a "need". It could have simply been a situation that it went down as low as they expected it to go and wanted out of their short position. 
This is just speculation of course. 
But since we have nothing else to base the mystery volume with, it is just a theory we can put on the brainstorming list of possibilities.

Two red flags here. 8 million shares of the restricted count went to unrestricted so now whoever owns those shares can sell it anytime. Coupled with the fact that there's 800,000 shares obviously trying to get out at this point. I don't like the way that looks I don't know what you're talking about strong hands any of those 8 million shares could be sold at any time

Do you ever think that maybe shorts were covering when it took off. I would think that Munro is done because he was the only one making money selling so low. Restricted shares are meaningless because the Kizer's are not selling. Like I say, they added 13 million shares so 113 million shares are locked up with one shareholder. Anytime something goes up 150%, there will be some sell off. If it holds, we should see 6 as a new floor. Hopefully news of one of these large deals they are talking about will close.
