Schwab took one week to free up my last R/S and Ticker change. Very Disappointed that they are doing a RS of 1:500 here. Due to this R/S Share price will need to be $25.00-$50.00 for most who bought in to salvage anything. Not looking good here for LUXI investor who bought and did not sell at the .29 price.

Anyone know what this New Company will bring into this Shell? Complete and utter BS to rid the Shell of any investors that paid hard earned money into this R/M. Share Structure looked fine only reason they want the R/S is to push the current investors out.
A/S 200,000,000 / 500 now dropping to 400,000 what's the point? Looks like it's only point is to drive out current investors. Tell me why I'm wrong?
