Héroux-Devtek Inc. is an international company specializing in the design, development, manufacture, and repair and overhaul of landing gear, actuation systems and components for the Aerospace market. The Corporation is the third largest landing gear company worldwide, supplying both the commercial and defence sectors of the Aerospace market with new landing gear systems and components, as well as aftermarket products and services. The Corporation also manufactures hydraulic systems, fluid filtration systems and electronic enclosures.

OPERATING WORLDWIDE

The Corporation's head office is located in Longueuil, Québec, Canada with facilities in the Greater Montreal area (Longueuil, Montreal, Laval and St-Hubert); Kitchener, Cambridge and Toronto, Ontario; Springfield and Strongsville, Ohio; Wichita, Kansas; Everett, Washington; Livonia, Michigan; Runcorn, Nottingham and Bolton, United Kingdom; and Sevilla and Madrid in Spain.
 

FIRST-CLASS DESIGN

Héroux-Devtek is a leading provider of landing gear systems and components to a diverse array of aircraft manufacturers. Over the years, the Corporation has developed landing gear systems that are recognized for their excellence and innovation. Numerous design improvements to existing landing gear systems developed by Héroux-Devtek have become industry standards on different programs. Such improvements not only ensure superior reliability and maintainability, but also increase the lifecycle of the landing gear.


MANUFACTURED TO SPECIFICATIONS

Innovative achievements in manufacturing engineering and advanced manufacturing technologies have long characterized Héroux-Devtek’s ability to manufacture complete landing gear systems and components to specifications. The Corporation’s production capacity with regard to landing gear has made Héroux-Devtek a premiere partner for a wide range of commercial and military aircraft and other landing gear manufacturers.

REPAIR AND OVERHAUL

Héroux-Devtek has built a strong reputation for its ability to support and service landing gear systems and components for a wide range of military and civil aircraft, including several out-of-production aircraft. Service offerings include complete maintenance, repair and overhaul, spares provisioning and supply, warranty administration and support, technical publications, as well as on-site technical support and training.

QUALITY ASSURANCE AND CERTIFICATION

Héroux-Devtek has put in place a quality assurance process that ensures that all standards of industrial excellence are met and surpassed. The efficacy of the Corporation’s quality assurance process is recognized by all major OEMs. Héroux-Devtek’s certifications include: Government/Standards Approval, AS 9100, ISO 9001, MIL-Q-9858A, MIL-I-45208, MIL-STD-45662, DOT 561, DOT 563, DOT 573, JAR 145, EASA 145, NADCAP, FAA approved maintenance facility Canada/USA bilateral agreement, Northrop Grumman Platinum Source, and Vought Preferred Performer Program.

AOG/PRODUCT SUPPORT

Héroux-Devtek’s Product Support provides customers with a dedicated team of experts committed to delivering best-in-class support for its wide range of products. Customers can count on Héroux-Devtek for spare parts availability, world wide repair services, publications, product support, and issue resolution. The Product Support Organization aims at providing OEMs and fleet operators with first-class In-Service Support with a proactive approach to issues.
