Sorry for the perceived silent treatment. Been away and came back to check in. Yes, I am not with HENC anymore. Nothing scandalous, no ill-will on anyone's part. The fact of the matter is that HENC just didnt have the ability to raise capital to close on any deals. The cap table structure is so out of whack that the only potential solution was thru a MASSIVE reverse split that basically wipes out the common shareholders, literally leaving you with about 5% of the shares and only then was there an outside shot. Unfortunately, the lack of cash on hand, any type of a business to which generate any type of cashflow just isnt there and probably wont be. The value of the company is only the cash value of the shell.
I met some really nice people, everyone worked well together, but at the end of the day, investors, private equity, mezzanine financiers wont put a dollar into a company with nothing. I knew the cap table was a major hurdle. We had conversations with potential lenders, but, it just wasnt going to happen.
Again, no ill will on anyone's part...

And no, i didnt get paid a single dime, not a single share of stock. I am only out my time and efforts. But, that goes with the game.

I really wanted to see things turn out differently because i thoroughly love the business of dealing with you shareholders. Unfortunately, this one isnt going to work out.

So, i just went back to working on my personal stuff and continue to scan the screens for new stock set-ups..

John told me he has ended his contract w/ HERO. or that Destiny ended the contract . Maybe a joint agreement. Too bad. John could have really saved the HERO. Destiny has to step down and let a real CEO bring this dead horse to life. It happens w/ other companies so it is possible w/ the HERO. I still want to at least break even I am going to continue to BUY to lower my PPS

I assume that you are talking about John Weston ( IR ). Spoke to John a number of times. Very smart guy. Easy to talk with and he knows the stock markets. Sorry that he was treated so badly. He could have taken to become a real co.
Not sure when the Q1 arrives but maybe time to load the wagon w/ these cheap prices.Just speculation. I am load ing again. As we know from our trading experiences many times stocks move w/ regularity w/o revenue just MM moving and shaking.

Looks as though John Weston our new IR is no longer associated w/ HERO. To bad in that John was a very knowledgeable chap w/ many yrs. of market experience. Not sure where we go from here. ?? I'm sure that a lot of vendors ( past IR's) and investors paid in stock are wondering if they will ever be able to sell their huge stock positions and at least break even . Unfortunately Destiny was no different than the TEXAS 2-STEP DRY OIL WELL wildcatters. Time for Destiny to break his silence. Simple either he has the ability to run a company and return value to shareholders or let someone else turn this sinking ship around. .
That .07 PPS ( 1 1/2 YRS ago ) looks very attractive now. At these bargain basement PPS;s at some point the sharks will smell blood and bottom fish Even a .004 going to .012 would be 300%.
John will. be missed. He just go fed up w/ trying to move a boulder w/ a kids toy set !!!

Time for Destiny to finally do the right thing. A stock at .003 is not the right/legal way to treat shareholders after a few yrs. We had a great IR in John and now we are back to less than ZERO. The only news today is that someone bought 500K shares. Now maybe tomorrow ?? we can see a few million buy blocks. Has anyone seen the Q1 filings?
MESSAGE TO DESTINY : If you can't steer this ship then let someone who can !!!! Right now I feel as though the shareholders have been SCREWED, BLUED and TATOOED Is that graphic enough.

Amend brother GUMPSTEINER !!!
I can't believe that I believed even 5% of the BS. The only bright spot and chance of survival is/was John our IR. I have had chats w/ John and he knows his SH-T and is a nice guy but as is the HERO smoke and mirrors they don't want to pay for talent other than stock options that are exercisable in the yr. 2100. So we are in a mess. Where is our Q1?
Time for Destiny to step aside plain and simple. Just deliver shareholder value !!!

If this were a real company they would have announced the (frequent) change to a technology company, announced the new team (hopefully with impressive experts....not) and announced the fund raise but we have heard nothing released by the company to potential shareholders that may peek interest. All they have done is create a confusing web page and a confusing power point that says they need money and companies to buy with that money, to do what I am not sure. These guys are worthless and weak. Sell the shell to someone with a company with real vision, real people and potential so shareholders can get excited.

Smoke has cleared and mirrors are broken........death spiral! Maybe an empty shell has some value and sells but a cluttered one of numerous failed attempts remains worthless. Any thoughts to sell the shell back to Holloman and have them take a division or the whole company public to bail out their employees that got burned on this venture?

It is like reading an OBITUARY !
I knew ie. sensed that something was strange/weird and bizarre 2 + yrs/ ago when Density told me that he did not care about PPS. Now how many CEO's have that mind set ? NONE . But I was stupid and kept averaging down w/ the thought/hope that soon the HERO would pop to at least the April 2021 level of .31. Talk about AIRY FERRIE thinking !.
The only bright spot was adding John W. as the IR. This guy is truly SMART and knows the markets. 2 million + shares traded yesterday and 350 today. !Time for Destiny to SH-T or GET OFF THE POT to use an old country saying. If he can't delivery shareholder value one way or the other then time for him to let the BIG BOYS run the show.
He could have been a real HERO but he only delivered a WPOS. At least one time we had some land in Michigan but now we don't even a POT to PISS in or a window to throw it out of !!
I have traded for yrs. but this was my worst trade. Sad news is that I hawked it to friends and family so no Thanksgiving invites for me in the future.

It all started in the wrong direction with a phone call didn't it....

The only hope here is that someone will want the beaten down "Shell". They've moved on to building Dark Alpha Capital by all indications. Last week it was Destiny on the team. Yesterday, they had him and a VP. Today, they have 4 employees listed on their team site (added 2 directors). Surprisingly when you look at Linkedin, they all show as actual employees of that company. So, it's being treated legitimately as opposed to what they did here. All of those folks that DA painted as "employees" of HENC were not that at all. The IR guy probably was never really here. It's all smoke and mirrors in hopes that someone will give them more money. They tried to get more of mine, even as this ship was sinking into the abyss.

Don't, and I repeat, DONT give these clowns another dollar of your money for them to squander away. I consider everything I have invested over the years as a total loss. Can't exit. Can't expect it to go anywhere. I think I'll just block it from my positions so I don't see it ever again.

Actually the texas peope did not dilute the stock like the new team. We went from a great shell, to being diluted 3 x plus. This is not a step up. We have now shifted again, added experts with equity, Destiny is receiving rediculous equity annualy, and have a core business with 0 revenues and think someone is going to give debt capital. I want to double down but can not for the life of me think why that will work out.

This team destroyed a good shell and screwed all long term shareholders.

HTIR figured out the ship would not stay afloat with just him bailing the massive amount of water we are taking on. Plus they have no money to pay him so they probably gave him shares that he could not promote (basically nothing) enough to make it move and therefore not worth his time.

I hear Crypto scams sometimes make a run for no reason. Maybe Hero should change course again and see if they can fool anybody with that story? The investor relations guy "HTIR" has delivered his investor deck, which he even alluded to being a Hail Mary pass (must have been incomplete) and has gone silent. They really can't afford to pay anyone so that guy probably took his shot, missed and move on.

Thanks for taking the time to deep dive HERO ! Very enlightening to say the least. However the brightest light or beacon of hope is John Weston our IR chap. Seems as though John knows his SH_T !! We all have been taking the HOSE PIPE on our HERO stock purchases. I have been preaching HERO to friends and family for 3 yrs. assuming that a run was around the corner. But our biggest run was to .07 about 18 months ago. Now we don't even see .01. I suggest that our investor/shareholder base reach out to our IR for updates. That is why John was hired. Destiny has dropped the ball for over 3 yrs. and seems to not care one bit about shareholder equity. Very discouraging and a big let down for me. As many of you have noticed by BB post for 3 yrs., I have been very supportive of HERO mgt.
I Assumed that the DRY OIL WELL people in Texas were a bunch of fly by night LIGHT WEIGHTS better suited to selling SNAKE OIL on the Texas frontier but I thought that the east coast mgt. team would right the ship and deliver. NOTHING DELIVERED just more SNAKE OIL.
My recommendation is to be supportive of John Weston and let John run this company. Time for Destiny to step down. In sports if you can't hit the ball or make the lay up then best to go into something that you are actually good at and let the PRO's take the field.
Unfortunately GUMPSTEINER has been right more than I want to admit but an ugly pig is an ugly pig regardless of the lipstick or a new dress still UGLY !!!

When you change your focus (or lack thereof) every few years and are unsuccessful at all of them people catch on! I like many others are stuck from the old oil prospecting days and can't get out due to lack of volume and miserable share price. I suggest a crypto company next.........

Basic investigation on ANY company:

1 - Look at company website for "Leadership"
2 - Go to Linkedin to see if Leadership page and "People" under said company page match

This is done for a couple of reasons. The main reason is to gauge the organization's credibility.

It's not uncommon to have people who advise and provide consulting services. However, don't present something that is factually untrue. At least, based on what their current profile(s) state.

(1) Senior employee exists on investor deck but does not show up in any other online presence
Multiple "Managers" show up on Investor Deck but show up in no other locations. Not out of the ordinary however, when "Manager" titles show up, one would question why others do not.

In summary, when there is little to no consistency between how you are presenting who is at the helm of the Organization, it's hard to show credibility. You can have all of the talks you want regarding raising of funds. One thing any serious person is going to do will be walk away and do some fact checking.

In the interest of fact checking, you will also now find that there is a recent company (Dark Alpha Capital) where a few of these same Employees show up as working there as well.

I'm hopeful because you have quite a bit of my money. Well, you probably don't have it any longer to be honest. Anyway, I just recommend that you sync up your online presence if you want to be taken seriously. Plenty of people are better at online sleuthing and have more time. I spent 15 minutes.

A few thoughts :
Maybe raising $100 million is a far reach in light of the fact that we have no assets, no revenue . Maybe better to follow the playbook of Howard Schultz and STARBUCK'S. When Howard co-founded STARBUCK'S he made over 230 presentations to investors and investment groups. He wound up w/ maybe 20 investors but in amts. ranging from $50K to $500K. STARBUCK'S had revenue but no profit. No profit until they had opened 50 stores and they were not a public co. That came later.
The rest is history. Maybe we start w/ a few small peanut companies under our wings at least something to show the investing public then grow the tree. Yes, in a perfect world some deep pocket will step forward w/ $100 million . Miracles happen. They did not happen for Howard in that way.
There is the saying GO BIG or GO HOME !!! However, it is our $ that is on the line.
I have no doubt that our new IR is the person for the job in fact maybe the only one qualified to turn dust into gold.
A $100 million sounds like climbing Mt. Everest and yet get winded climbing the streets of SF. In any c ase the clock is ticking and the HERO needs a n open heart surgery not a wish and a prayer .
Do a few peanuts write and send a few public/professional PR's and not wait to win the lottery. Take it for what it is worth but the last 3 yrs. has not been that smart !! John is the only one who really knows the game .
THe street does no even know that we exist.
A few peanuts then a tree then a field of peanuts !!!!
No R/S otherwise we will be looking for the closest tree or a slow boat to China !!
