Thanks for the verification Martin. When you don't show up in court it looks real bad thus the partial summary judgment against Brenner. Hopefully any remaining issues will be concluded soon and Frank can move on. Time will tell. Thanks again.
-Lamont
Hi Lamont, well researched. Frank did clarify that point to me in an email:
"when the sec went after his sec vs brenner--- you may look it up---becsec vs walter brenner---he fired his layer i beleive and the judge made his lawyer continue to represent him and brenner never showed up for his hearing---"
So I can confirm this much if what I am being told is right.
Thanks a million mining hound !!! You are the bearer of very good news. This means that Brenner did not answer the complaint against him. In other words he was a no show. In the US a summary judgment is called a "default judgment" and usually results in the plaintiff getting most if not all they ask for. Summary judgments are awarded to give plaintiffs a speedier remedy rather than having to wait to the full conclusion of a case. Looks like Frank has been awarded a sum of money. A partial summary judgment means the judge is still working on a remaining issue in Frank's complaint.
Best wishes,
-Lamont
Hi everyone, checked Case # A-19-800252-C at clarkcountycourts.us after talking with the clerk a while ago. It looks like there was a "partial summary judgment" ordered on 07/18/2020, a monetary judgment, with regards to quiet title claims.
I am not sure that the attorney listed is actually helping out Frank U. in this case., Martin958, thanks for being so kind to Frank U. Would you be willing to ask Frank if there is a law firm or lawyer assisting him, and if he would be willing to share with us the attorney assisting him? I am interested because I like reading lawyer's briefs. Also, if Frank would be willing to let us know if the partial summary judgment order is favorable for him and for Hellix V.
Best wishes for Frank U., and supportive investors with Helix!
I remember that story that Bob talked about, vividly. You all remember what Bob said that he saw with his own eyes or heard firsthand about aforementioned individual???!!! Let’s just say it was pretty bad / vile, incriminating, and would destroy a persons (perceived) character to the world. You guys know what I’m referring to? I’m sure Bob ticked off the wrong people with that public story. Not to
mention CONTINUALLY ticking them off with his wisdom and facts and truth. RIP to a real hero.
No Martin, sorry. I didn’t get around to writing him yet. I’ve been so busy. It’s on my to do list.
AJ is controlled opposition. Works for the other side, imo. Heck, if William (Bill) Cooper doesn’t like you, then you’re no damn good... period! Lol. (RIP to hero Bill Cooper - Behold A Pale Horse)
EVERY show Bob was on he shined, even on AJ show. However, with AJ (only) he was always condescending to Bob and rushed him and borderline disrespectful at times. You could always smell the fakery with AJ. That’s my opinion.
Yeah I thought Bob was a standup guy. Old school and genuine. He really cared for people. He always answered my email questions (except for the thing I mentioned). He did so MANY talk shows to get the word out and help others. At times you could here the exhaustion in his voice while on the talk shows. He cared greatly and he had a lot of wisdom and insight as you mentioned. Sadly, what led to his greatness, might have also led to his premature demise. If you know what I mean. He was YEARS ahead of his time! His predictions (facts) have come true and are coming true present day. He knew too much, if you will. Regardless of how he died, he does with honor and dignity and on his feet...not his knees! RIP Bob Chapman.
Total volume for the day is 142,876. Only 54,112 was me.
-Lamont
Yes, this is the biggest volume day in YEARS. I would bid too if I could.
Just placed another day order for 30,000 shares at .01. 5,000 have been filled @.01 so far. Will check again later today to see if the rest get filled. I wonder if J bought those other 80,000 shares ? At any rate this will be the biggest volume day Hellix has seen in years regardless of price. -Lamont
Dayumm...and it's not you.
This is getting big.
Somebody came in after me and bought 80,000 shares @ .009.
Well then, can you keep doing it then?
Seems like there are share put up for big regularly.
24,111 is quite a large number, not seen for a long time.
Hey there Ranchu,
Yep that was me. Hadn't bought in years and figured since J was able to find some shares I might as well try. To my shock my brokerage was able to find those shares. It took 2 transactions to fill the whole order. I put the bid in at .02 and they all filled at .0069. Somebody left $300 on the table. Not that Im complaining thats for sure.
-Lamont
Yeah I distinctly remember the Reagan story. It surely was an eye opener.
I don't trust Alex Jones and I would guess he probably betrayed Bob (although sorry if that is a wrong guess). I remember he once got Bob to come out and tell a story about Ronald Reagan during his time as an adviser to him. He was clearly nervous but seemed pushed into it and went ahead with the story on air.
I don't know if that was one reason for his demise, it's just my guess. Either way they are carrying on their harassment with Frank at Hellix in my view. Maybe they did the same to Abingdon Resources as well.
Hey J. I used to watch Alex Jones whenever Bob was being interviewed. I would say Bob was on Alex's show at least 20 times in a couple of years. Bob used to walk in some pretty elite circles for over 3 decades. He knew a lot of things most people had no idea was going on. They could not corrupt Bob so they made life very difficult for him. They were able to push Bob out of the precious metals sector via constant IRS harassment. Bob was a very successful US precious metals dealer for decades. I heard him say that he was number one during the 50's, 60's and 70's. Bob was not just a metals dealer but a world events analyst for a long time too. He knew how the elite operated which gave him a big leg up in his predictions and analysis. It wasn't by chance his International Forecaster Newsletter was read by world leaders, politicians and the powerful for many years. As for Silverado Gold Bob probably abstained from speaking about it bc the powerful would step up their harassment of him. Another reason could be that he had a non-disclosure agreement he could not violate. He may have won a lawsuit that exposed the corruption and part of the settlement included non-disclosure. Bob wasn't a coward and did his best to expose corruption whenever he could. I sent him a few emails way back when and he always responded with a brief handwritten note not auto generated responses. He said he personally read and answered up to 200 emails a day. He was a great guy and did things the old fashioned way.
-Lamont
Anyone here ever learn the true story with Bob’s detractors, accusing him of misconduct/corruption with a company he was connected to somehow... company was called Silverado Gold or something like that? They say because of the shady goings on, that’s why he ran out of the country. Me personally, I don’t believe Bob did any wrongdoings. To me, he was a great, caring individual. I wrote him the question once on a show, also emailed him about it, just to clear the air. But it seemed like he tried avoiding that topic.
That's exactly true Martin. I have been describing the situation for well over 3 years on this board. I am glad that others are now seeing it too. Bob did indeed make some very devious enemies. In fact the IRS audited him for 27 years straight trying to get something on him. Bob said in an interview that it cost him tens of millions of dollars fighting the IRS and never once did they find anything wrong with his taxes. The same vendetta has been foisted on Hellix. -Lamont
I think there is a deliberate attack on Hellix. Bob Chapman made some dark enemies in my opinion, and it's probably carried onto this stock.

Go to this above link for HLLXF's trading details.
You can see that there is only 1 transaction today that slammed the price again. This means it is a 1-sided short (I believe)
Normal stock trading transactions will be in PAIRS (1 buy, 1 sell) as you will see in normally traded shares.
Hello Ranchu and J_Dean, I have forwarded 2 early emails to you both from Frank which I already posted here.
I think it best to keep any sensitive correspondence private since the court case has not happened yet.
Thanks,
Martin
Similarly to mine at ranchu7@yahoo.com
We all should chip in and lend our support in any way possible. He's just 1 soul holding up the sky.
Hi. I don’t have that feature either. Can you please send to classic258 (at) yahoo? Thank you.
Hello J_Dean, I don't have private reply subscription, so if you are able to email me somehow I can pass it on to you.
I am pretty sure he wouldn't mind although he failed to specify either way if he would want that.
He certainly hasn't minded me emailing him, so other investors should be the same.
Thank you martin, understood. Do you mind giving me his email / personal contact info?
Hello J_Dean, I would not want to forward anything he sent me as some of it he wants to keep private, so I will respect that. I am sure it will all come out in the end anyway.
I cannot say who did what to who. This is just hearsay from my standpoint.
I am not accusing either party of anything, and cannot prove that either side did anything or was a victim of anything.
Let's wait and see if the court reveals anything to be true or not. My own personal opinion is that I am being told the truth by his standpoint at least.
Is there hope for our shares out of all this? Well I would say yes, if the court rules in favour of Mr Underhill's claims. He seems a bit sceptical so far of what action they have taken over past matters, so there is some pessimism about them ruling in a way we might like. I cannot be responsible for peoples investments from things said here. I suggest contacting him directly yourself and try to get a clearer picture that way.
Thanks.
Question is, from Frank’s recent email response, is there ANY hope left in this company? Any hope at all of potential resurrection/success? After reading what he wrote you, what’s his opinion? Did he shed any light on the matter? Thank you.
Really appreciate the update Martin. It doesn't surprise me to hear what you reported. Frank has probably lost a great deal of investment capital fighting the injustices foisted upon Hellix. The Brenner's appear to have deep pockets in that they have a family trust. I assume Frank wouldn't have bothered with the case if Brenner was broke. I bring the trust into this bc in that article I posted it states that Brenner traded thru an offshore account involved with the family trust. All this is just an educated guess on my part. Thanks again.
-Lamont
Thank you for the update martin. Was wondering, would you be willing to send it to my email? Not for disclosure to anyone of course! Just for my personal reading.
Hello, I received another (this time detailed message) from Frank Underhill about what has been going on regarding his law case.
All I can say is, it sounds horrible and Frank has had his life ruined. I don't want to put here what was said, as those details are really nothing to do with me, and are better dealt with by the law courts.
I am a little surprised he is sharing so much with a stranger on the net, but I appreciate his apparent honesty, and we will just have to see how things pan out. I cannot prove anything on either side, so it would be unwise for me to copy and paste any claims made by anyone.
Thanks for understanding.
I did research on that way back when. It appears that Frank was trying to preserve capital rather than pay reporting and admin fees to the entities that manage the exchanges. Bear in mind that at that time as is now the naked shorting was relentless. Frank went into a bunker mentality and in my opinion is now trying to re-emerge when the conditions are right. We are getting an inside baseball look at what probably has happened dozens of times over the decades where it relates to the mining industry. It wouldn't be advisable to get re-listed while litigation is still pending. It makes far better marketing sense to read a mining report such as "Hellix wins court case and re-emerges from the dustbin" or something to that effect. In the past much speculation was swirling about what happened about the drilling permit. My guess is that it was simply another cost saving decision by Frank until the time was right. It seems he wants the Brenner matter resolved first. Timely updates on the court case is what I would like to see as this waiting game plays out. -Lamont
What will it take for it to be re-listed?
If Frank is able to, but doesn't want to, then a potential take over might be in the cards. If now isn't the right time to list it, I don't know when is.
Can Martin reach out to Frank again to appear here? Or send our queries to him?
I haven't made any purchases since Hellix was taken off the TSX. Interest won't be rekindled until it can be purchased on a normal exchange. I will buy as much as I can afford at the first opportunity to help get the ball rolling again. When that happens gold be will be much higher than today making Hellix attractive to those that missed the boat on other mining stock opportunities. That is one scenario amongst several that I can think of. Another scenario is that a senior or even a junior will come in and offer to buy the property outright. My main confidence is that there definitely is significant in ground gold on the property and no doubt somebody is going to want it.
-Lamont
Just curious, are u still putting in bids daily?
Seems like all-time-highs for gold still isn't rocking this boat.
Yes that was my observation. He is either having someone do it for him by proxy and/or there are others that want Hellix for themselves. Brenner is the beneficiary of a family trust so he probably has enough money to put up a good fight. However that also means he has money to be taken as compensation if he loses.
Regards
-Lamont
Wrist-slap for only 2 years till 2016.
And thus it's going on still? Is he the only one doing that?
Brenner admitted he was illegaly trading Hellix shares.
BCSC panel finds that B.C. man concealed his connection to an offshore trading account and lied to staff
2014/62
July 24, 2014
Vancouver – A British Columbia Securities Commission panel has found that Rudolph Walter Brenner breached securities laws when he lied to BCSC staff about his connection to a corporation that purchased and sold securities of a company for which he was a director.
The panel found that Brenner, a B.C. resident, concealed his relationship to a securities trading account held by Muscatine Financial Corp., a company controlled by the Brenner Family Trust (Brenner is a beneficiary of the Brenner Family Trust). The panel also found that Brenner falsely denied using Muscatine’s trading account at an Austrian bank to sell shares of Hellix Ventures Inc. in September 2011. Brenner was a director of Hellix, a reporting issuer in B.C. and Alberta, between January 2000 and April 2012.
In its decision, the panel stated that Brenner was asked by BCSC staff in March 2012 to identify securities trading accounts, both domestic and foreign, over which he had direction, control, or a beneficial interest, and to produce documents for all such accounts. Brenner provided information about his Canadian accounts, but did not mention the Muscatine trading account or provide any documentation related to it.
Brenner also denied providing the instructions to trade the shares of Hellix. He subsequently admitted his connection to the Muscatine trading account after repeated enquiries by commission staff.
The panel also found that Brenner did provide the instructions to trade the Hellix shares.
The panel also found that Brenner did not file insider reports regarding the September 2011 sale of Hellix shares in the Muscatine brokerage account within the prescribed five days of those sales, thereby breaching securities laws concerning insider reporting.
The panel ordered that Brenner be prohibited from trading in securities, purchasing securities or exchange contracts, and from becoming or acting as a director or officer of any issuer or registrant for a period of two years. He is also banned, for the same period, from becoming or acting as a registrant or promoter, from engaging in investor relations activities, and from acting in a management or consultative capacity in connection with the securities market.
You may view the findings decision on our website www.bcsc.bc.ca by typing Rudolph Walter Brenner or 2014 BCSECCOM 292 in the search box. Information regarding disciplinary proceedings can be found in the Enforcement section of the BCSC website.

Yes it's been spectacular.
But be sure to watch gold at the all time high level. There is a HUGE chance of a double-top correction. I'm calling it's bluff.
PMs and mining stocks on FIRE again!!! I’m guessing another big attack on Au + Ag is near.
I got the ball rolling on there. If anyone else wants to post on Stockhouse feel free to give us some exposure.
J send me an email at bobbylamont47@gmail.com and I'll send the mp3s to you. I didn't get your full email address in your last post to me.

Take a look at the detailed stock info in this site.
Normally, a trade transaction would occur in PAIRS. One to sell, one to buy.
In this case, it was ONE transaction only. Which confirms Lamont's claim that it was a single-sided short by an individual of 990 shares.
Yeah and I just bought some before that big short. Lost almost entire amount (on paper) the next day! Lol.
Shorted into nothingness again.
Obviously, the actor/s isn't fazed by the lawsuit or is a completely unrelated to it.
Correction: * isn’t
