Really appreciate the update Martin. It doesn't surprise me to hear what you reported. Frank has probably lost a great deal of investment capital fighting the injustices foisted upon Hellix. The Brenner's appear to have deep pockets in that they have a family trust. I assume Frank wouldn't have bothered with the case if Brenner was broke. I bring the trust into this bc in that article I posted it states that Brenner traded thru an offshore account involved with the family trust. All this is just an educated guess on my part. Thanks again.
