Price down to around a tenth of a cent. Market cap of about 60K, I've seen dead shells worth 500K or more.

Seems like with a market cap of around 100K that someone would do a reverse merger into this shell.

Thanks anyway, I haven't bought any yet, just noticed a little activity in the last month. I traded it some about 5 years ago when it started picking up a lot of steam, but eventually tanked. I would have to see a lot more volume than this before I bought any now.

Thanks for your offer - I appreciate it, but I don't have the time, generally, to do this. I'm a lawyer who goes to court a lot; I check the boards to look for interesting bits of news, DD, and new investment opportunities apart from the Big Board. (I do have some stuff there.)

The RoomStore was a brand division that was the only part of Heilig-Meyers that emerged from the Chapter 11 reorg. I don't remember if they bought the chain, or created it as a lower price retail store, with the Heilig-Meyer brand being more "upscale" and costlier to consumers.

It is marketed now as a cheaper alternative to Haynes and other big box retail furniture stores.

The RoomStore was the only part of Heilig-Meyers that survived the emergence from bankruptcy protection. It competes with Haynes Furniture, as well as Ashley Furniture, Bassett...all of these companies have retail stores, as does The RoomStore.

You can look at the archives of the Richmond Times-Dispatch (www.inrich.com)for more info, as Heilig-Meyers was a major Richmond, VA area retailer and employer.

I noticed some trading activity with this stock in the last month or so, and an increase in the pps, and was hoping to find out some info from someone on here before investing. In the meantime I will try to do some more DD myself.
