There’s an obvious pattern here, that being; it bottoms out when it drops below .10, and it’s buy time. I doubled down just under .10, and sure enough it’s moving back up.

The notes been amended a couple times already, with HWKE loaning another $500k.

On March 29, 2023, Steve Hall provided the Company with a loan in the principal amount of $1,000,000, as evidenced by a promissory note with an annual interest rate of 12% per year (the “Steve Hall Note”). The purpose of the Steve Hall Note was to provide the Company with a funding source to make a follow-on investment in CNTNR USA, Inc., a Delaware corporation (“CNTNR”). In regards to the recent SEC filings, I am sure an acquisition or merger has taken place because Mulgrews shares were mostly dependent on an acquisition/merger taking place. It seems they have compensated him for quite a bit recently in shares, sure we will be hearing something soon.

If they followed up after RS it would have been different but youre correct. No communication from them since last deal fell off the table. But they barely dilute here and seem to have something going on with Hall.

The SP went right back to where it was after the split, so we just ended up with the same pps and 1/10 of the shares we once had. The only positive is how fast it can move now, but I'd certainly rather have 10 times more shares that I'm left with now.

I believe it was the tickers first RS and it was a 10 for 1, I didnt really have a problem. Lack of communication on the other hand, huge problem but most traders give these tickers so much leeway in that department. I could go on and on but whatever, I think HWKE might finally have something brewin and Im watchin with my shares.
