Harrison, Vickers and Waterman Inc. (“HVCW”) is in the process of changing its name to Attitude Beer after merging with Attitude Beer Holding Co.. Attitude Beer has established a joint venture with New England WOB, LLC (“NEWOB”) and Southeast Florida Craft, LLC (“SFC”) to develop select World of Beer franchised locations in the state of Connecticut, greater Boston area and Dade and Broward counties in southeast Florida.
 
Companies like Dave & Buster's Entertainment, Inc. (PLAY), Buffalo Wild Wings (BWLD), and Chipolte (CMG); have shown investors have an appetite for fast casual dining stocks. HVCW through its agreement with NEWOB and SEF, represents the best way to invest in the rapidly growing World of Beer franchise.
Since opening its first tavern in Tampa, Florida in 2007, WOB has grown to 70 locations in 18 states. What began as a neighborhood tavern to sample great craft beers and swap beer-talk for co-founders Scott Zepp and Matt LaFon is becoming a unique cultural phenomenon celebrating the world of craft beers, great food and camaraderie. Centered on a diverse selection of local and global craft beers, delicious "tavern fare" and live music, WOB offers the best craft variety on the planet to the beer aficionado and casual beer fan alike.

So far HVCW has opened a 4,000 sq. foot WOB tavern in West Hartford, CT in January 2015 that sells a selection of over 500 craft and imported beers along with tavern food and other spirits and cocktails.  The location has been a success so far outperforming initial revenue estimates. NEWOB holds franchise rights for all of Connecticut and the greater Boston area. SFC will hold franchise rights for all new World of Beer development in Dade and Broward counties in Florida. Recently, Attitude Beer announced an agreement with NEWOB to develop new taverns in Milford, CT and Boston, MA which are expected to open in spring 2016. We are also planning locations in Dade and Broward counties in Florida.

 

 
West Hartford Location Proves Profitability of HVCW's Business Plan
NORTH PALM BEACH, FL--(Marketwired - Mar 22, 2016) - Harrison, Vickers and Waterman, Inc. (Attitude Beer Holding Company) "The Company" (OTCBB: HVCW) announced today higher revenues than originally expected from our West Hartford World of Beer tavern. The location recorded $3.4 million dollars in revenues in its first fiscal year of operation since the 4,000 sq. foot tavern opened in January 2015. The company also recorded an EBITDA of $342,551 and net income of $171,557.
