Their planes are paid for and economical. 200 seat jets don't fit many of Air Wisconsin's routes to and from very small airports
This is exactly why I sold and way too early as it turns out somewhere in the 1.40 range IIRC
If you do a bit of reading you will recognize that their planes are trash. Nobody wants these things, and they will have a tough time contracting them or getting rid of them.
You have to ask yourself this: Who is going to want those CRJ200 jets? They are going to be closer to salvage value because no airline is going to use them any more. Based on what i've seen and the research i've done, I think it's realistic that they get $1 million per, so $64 mill. If their liquidation value is around $1.90-$2.10, there's not a lot of upside there.
The current contract goes through Feb 2023, but you have to imagine at some point you are going to need to replace that fleet. Going to take major capital investment and they are highly concentrated in the single contract.
There is definitely risk there and has to be factored in.
Sure, but are you saying the valuation for the fleet is not realistic? It's still an asset on the books whether or not UAL is upgrading theirs.
Their book value hasn't changed because UAL is upgrading. UAL's agreement with HRBR is not changing because UAL is upgrading their own fleet.
I don't think this changes anything, but selling begets more selling which is what we see now. I bought more today.
daiello - No need to label it as panic selling. There is just additional uncertainty surrounding it now. You are probably right, but I just don't see a ton of upside from current levels. Do you really see this thing going to $4-5+? They are going to have to address the fleet at some point and that will take a large amount of capital. I wish you guys the best and hope this thing continues to run.
I'm sorry to hear you panic sold.
UAL doesn't own Air Wisconsin's fleet, so the UAL news, in my opinion, has no bearing on HRBR's fleet.
Air Wisconsin will still be utilized per their service agreement.
I sold my position this morning - was a bit upset that I didn't sell shares closer to $3, but i've been in this since .19 area and there is a lot of uncertainty surrounding United's news about replacing their existing fleet and retiring some of the old 50 seaters. Air Wisconsin is all CRJ200, so it'll be interesting to see how that works. Maybe they won't touch the smaller, regional carriers. Either way, it looks like $2-3 is fair value for this stock, so time to find another stock that is capable of more than a 2x return from here.
added 1.90 RSI cooling this is a keeper adding these crazy dips
HRBR buy 2.2505
This one is a debt and loss ridden former biotech company that didn't make it and was liquidated. It is now hiding an undervalued airline IPO called "Air Wisconsin" servicing United Airlines as a regional carrier servicing 36 cities from major hubs, and has healthy financials. Share are trading at half what the book value of the company is worth.
They merged to take advantage of the loss characteristics of the former biotech company to help out the airline carrier with taxes. Read all about it here. Intriguing it was all done very quietly. Maybe there's more of them out there or this is a start of a new way to go public.
Now is a perfect time to buy some stock on the dip, with the macd signal line greater than zero with one or more range bound indicators in their lower boundary. Plus a 50% off coupon as the current share prices are trading under half the book value of the regional airline company.

Bought 1000 more cheap ones, I had not watched this one yet this week so great opportunity. Took a long time to get to $3 and about 5 minutes to give it back. Sure didnt think I'd be able to grab 2.22's.
Someone took profit for the long holiday week/weekend....thats my guess
Dam wth happened here today, we were killing it and...
Somebody dumped alot of shares today.. Does not look like a walk down here. But ya know, this gives the perfect opportunity to add some shares once it gets close to support levels
it's hard to sell this when the story isn't over yet. Of course, you must be willing to accept any losses that occur as a result of that :)
Reminds me of the may 5th walkdown 2.05-1.65
I've sold very small along the way, no more than 10% of my shares. Got me some cash for any dips, like the one now :p
Live Air Wisconsin Flights:
Found this cool site to show the current flights (live):

Daiello - i've pulled a couple of sell orders so far holding out for higher prices. I think once the airline traffic picks up (probably already has) and they potentially leverage an uplisting and even more attention, it could overshoot $5. That is the one thing keeping me from selling some at this point. So many positive catalysts - at least in the short to medium term.
Good to see! What a crazy ride it's been for you, great job for holding out.
There clearly seems to be something going on behind the scenes. The question is, is it insiders trying to bring this up to a realistic valuation to move to NASD, or is it institutions grabbing shares? I don't believe it's the company, because they would have said something in the last two financials and the share structure remains unchanged.
I also have a hard time believing it's retail traders like us, especially after that buying frenzy at $3.00 end of day.
Long, long-timer here. Still holding strong.
Huge move, any old shareholder that bought after March 2007 is now profitable.
Any of the old timers still holding here?

Looks like someone is selling a few shares in this 1.90 area. Consolidating nicely and looking forward to the next leg up!
Harbor just keeps on trucking. Very nice trend.
Fully agree. And absolutely a safe hold. Unless something drastically changes in the chart, I’ll be hanging here for quite abit longer
A safe hold at this level, rare for an otc stock, imo. Let's see where it goes from here.
Yessir, I’m grateful to have got in when I did. It’s been fun and looking at the chart, I see it continuing it’s current trend
You're welcome. HRBR has been a nice ride, glad you've been along for it
