TDGI/HHSE
WOW, that's solid. Zombies are HOT. The Walking Dead had 10 million viewers on a Sunday for season 2's 1st episode. I am very hopeful HvZ could produce nice rev's for 2012~
Very excited about Toys in the Attic and the voiceover cast.
AWESOME!!! Baaaaby!!! Booyah!! Film got nice reviews, steady tweets,
FB Likes, etc.. Can't wait!
Yes Niko..Mine was NOT a comprehensive list by any means...TDGI has waaaaaaaay too many great things going for it and the revenue streams keep increasing by the day/week/month
IMHO
Patience Sam...ALL in good time...Time is on the longs' side...the investors, NOT traders/flipper...TDGI is only a 2 year old company and has made INCREDIBLE strides...PROFITABLE AND GROWING...Just keep accummulating those EXTREMELY CHEAP/UNDERVALUES shares and thank your lucky stars...
IMHO
DVD art u c see here is from the March release of HUMANS VS ZOMBIES. We loved this film so much we put our name on it!https://twitter.com/#!/ScreamHorrorMag/status/174161525433565184/photo/1
2011 R(Q1-Q3): ~$4,000,000.00 & adding more soon. ;)
2010 Revenues: ~$1,000,000
More Items that never came to fruition:
A respectable release at the boxoffice
A new book published
Audit
International division
Patient shareholder checking in this morning. TDGI has been churning for quite awhile now. Pressure building for financials. What's the window there? About 3 more weeks? Throw those sales numbers on the table and we go from churn to burning up and out of site!
To thine own self be true
Items that never came to fruition:
TDGI concerns report
Sub 01's
Debt conversion
Longs selling off
EP stepping down
Dilution
From the 2/21 PR Shareholders have been combating a campaign of intentionally false information from a small group of day-traders hoping to profit from daily swings in our stock price. We are taking legal steps to stop such share price manipulation efforts
Hey SPNG, with access to WalMart & other dist channels, the continued
revenues of TWELVE (which they thought in SHM will still earn money
despite the poor theater release), Turtle: The Incredible Journey,
Boggy, AFIL, library sales, & upcoming low-up-front cost films like
Edgar Allen Poe's Requiem, Cook County, Humans vs Zombies, Asalto
Al Cine, Toys in the Attic, Patient Zero, Buried Alive, & other
yet to be named titles; where do you think TDGI's revenues might be
for 2012?
2011 Revenues really, aside from library sales, only included
Turtles & Twelve right? 2 movies? Generating, along with the library
of course, $3,700,000.00 for TDGI through 3Q's? Is that correct?
Just want to be sure if I am missing something, thanks. TDGI seems
to have definitely turned a corner as they focus on more revenue
generating films, short quick strategic theatrical release (1wk for
Cook County for example) & other business operations.
The ticker change is going to be nice when it happens... hey next month is Thursday... I think I will grab up another 100 k here....
"Patient Zero" and "Buried Alive" for Summer Release ... New Acquisitions
Hannover House Scares Up Big Video Results with Horror Titles; Announces New Acquisitions of "Patient Zero" and "Buried Alive" for Summer Release
Toys in the Attic (voiceovers by high caliber STARS), Cook County (overlooked for an Oscar Nomination per L.A. Times), Humans vs. Zombies (extremely popular game - Cult following), Asalte El Cine (Should do well with HUGE Hispanic population)...Many more releases expected for 2012...TDGI Racking up PROFITS...
IMHO
Just shows the fact that HH has grown over the past 2 years. Someone tried to compare a distribution company in the earliest of stages and it's night and day.
HH is transitioning off the build stage and onto the growth stage. It's nice to see where HH 'was' and now where it 'is.'
In the end, Thanks Sam for showing us that HH has transitioned to another level.
TDGI continues to be a fascinating company for shareholders and non-shareholders (critics) alike...One of the critics admitedly holds TDGI in 3 different accounts...the profitablility and growth rate is unbelievably high for a pinksheet company...TDGI won't be staying in the pinks (or at .02) for much longer...Higher highs ahead...
IMHO
Puzzling...How can anyone here IGNORE the huge accomplishments, current and upcoming? TDGI is on the fast track to true success and the pps games can only be played for so long...I choose to align my investment strategy with those in control of the COMPANY rather that those who seem to be temporarily in control of the pps (and bragging about it)...Profits WIN in the end...
IMHO
The link between the manipulator's pps actions on L2 followed by his immediate posts calling for EP being the reason for the PPS decline (when in fact that's completely false), and the reaction of L2 action to posts made here by longs calling out his shenanigans/games has been WELL ESTABLISHED ever since the threats of his REPORT surfaced in late December 2011.
IMHO
TDGI at $0.25 is only a double for EP...a good starting point though...His cost of buying the TDGI shell is $.013...He is the LARGEST owner of common shares...same shares as the rest of us...
IMHO
Everyone noticed the INCREASED number of TDGI PRs? Seems EP has been working on many great deals in the recent past and is about to unleash the fury along with cusip/audit/uplist news...
IMHO
TDGI 2011 revenue is $4M (not counting Q4). Assuming they made another million in Q4, revenue would exceed 50% of the company's market cap IN ONE YEAR. That's a metric/achievement that Apple/Google would be envious of...
IMHO
TDGI/HHSE is one of only 12 full service film distributors in the UNITED STATES OF AMERICA with DVD/VOD retail sales agreements/licenses through highly covetted outlets such as Walmart, Target , Best Buy , Amazon , Netflix and many many other retail venues...TDGI is a potential buyout canditate based on those agreements/licences alone...some are closed off to new clients and the only way to get one's foot in the door would be to BUYOUT TDGI at MUCH HIGHER PRICES...
IMHO
TDGI profits are growing exponentially...qtr after qtr...
Cusip/Ticker change, audit and uplist coming soon...HHSE is about to be born...
IMHO
Eric "Dealmaker" Parkinson (EP), an ex-Nasdaq CEO, with 25+ years of expertise and connections in the movie business. Those connections and dealmaking skills placed TDGI is MONSTER partnerships with MULTI-BILLION DOLLAR companies such as Regal Entertainment, SeaWorld pictures, 21st Century FOX, Walmart, etc... more DEALS coming...
TDGI is Profitable every Quarter...a rarity for a company in the pinksheets
I think I will go with PROFITS on that one, Alex...
IMHO
WalMart has 3.5 TDGI titles NOW right? More on the way?

Next UP: Cook County
Would you rather put out movies that didn't become major hits but still show profit or put out NO movies?
This is the first sentence from the HH website under company info....
"Hannover House is a full service media company, specializing in the production and distribution of feature films in the DVD and Blu-Ray Markets."
If you aren't putting products into the market then your going to be dead in the water. Revenue keeps the lights on from what I understand.
They've been in the 'movies coming soon' status for a very long time now with nothing to show for it while HH is banging out products. No brainer.
I respect that but - Why put out the lofty estimates if they never had the intention of releasing the books in the first place? They had a bad deal with NBN in place already and they never had the personnel on hand to release books in the past.
Books & eBooks
This is what TDGI/HHSE management stated about Books & eBooks at the TDGI Shareholders Meeting 1/15/12:
TDGI management stated at the shareholders meeting that no eBooks were done during 2011. They planned to and wanted to, but basically they directed limited resources to areas with more priority. Nothing fishy, just tough, yet sound business decisions. It is these tough business decisions properly executed that allows TDGI/HHSE to be profitable Quarter after Quarter after Quarter .............
They mentioned two other reasons. First, was higher the costs involved, including the need for personnel. Secondly, they had an unsatisfying distribution deal with NBN that they wanted to let expire. They want to keep all these Fees in house rather than hiring some of them out.
TDGI very much wants to develop this area in 2012. He mentioned 3 books they are working on. "Blind Vision" "Sable Shore" and "One of the Lucky Ones". Some info about them:
http://www.hannoverhouse.com/all-titles/item/103-blind-vision-by-vivian-jeanette-kaplan.html
http://www.marketwire.com/press-release/Summer-Reading-Picks-From-Hannover-House-to-Launch-at-Book-Expo-1416129.htm
TDGI is also directing some renewed effort to promote "Made In The U.S.A." by Barr McClellan.
http://www.idealtaxes.com/post3226.shtml
Mr. McClellan is also the author of their best selling book ever "Blood, Money & Power: How L.B.J. Killed J.F.K.".
http://www.c-spanvideo.org/program/179256-1
The really exciting announcement yesterday is that Barr McClellan and Hannover House are doing a follow up book to "Blood, Money & Power: How L.B.J. Killed J.F.K.".
Good stuff coming

TDGI/HHSE
Zero. But 2 coming soon. Funny thing is that I thought that HH was a book publisher and yet they haven't published a new book since they did the reverse merger with TDGI. They even had the nerve to estimate book revenue in 2011. $982,000 from 6 books 11 e-books and 5 catalog titles and yet they didn't put out even 1 new book. Seems very fishy to me.
IMO - TDGI
BOOKS & E-BOOK REVENUES – Publishing Revenues for all formats of printed and E- Books were reflected for six (6) new release titles that will be published in print format and eleven (11) titles that will be made available in E-Book formats during 2011 and 2012. Book revenues also include forecasts from five (5) catalog titles already in release. The gross revenue forecast from all book publishing activities during 2011 is $982,500 with net fees and income to Hannover House of approximately $491,250. Over the next four years (2012 – 2015) these eleven (11) titles are projected to cumulatively gross approximately $1,184,500 with net fees and income to Hannover House of approximately $592,375.

TDGI Q3 Key Financial Ratios Calculations:
They are just letting off steam from frustration with nothing in the cards but promises.
With HH, all you need to do is stop by your local Walmart.
HH is adding movies at a nice pace now and that irks people.
Honestly, why does SAM keeping trying to compare companies?
Regrets
Too bad.
I'd be more concerned about the shares (look at that chart, over
there-- not so pretty) & the gagged TA!! OUCH!!!
TDGI, however, has an ungagged TA, stable share structure, is pumping
out product & has SHORTFALL GUARANTESS, distribution with WalMart
(who only OWNS 50% of the DVD market), generating revenues, Q/Q growth
& oh so much more!!!
TDGI is an undervalued, acumulated, fundamental & technical BUY!!!

How many movies has that 'head of distrubtion' put out so far for the new company?
A distribution company NOT distributing movies sounds fishy to me.
I'm well aware how many HH put out so far.
TDGI Q3 Key Financial Ratios Calculations
Target Development Group / Hannover House
1.) Measures of Liquidity -
Liquidity is the firm's ability to meet its day-to-day operating expenses and satisfy its short-term obligations as they come due.
The Current Ratio is a financial ratio that measures whether or not a firm has enough resources to pay its debts over the next 12 months. Low values for the current or quick ratios (values less than 1) indicate that a firm may have difficulty meeting current obligations.
a. Current Ratio = (Current Assets / Current Liabilities)
Current Ratio = 8,141,453 / 1,698,716 = 4.8
b. Net Working Capital is a measurement of the operating liquidity available for a company to use in developing and growing its business.
Net Working Capital = (Current Assets - Current Liabilities)
Net Working Capital = 8,141,453 - 1,698,716 = $6,442,737
2.) Leverage Measures -
Leverage deals with different types of financing and indicates the amount of debt being used to support the resources and operations of the company.
a. Debt-To-Equity Ratio = (Long Term Debt / Stockholders Equity)
Debt-To-Equity Ratio = 1,854,812 / 27,208,636 = .07
This is a measure used to identify companies who run the risk of defaulting on loans, and is therefore helpful in assessing a stock's exposure.
3.) Common Stock Ratios - There are several common stock ratios that convert key bits of information about the company; to a per share basis. They are used to assess the performance of the company for stock valuation purposes.
a. Book Value Per Share. A measure of stockholder's equity. It represents the difference between total assets and total liabilities.
Book Value Per Share = Stockholder's Equity / Number of Common Shares Outstanding
Book Value Per Share = 27,208,636 / 477,995,139 = $0.057
--------------------------------------------------------
b. Price to Book Ratio. This is a convenient way to relate the book value of a company to the market price of its stock.
Price-to-Book Value = Market Price Of Common Stock / Book Value Per Share
Price-to-Book Value = $0.0214 / $0.057 = 0.375
Widely used to indicate how aggressively the stock is being priced. We would expect the value to be over 1 which would indicate that the market price is = to the book value. In a bull market this Price to Book Value may reach multiples of 2, 3 or higher.

yeah, that will see the pps for TDGI spike
to .0181. That's a doozy of some news dood! The scripture still remains that TDGI IS A SELL!!!!~
Every week has been the "big week" for TDGI, and imo,
the
When my software indicates a stock will
not stay green 2, and even 3 days in a row, it begs to be a "sell". Here is some TDGI negatives for beginners. Enjoy!
TDGI NEGATIVES for potential newbies!!!
Just an objective view from a non-TDGI SH, and it's not very funny, or hilarious.
TDGI has gone down several times since December 8th.
Since the day before the SH meeting, this POS has been doooown SINCE!
Recent SH meeting was a flop; see TDGI PPS for further assistance
Legal debt mounting====>25% of TDGI"S MARKET CAP!!!, cash being spent as quick as TDGI can get it, so when the creditiors flock to this POS, TDGI will have nothing in the kitty $$$.
Charts never looked good for TDGI, the trend is down, not up ( see my DD/post regarding -70% PPS slide in a matter of 8 months).
Estimated theatrical gross for 2011===>+$7M
Actual, to date 2011====> +$400K, lmao!
Hype gone====>see Regal, or what is left of it.
buying dried up, never to see .06.
never to be an audit====> SEE 2 FULL YEARS OF NO AUDIT, but TDGI mgt. sez they'll be one,!
when Q2 financials released, TDGI went down, not up to .06.
Q3 #'s just released, and TDGI nestled down to .02, not to .06.
when yield sign removed, TDGI did not go to .06, it went doooown.
uplist...pffffff....just dangling another carrot, but TDGI is using the wording "POSSIBLE"!
Turtles never hit the magical gross #'s so many thought it would ($1M-$5M)
Several supposed movie releases promised by TDGI turned into non-releases!!
TDGI HAS TO BUY AN AWARENESS CAMPAIGN FOR WHAT========>PROMOTION OF TDGI??? APPARENTLY, W/ALL THE GOOD NEWS, NO SUCH INTEREST IN TDGI, SO MGT. WILL BUY SOME,!!!
200K SHARE BUYS DROP TDGI'S PPS, ANOTHER MONUMENTAL RED FLAG.
PLUS, THERE IS MUCH MORE NEGATIVES FOR TDGI THAN I HAVE TIME TO LIST.
TDGI BOARD FOLLOWER LOWERING TO 575!!!
OMG, Supporters now leaving in droves? This is definately not good, because this is what drives TDGI down more. Those silly little colored acc/dist lines can go haywire and keep indicating buy, buy, buy, lol,, but folowers is what dictates the pps for TDGI!?!?
This is as baaaaad as bad can be.

When the lovely Buttercup is kidnapped and held prisoner by The Head, it is up to her friends - a teddy bear (Whitaker), a mechanical mouse (Cusack) and marionette puppet (Elwes) - to cross the international boundary and attempt their daring rescue. TURTLE: THE INCREDIBLE JOURNEY
Asalto Al Cine
Asalto Al Cine has been nominated for at least one Ariel award. A somber but engaging, powerful examination of four Mexico City teenagers whose self-destructive tendencies speak volumes about the failing social systems surrounding them. There's a moment in the film when the main character, Negus (Gabino Rodríguez), is drawing up detailed schematics of the local megaplex cinema with an engineer's precision. His friend Chale (Juan Pablo de Santiago) has tried getting into the prestigious Universidad Nacional Autónoma de México (UNAM). Their friend Sapo (Ángel Sosa) is a gifted hip-hop musician. At night, they are graffiti artists, their tour de force a richly detailed mural that fuses traditional Mexican and urban artistic styles. Yet the three friends, along with La Chata (Paulina Avalos), are bored, apathetic teenagers who spend most of their waking moments getting high and loitering aimlessly around Mexico City's gritty Guerrero neighborhood. It's a poignant dichotomy in Ira Gómez Concheiro's feature-length directorial debut, The Cinema Hold Up, a movie that's less about a heist and more an indictment of the failing social apparatuses that leave young, intelligent Mexicans without the means to constructively develop their talents. The Spanish-language, Sundance title, "ASALTO AL CINE" will open Feburary 17, 2012. Hannover House will release "Asalto Al Cine" in top markets across the country, including an initial launch into New York, Los Angeles, Chicago, Houston,Dallas-Ft. Worth, San Diego and Denver. |

Made in the USA: Corporate Greed, Tax Laws and the Exportation of America's Future Best selling author Barr McClellan presents an extensively researched analysis of the negative impact the exportation of manufacturing jobs overseas has had on the U.S. economy, and how this has fueled the current economic crisis. Over the past eight years, corporate tax loopholes have rewarded companies for exporting jobs while a total suspension of regulations and oversight facilitated an orgy of fiscal irresponsibility. Over 3.2-million manufacturing jobs were lost in the USA, exported to other countries and undermining the very foundation of our economy. McClellan presents a solid case for encouraging the purchase of products made in the USA, as a solution to restoring our nation's economic health. Researched and compiled over a five year period, McClellan accurately predicted all of the major economic events of the past two years, including the mortage meltdown, the stock market collapse and the government's need for emergency measures. Economic recovery for the USA can be quickly achieved, McClellan states, if preference is given to made in the USA products by a majority of Americans for their everyday consumer purchases. Buying USA and locally produced merchandise revitalizes the economy through a multiplier effect that counter-balances the negative impact of every exported dollar. Made in the USA is an insightful and hopeful study of how the average American consumer has the power to protect their own jobs, their local economy and the entire nation through responsible consumerism. McClellan argues that short-sighted business practices, often fueled by special tax credits that actually incentivize the outsourcing of jobs overseas, are ultimately self-defeating in their weakening of the U.S. consumer base that these same companies depend on to buy products. | |
Blood, Money & Power: How L.B.J. Killed J.F.K. Ever since John F. Kennedy was assassinated there has been no shortage of conspiracy theories. Most take one or two minor pieces of evidence and build it into a full-blown theory. Rarely has someone with inside information come forward with a detailed theory. Barr McClellan has had that access to inside information as a member of the legal firm of Edward A. Clark that represented Lyndon B. Johnson's private as well as public needs. Being privy to this information and having access to individuals who were charged with protecting the president as well as promoting his agenda has lead him to the conclusion that when you follow all the details, ultimately L.B.J. and his lust for power are what lead to the assassination of John F. Kennedy. Perhaps the most fascinating part of McClellan's book is his insight into the real Lyndon B. Johnson and his associates. McClellan provides a thorough background and history of Johnson from his early years through his presidency. The evidence presented is not conclusive, however it does provide enough of a convincing argument to show that it is not only a possibility, but totally consistent with the personalities, histories, and desires of the people involved. "Blood, Money & Power" is a highly recommended read for anyone interested in the John F. Kennedy assassination. | |
Sacred Prey Available at Amazon.com now! Hardcover | |
Quietus Vivian Schilling (Author) A plane crash in the White Mountains of New Hampshire sets in motion this ambitious though woefully overlong ghost story by screenwriter/novelist Schilling (Sacred Prey). Interior designer Kylie O'Rourke and her husband, Jack, are among the few survivors of the doomed flight. While still in the air, Kylie glimpses a raven on the wing of the plane, a sight that is followed by a series of ever stranger events. Though rescuers discover the survivors trapped in the wreckage, Kylie recalls wandering the icy mountainside along with other passengers including Jack and her best friend, Amelia after the crash, but they were not alone. Kylie is convinced her memories are real, yet neither Amelia nor Jack share them, and her psychologist attributes the frightening visions to post-traumatic stress and morphine-induced hallucinations. As Kylie tries to resume a normal life in Boston, the tragedy continues to plague her. She keeps seeing a raven with human eyes and she believes she's being followed by the awful presences that she first glimpsed on the mountain. An old murder case and some ancient mythology are thrown in for good measure. To top it off, her relationship with Jack starts faltering, and the people closest to her are dropping dead. Schilling has crafted a complex and creepy thriller, but it contains too many digressions medical, psychological, religious to make it a real page-turner. National print, radio and cable TV advertising; multicity author tour.
