Not trying to bash but I want to understand. The market seems to not like that Frank Igwealor took this over. My question is: Has Frank actually created any shareholder value for any of the tickers he has announced to date? It seems like he has some tickers with amazing share structure but they go to new companies with inexperienced people. I had high hopes on this one and with LBWR. Am I missing anything?

We have a deal in place for $GYGC. The cancelation of 110 million shares was approved by the court and the custodian has been discharged. The new company may have to file a new motion to satisfy the TA for the share cancelation.

Cooley has only been involved in OTC scams he has never built a real business.

Agreed, after the share cancellation hits .50 would still only be a $45M cap. Many other related tickers are already around that or higher and aren't even free from court. Just 3 others Cooley is specifically handling, USC$, FBC*, !FXY, are $40M, $50M, $60M caps. We're only at $12M once the OS updates.
