I really don't think large investors waste time on these boards.
How many shares people own.
Why do you really want to know?
Something smells very foul here!
Hilarious. Off 23% on $30 volume.
Why doesnt GNGR get into the MJ biz? They could make mj chocolates and edible mj rings plus other things besides boosting their stock value.
6 people = 52,330,000 shares! Post your holdings and lets see if we can prove GNGR was shorted.
Hey Grant
Still not ONE answer. We know you can't officially post here but anyone who is paying attention, and/or knows you, realizes you are the one posting or directing the postings of all these MAllenLV diatribes. BUT YOU REFUSE TO ADDRESS EVEN THE MOST BASIC QUESTIONS!
Instead of talking about some BS dividend (Nice try at a diversion BTW)
Here's an easy one, On you 2020 Tax return (Form 1120) Just tell us what is written on LINE # 11?
ENOUGH WITH YOUR BS!
I have 300,000 and just put an order in 100 k. Not much but it's a gamble. Let it ride.
Absolutely Zilch Liquidity with GNGR. You can buy_but can you sell??? And what happens on Sept 28?
5 people = 52,030,000 shares! Post your holdings and lets see if we can prove GNGR was shorted.
To be honest, it’s my father and I who own that amount. The split is roughly 50/50 on our 20.9M
4 people = 52,030,000 shares! Post your holdings and lets see if we can prove GNGR was shorted.
I was shooting low, trying for 100k. only got 30k before they cancelled orders and put the freeze on buys. I've been knocked out of at least 3 others, making for a really slow market.
CaoPan, why did they drop your orders? What do you own and what quantity of shares did you try to buy? Do Tell.
If only 2 people here own half the float, and your orders did not get filled, I can only imagine the brokers do not want to process any sales and only buys on the bid as low as possible.
I am also guessing and probably correct, that people posting on this forum have so little shares that they are embarrassed to say they own 1000 shares or less yet they are the biggest critics of OTC’s they own very little shares in. If two people here own half the float, GNGR can't possibly only have 4 shareholders.
And there are people posting here who claim the don't own any of this stock but they are here just the same so they must own some or very little just in case it hits.
So far 51,000,000 from just two shareholders.
Too embarrassed to give my count, broker cut me off and dropped my orders.
That's 51 million, anyone else?
Between my father and I we have @20.9M
Who owns what amount of shares? Let's add them up and see if just the few here exceed the float.
Anyone posting what they own, also include what others posted in the same post so we can see the totals on one post.
We have 30,000,000 (copy this and add it to your post and share count) I bet combined they exceed the float.
If that is what the CEO owns that is what he will get. How many shares do you own?
Yes agreed so 700,000,000 shares would get 44k
GNGR lotto .0016 and below
From what we know, YES the CEO owns 700,000,000 and we own 30,000,000+
regardless of who owns what, there are 1,093,000,000 issued. Who owns shares, gets the dividend.
Any shares in the float that exceed 108,000,000, the dividend will have to be paid by the brokers.
So what is your point?
Do you have a calculator there? Oh Boy.........
Sorry but you said
f the CEO owns 700,000,000 he will get $44,000 of that money
Then you said we own 30,000,000
Does the CEO own 700,000,000
No math changed. Everyone knows the CEO owns 700,000,000 shares based on the old website data.
How are you doing math. Your totally confused somehow.
Mallen. When you said the ceo had 700,000,000 changes the math.
rmclau,
You need a new abacus. Here is why.
If there are 1,093,000,000 issued and in the float and the dividend is $.0000625 per share.
That comes to $68,312 cash used for the dividend.
If the CEO owns 700,000,000 the CEO gets $44,000.
The rest is divided up between the remaining 393,000,000 which includes the 108,000,000 float.
108,000,000 in the float totals $6,750 and the remaining 285,000,000 get $17,812.
The $68,312 is divided equally between all the issued and float shares. No one gets more of the dividend then anyone else because it is based on a dividend per share.
If you own 10,000 shares you will get $6.25 from your broker. If you own 10,000,000 shares you will receive $625 and so on.
We own 30,000,000 and that is being increased but at 30,000,000 we will get $1875 regardless if they are shorted shares or original shares, the brokers have to pay out that money.
If GNGR is shorted, the brokers will have to pay the dividend and close the short.
Gunther Grant could have used the money to go to OTC current I’m sure so at this point it looks more like a corporate action to expose shorts that would otherwise not be exposed if GNGR were to just file to be current.
At this point it seems GNGR is going tactical not the OTC status quo.
We like that move.
If he put in 6k for the dividend and got 44k because of the short. That is 7x of what the dividend cost him. Do a 44k dividend next time and 7x will be 300k
You posted: Made the assumption the ceo owns 700,000,000 million.
So if he reinvested the 44k dividend into an other dividend he would get 300k from the 2nd dividend.
How do you get $300,000 from $44,000?
What math are you using?
Will you be able to buy on the open market after the new rules are in place
Made the assumption the ceo owns 700,000,000 million.
So if he reinvested the 44k dividend into an other dividend he would get 300k from the 2nd dividend.
Not sure what you mean when you say 6k 44k 300k
A cash dividend is divided into the issued shares regardless who owns those shares. If you own more you get more if you own less you get less but it's the same price per share.
However, only the DTC float of 108,000,000 will receive the dividend and not the shorted registered shares. Those will have to be paid out by the brokers and the shorts closed.
The problem is, there is just not a large float and any attempt to close the short will send the stock up. Even on the slightest attempt. The low float is key to stopping a run on manipulation down to $.0001 and as stated many times; the lower the price goes the more we will buy.
So for an invest of 6k grant makes 44k. Use the 44k for another he makes 300k. And so on.
Let’s see everyone is stuck. So let it play out
Could get very expensive
If the dividend is being paid to all issued and float shares and their are 1,094,000,000 issued then the Dividend looks to be around $68,000.
If the CEO owns 700,000,000 he will get $44,000 of that money.
The reason there is no mention of Gunther Grant (which is a GOOD thing)
Is Because Davies controlled ATHI not GNGR. When the SEC knew Davies was doing fraud to both GNGR and ATHI they had to tie him to the one he controlled (ATHI) to make the charges relate directly to the company he controlled.
He could have easily said the CEO of GNGR was the one who was doing the fraud even though the SEC said no action is to be taken against GNGR.
GNGR was a victim of Davies not part of the problem.
The SEC’s focus was on Davies who took a $.12 stock up to $12.00 but the SEC closed the ticker before he could dump.
They were watching him and wanted to nab him as the one in charge of ATHI not just as a pump and dumper with GNGR but also as the one in charge of the OTC Company.
:)
Let’s see how this plays out. The unknown of the market has always been a topic on every board. Bar is saying the OTC is perfectly clean and Grant is saying the opposite.
Within 60 days we will find out who is right.
So nothing has been exposed: "This will all be exposed very soon." Nothing mentions Gunther Grant, and Sept 28th approaches.
Later...
The proof is in the volume and the person who made it happen.
Knight was fined in 2012 for this act against GNGR and Spartan closed the operations likely hiding more GNGR CNS shares.
This will all be exposed very soon and the attorneys here who have had a hand in it must be very nervous.
I would be worried if I were a NY securities attorney.
Not a word there about Gunther Grant
Here is the link:
We bought GNGR in mid 2013 and continue to buy GNGR and load up even if they are CNS shares. Even though the bad actors get arrested the legitimate brokers have to pay the ticket since they took in the sale.
TD, Etrade, Scottrade and others will have to pay to correct.
Payday for us is guaranteed. And cuffs on others is also guaranteed.
He did this to ATHI in 2012 same as he did with GNGR in 2012 only GNGR did not fold they expanded. That is a problem for the well known brokerage firms.
He tried to get full control of GNGR so he could dump more shares and close the ticker. When that failed he had to focus on ATHI and use funds from ATHI to cover GNGR's over sold registered shares.
That is why ATHI ticker was shut down and GNGR is alive and well.
This is going to be a HUGE problem for brokers.

Home, that is because they are CNS “continuous net settlement” shares that were registered so the shorts won’t show because they are seen as valid registered. The MM’s believed more shares would be issued buy the arrested individual so the MM’s took a chance and had lawyers file they borrowed shares as registered.
Up to 10 times GNGR float.
This is why a fine is not part of the resolution, handcuffs are. Some here who are posting we know are attorneys who may have some link to the arrested individual.
Once that is exposed “soon” they will have to face the DOJ not the SEC.
God we love this game!
:)
That's meaningless intra-day order processing "short volume". Just MMs doing their job filling orders during the day.
Short INTEREST are open short positions needing to be bought back at some point in the future.
FINRA Short Interest site here
https://otce.finra.org/otce/equityShortInterest
Zero Shorts at last check. "No Records Found" @FINRA
https://otce.finra.org/otce/equityShortInterest
So this will be a short squeeze with no way out. Hmmm like I said worth the price of admission.
