GRSO..had a chat with company this morning...they had some trouble with retrieving info for their filing..they are confident to get the job done within weeks..I asked what about news? They told me that they will release a bunch of PR's of some very positive developments..we'll see~

Based on volume, and discount, the convert should have been cleaned up mid to late March at the latest.

The investor should have been riding the tail for upside when conversion was completed.

The fact that GRSO seems to rely on issuance, instead of existing revenue, to fund expansion is understandable to a point. But Beverly does not seem to know how to manage the process effectively.

What no are you dialing, the one on filings is going to some other company. Is this is a scam company. There were 7.5 mil shares available as of Jan to be sold in open mkt. Are those already added to the float.

Yes conversions i think, two ways to look at things here,losing money or making money depending on the legitimacy of company, im looking at future $10.00 per share if legit business so will buy again at .05 to ave down

This is actually why I average down today. Bid hasn't move for a 2-3 days and changed today. May be a sign for reversal. But who knows. Keeping my fingers crossed. If we get any good news, we will move higher.

OK I broke my own rule and average down. My gut feeling said we bottomed and will form a base here till further development. Let's hope I don't get a tummy ache like last time when I average down in the high 20s.

On most mornings there's a small trade like today, right on the opening. Then it's down hill from there. It seems like no matter what the ask does the bid always goes down. To me that says the conversions aren't done yet. Just my opinion of course. Maybe what happened today was there's not anyone wanting to lose money on the get go anymore. Maybe she'll turn around. Today the bid never changed and that ask dropped just any.

FogCity, thanks for the reply. I did find that GRSO is delinquent in filing with the SEC. I'm on the sideline and have no position. Going to watch and see how this plays out.

This is actually not a bad thing imo. Seller(s) is/are done for now. Potential buyers are probably waiting on the sideline till this story further developed. With all the nice news, the SP continues to slide till where we are now. Folks are cautious, I assume, and they should be. Whoever is willing to average down has probably done so already. I think, filing, clear picture of share structures, further business development and showing that they hit their projected revenues in the next couple of quarters will send us higher. Unfortunately, for me, I need this stock to go up 5x to start making profit. I already invested the full amount I am willing to put into any single penny stock so no average down for me. :(

Agree volume has increased compared to 6+months ago. This will be in the .50 cents range by eoy once the Canada legalization passes. Looking at the filings only event I am concerned about is June 7 2017. They are suppose to payback 950k I think and if they don't and default we are screwed as they can recoupe by selling shares upto 85% of the volume for 5 trading days(this is off memory. might be off a lil).
