Based on volume, and discount, the convert should have been cleaned up mid to late March at the latest.

The investor should have been riding the tail for upside when conversion was completed.

The fact that GRSO seems to rely on issuance, instead of existing revenue, to fund expansion is understandable to a point. But Beverly does not seem to know how to manage the process effectively.
