new criteria met for French stock buyers
The printing technology, both in terms of resolution and speed, is quite impressive. If any one else can match it, I have not seen it. I still believe this is either very early stage growth or an acquisition target. Either way, I love this as an investment...and the rest if GGRGF's portfolio gives it that much more catalyst for growth.
Prodways will present tomorrow in Stuttgart how to “Think production with the MOVINGLight technology”
Grope george trades as two vehicles. ggrgf is the stock that also trades on Paris exchange. ggrgy are the adrs sponsored by the Melon Bank. They will noe be exchanged.
Anyone got their shares convered from GGRGF to GGRGY?
I trade through fidelity and my ticker symbol for Groupe Gorge still shows GGRGF. Also I noticed that both GGRGF and GGRGY seem to be trading independently with different prices and volume....how is that possible if they are supposed to be combined ??

Groupe Gorge (GGRGY) Expecting Big, Fast Revenue Growth From 3D Printing
Posted on January 17, 2014 by Gary Anderson
Groupe GorgeFrench Engineering firm Groupe Gorge, who launched their new 3D printing division at Euromold 2013 last month, announced projections for their 3D printing revenues today. The company’s shares will also begin trading as a level 1 sponsored ADR through the Bank of New York Mellon under ticker GGRGY as of today.
Groupe Gorge
Revenue Growth
In two years, Groupe Gorge is targeting to “attain and then exceed” €5 million in monthly revenues from 3D printing, or 81.7M $US annually. This is approximately equal to the trailing twelve months of all revenue from both voxeljet (VJET) and Arcam AB (AMAVF)…combined. Time will tell if this aggressive target is achieved, but I believe it’s well within the realm of possibility due to the proprietary technology of their Prodways lineup of industrial 3D printers. According to CEO Raphael Gorge in a previous interview, the Prodways machines have the following competitive advantages:
“Two major competitive advantages are brought to industrial users: unparalleled perfection of the parts produced and distinctly improved profitability. Prodways technology provides a world record in resolution and precision even on large parts, and permits the use and development of premium material.”
Prodways machines provide:
Most detailed parts on the market at high throughput : hundreds of tiny parts in just a few hours at a resolution of less than 35-µm
Unequalled resolution, more than half a billion pixels per layer
High precision in the 3 dimensions (horizontal AND vertical), essential in many applications such as dental
Very large sized parts while retaining the same precision required for intricate and exacting parts such as those used in biomedical
Use and development of premium innovative composite and hybrid materials with impressive mechanical, physical, esthetic properties, as well as biocompatible materials for a wide variety of medical applications
Significantly improved profitability due to its incredible speed and considerable reductions in production costs
Up to 10 times faster than market standards
Technology allowing for unequalled production volumes
Superior surface quality requiring minimum finishing
Minimum operating costs due to lack of expensive wear and tear on parts
Replacement of LED light source that’s cheaper than laser
Sponsored ADR (American Depository Receipt) Ticker GGRGY
Due to U.S. investor demand for shares, the stock will now trade as a Bank of New York Mellon sponsored level 1 ADR under ticker GGRGY. The company will also release financials in English going forward. I believe analyst coverage of Groupe Gorge will soon follow.
subsidiary win
Big Win From Subsidiary Announced Yesterday
In other positive news, just yesterday Groupe Gorge announced a major international order for land-based defence driving simulators. and the order “considered as a significant amount, will be booked over several financial years”. This additional revenue will from Groupe Gorge flight and driving simulator subsidiary, ECA Faros.
High Revenue Growth with Comparative Value
A quick look at market caps and trailing twelve month PE ratios of closest rivals in size indicates comparative value.
It should be automatic- but call your broker to be sure.
Even if they're still trading in your account as GGRGF today, they'll be way up
Your GGRGF shares should convert to GGRGY.
Best thing to do is call your broker and confirm.
I guess the existing ticker is just changed to the new ADR by the brokerage house in conjunction with the sponsor BONY and there is nothing for the retail investors to do...
I understand that GGRGF was the result of immediate demand in dollars in the form of foreign shares on the U.S. OTC market, and the new ADR is sponsored by BONY as a Lvl 1 asset, I get all that, but again, what exactly does that translate to with regards to the difference of the two? Trading volume of one versus the other?, Is FX risk adjusted for one but not the other? Is institutional ownership greater on the ADR I assume than the other?
Again I'm unsure as to what the actual differences are and if one should be selling their existing shares to purchase the new.
Can someone please explain to me then what the difference is between the existing ticker GGRGF and the new ADR, GGRGY and is there a variance in valuation between the two? i.e., should I be selling my GGRGF to GGRGY or is it automatically converted?
I'm a bit confused unfortunately.
Will the ticker change be something the brokerage house does or will we need to trade out of GGRGF and into GGRGY?
Thank you!
AB
We need the ticker fixed here- Groupe Gorge is a level 1 ADR now!

this may work if the first does not
Good job Mase! This is something I wouldn't think of...
GOE is more than a 3d printing company and I hope people will realise that. That is why I don't understand why is not worth, at least in time, as much as known pure plays companies. We'll see... I am verry long GOE as much as in other pure play companies!!!Of course, I am also long Gary an 3DPSPremium!!
Take it easy a bit... don't expect continuous moves
Mase7: Don't get me the wrong way, but your posting a lot of redundant information and cheerleading isn't going to magically raise the price of the stock.
Believe me, I've been around (joined here in 2006). Its the financials and momentum the drive stock(s). if you happen to buy GGRGF in the high $20's and now down a few bucks, don't panic. And if you bought at under $20 and did not take any profits, don't get piggish in my opinion. It has DOUBLED for some of us in less than a month.
If you are a quick trader, you should be happy. If you are a long-term investor, know where your maximum loss is, and take all emotions out. GGRGF may be $50 or $10. The markets will tell you.
On a bit of good (real) news for GGRGF, it is now no longer on the Grey Markers. It's now trading on OTC:Pinks, as you are now able to see the bid/ask price and there is a bit more liquidity requirement with this move.
All in:), this is next huge one. Great company
in a current article we find a additive manufacturing at BAE for aeronautical parts.

now if we could get GOE and SGLB to collaborate!!
Hey guys, What do you think if Groupe Gorge and the Arcam AB would be a strategic partner? How about fusion?
Hi Gary, I wanted to ask you that what you see in this special compared to other 3D companies? What do you expect from the company this year? Is their a printer, so good that it will challenge the big companies? I got a message the Mr. Gorge, and promised to soon be upgraded to an English investor in the site. I think it is a good thing.

Hinkley Point C Commercial Terms Agreed
Posted in December
A comprehensive set of agreements have been reached between EDF Group and the UK Government including in principle the key commercial terms for an investment contract of the planned Hinkley Point C (HPC) nuclear power station.
The go-ahead has been given to construct two EPR reactors at HPC in Somerset and the agreement in principle, on the scope of the scheme and on the key terms of the investment contract , allows EDF Group to move ahead to secure partners for the financing of the project. The share of equity is expected to be split as follows: EDF Group 45-50%, China General Nuclear Corporation and China National Nuclear Corporation 30-40% and AREVA 10%. Discussions are taking place with a shortlist of other interested parties who could take up to 15% if required.
Preliminary works for the project are already well advanced, with a design approved by UK regulators, a nuclear site licence in place and planning permission being given for construction.
Subject to a final investment decision by July 2014, the power station is expected to complete commissioning of the first unit in 2023.
Key terms of the contracts for the four most important suppliers to the project have now been finalised subject to a final investment decision. These are with: Bouygues TP and Laing O’Rourke for the civil work contract, Costain for the marine work, Alstom for the turbines and Areva for Instrumentation and Control, Nuclear Steam Supply System and Fuel.
It is anticipated that 57% of the project’s construction value could be spent in the UK, building skills and expertise which will help the country win a greater share of nuclear programmes nationally and globally. However, new alliances between British and French industry will allow both to take a leading role in this project and nuclear projects around the world.
Redhall has strengthened its position to take advantage of the opportunities within the UK nuclear new build programme, by setting up strategic alliances with French companies ACPP and Baumert. The ACPP-Redhall joint venture primarily focuses on the design, manufacture and installation of the stainless-steel pond liners, tanks and sumps required. The commercial Heads of Terms agreement between Redhall and Baumert – a subsidiary of the French organisation Groupe Gorgé – will facilitate a turnkey package offering that includes design, manufacture and installation for shield and security doors used in nuclear power stations.
“I admire the British government for its sensible decision to invest in third-generation nuclear plants in the current environment,” said Raphael Gorge, chief executive officer of Groupe Gorge (GOE), which makes doors for atomic plants and drones. “I’m disappointed by France’s decision to shut down a nuclear plant that could get an extension, and not replace old plants.”
The U.K. deal may ring in as much as 100 million euros for the company and also bring business for Redhall Group, a U.K firm in which Groupe Gorge has a 19 percent stake.
If the British nuclear program is re-launched and six to 10 reactors are built, “the U.K. will become our top export market in Europe,” Gorge said.

It pays an annual dividend (in June) in Europe. The US trading is through "unsponsored ADRs, i.e. the program has been initiated by a depositary bank in order to satisfy the US investors' demand." I'm not sure if they would pass the dividend along.
With the recent upward move the dividend for 2014 would be 1.49% at the current PPS.

Okay so apparently this stock pays dividends, but when I look on my brokerage account, it shows that the dividend for this stock is 0. Can someone explain? Do they pay dividends in only France or something?
